Canvas print did not arrive
I bought a canvas print from www.mypix.com website and it was back in November and it is now February and I didn't receive it yet. 3 months passed and it looks like I'll never get it. I'm very disappointed because that was a birthday present for my father and I was pretty excited about it.
Do not order from this company, they will take your money and will not deliver your order. They do not reply and there is no way to get any information about status of your order and its location.
Please do not bother wasting your time and money. I will open a fraud dispute against www.mypix.com. This site is not to be trusted.
Canvas prints ordered, order cancelled after 3 months, no refund received
I ordered $98 worth of canvas prints on 9/11/16 directly through this company. My order had not arrived and I was not given anything beyond generic replies as of 12/11/16. I cancelled this order and after filing a BBB report was told to expect a refund in up to 45 days. I have not received a refund as of 1/25/17. The company will not respond. I would my money returned and any help you can give would be appreciated.

No delivery, no refund
I have orders going back to march 11, 2016 with mypix2 - that's over 9 months, with no anticipation of receiving them in the foreseeable future. Trying to contact them does no good whatsoever. If they bother to respond it's only to confirm what you already know - your order has not been shipped and they don't know when or if it ever will be.
Mypix2 also has this handy "policy" in place whereby if they do not process your order they keep your money. That's right, no refunds.
While I have filed complaints with the bbb and the n. C. Attorney general's office, mypix2 isn't fazed. With over a thousand complaints on file, negative press coverage, and negative reviews everywhere you look, they're pretty immune to customer complaints.
So if you're looking for photo products, there are a lot of options for vendors out there, and any one of them will offer you a better experience than this sham of a company.
Picture to canvas
I order my canvas back in June of 2016, well it is now January of 2017 and I still do not have my order. I have emailed this company so many times at this point they have probably blocked me. Finally I contacted Groupon for a full refund because MYPIX2 would not even think of giving me a refund. They only thing they offered was a coupon on my next purchase. WHICH I FIND LAUGHABLE! Like I would ever give them another penny of my money. Every time I contacted them on the status of my order I would get an automatic response about how they are running behind. BLAH BLAH BLAH!. WHICH IS INFURIATING to me!Running behind is 4-6 weeks but to have a customer wait 7 months is stealing! I have every intention to report them to the BBB and blast them on every social media acct i can! I am a small business owner and now how about customer satisfaction is and I can tell you this company does not care about their customers! RUN DONT WALK THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!
Canvas order 90 days & counting
Beware mypix / artful color. I used them heavily from 2012 to 2015. But, something happened this year and something is not right. It's been 3 months since my order and for the last 2 months i get a generic answer by chat only. Their phone message basically says use chat only. No one will call me personally and they refuse to refund money, stating that they'll only issue a voucher. What good is a voucher if they can't produce a product? Yet, they continue to blow up my email with "specials?" i filed a complaint today with the north carolina attorney general. Owner's name is readily available via website whois and history.
Also, while they provide a generic response stating, "our production times do fluctuate throughout the year, as disclosed on our website and explained to the customer, " the truth is they have recently changed their site. It previously stated, "normal production time is 5-7 business days. During the holiday season and after certain promotions our production time may increase (Sometime up to 10-15 business days) due to the large influx of orders." this can be confirmed through https://archive.Org/web/ .

WARNING: Do not EVER send your photos to this place. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They allegedly make posters, canvases, prints, etc. though I have not seen any actual evidence of this. At the end of May, I uploaded one picture to their site to be made into an 8x10 canvas as a birthday gift for my sister in law. I figured I had plenty of time, since her birthday isn't until August. After several weeks, I checked the status of my order, which was still in "stage 1" of 4 stages of processing. I contacted the company by phone and email and was told by "Erica" in customer service that my canvas would take 30-45 business days, which I told her was insanely long. It's now August. I still don't have the canvas and my order is still in "stage one, " so I inquired again. This time I was told that the processing time would be "at least" 60 business days. Yes, you heard that right. At least 60 business days--more than 3 months--to process one 8x10 canvas. When I demanded my money back, they told me they would not refund my money, but that I could cancel my order for store credit. What a joke! Why would I want store credit from a company I don't want to do business with again in my lifetime?
This is how I responded:
"Erica,
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. When I first asked about this problem, I was told you were running 30-45 business days, which, in and of itself, is unacceptable. Now, you're telling me it's at least 60 days? Let's do the math. 60 days is about 12 weeks or 3 months. You're telling me it will take 12 weeks to make one 8x10 canvas during a time that isn't even a rush or holiday season? How on earth can you even type those words with any shred of dignity and put the title Customer Support after your name? And now you want to offer me store credit if I cancel my order. I'd be pissing myself laughing if that weren't so entirely and ironically disgusting. Why would I want store credit to a place this inept? So, I can order something else that will take more than 3 months to process? Please, do not insult my intelligence."
At this point, I am convinced that Erica is the sole employee of this dump. She not only answers all the customer service complaints, but I'm pretty sure she weaves each canvas by hand with tiny little needles while blindfolded with her hands behind her back while hanging upside down. Then she stretches each one and walks it to work. After that, she sits down, takes out her colored pencils, and personally draws each picture on each canvas. That's the only explanation I have for why orders take this long. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Unhappy customer
I have ordered a canvas from MyPix2Canvas website and it was supposed to be a wedding gift for a friend of mine.
Before ordering I've contacted their customer service and asked about the delivery date and they assured me I'll get my order on time.
When the delivery date came nothing showed up and they said that they will not make in on time because they had too many orders.
They were nice and polite and it seemed like they really wanted to help, but still they failed me. I had only one day left to think of something else!
Cancelled my order the same day.
My second order didn't arrive
I made an order in early December and received it in reasonable time and was very happy about the quality. Thinking that MyPix2Canvas was a reliable company I've decided to make another order. My second order was placed in late January and it is now Marc and still nothing! I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Tried to contact them, but there was no answer and I have no idea where my order is or will I ever get it. I also left a negative feedback on their Facebook page but it was removed. A complete disappointment!
Ordered discounted vouchers and placed an order on March 9, 2016. Contacted them on April 2, 2016 and was told production delayed because of high volume. Checked status online on April 7, 12th, 19th and 26th and still shows status as "in production". Was told via online chat that order cannot be canceled and vouchers non refundable. Total Scam!

They didn't provide order, but promised a lot
I ordered canvas from the company www.mypix2canvas.com, but these jerks failed to provide it on time. I was furious and called them, but these jerks only promised and told some blah-blah. They are really unprofessional. I asked to returned money back in result, but these jerks haven’t reacted. Please, post comments if they have misled you as well. It might very useful info.
They have allowed more promotions then they can handle and now orders are backlogged for up to 90 days. Unheard of for quality customer service. Recommend you contact your bank and have your money returned since they have been unresponsive to email/live chat requesting refund for a product that was ordered 52 days ago and shows up as "Processing". I didn't even use a Groupon voucher-I ordered regularly from their website.
Contacting my bank tomorrow to have them reverse the charges based on merchandise promised and not delivery or response. If enough people take this action, this should put them on notice that their false promises and terrible customer service will not be allowed any more.
They sent me completely wrong order – the colour and photo weren't what I ordered
I ordered canvas from the company www.mypix2canvas.com. People, they are real scammers. After 2 weeks I got completely different canvas. The colour and photo was wrong and I was shocked that the company was so irresponsible. Ok, they mixed the colour, but how could they mix the photo? Total rip off, so be careful. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

I ordered canvas print from the company www.mypix2canvas.com. I got cheap canvas with not clear colour. When I took the pic and sent it to the seller, he refused to change it or provide any help. He told me that he didn’t see any problem here. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.
Ordered 8x10x0.75 on 3/10/2017. Order #396556. Paid the 13.95 I was suppose to for charge with coupon code. Now nothing! I just saw the company filed Bankruptcy! Could have posted it instead of screwing mote people out of their money!
