I took a survey, completed it did what it told me to do. Then recieved a text message saying my phone woulf be delivered Dec 24, 2019, I never recieved the package. Then today 24-2020 recieved another text message telling me to confirm the redelivery attempt mobil package. Giving me a januaryjanuaryzk.site to confirm. But when i click on site, it takes me to another survey to win a amazon gift card.
why did you people take over 14000 point from me
June 2018 I had over 14000 p0ints in my account, the next time I tried to logon I could not logon. For days I tried to logon and I still could not logon to my account so open another account with the same email address and same password and it open the account with the same Info. so how could this be, so I am asking you give me my points. which was over 14000 points

my survey - b can't login anymore
I have done surveys for years on "My Survey", but about a month or more ago, the site has not allowed me to use my valid email address which is: [protected]@sctv.coop
The reason seems to be the ending of "coop", yet daily I get emails to do more surveys, and they are sent to the aforementioned email address.
I have sent previous complaints through the web page "Help" box at the bottom of the opening page before logging in, and also by reply from your emails to me about a survey to do.
The only answer I have gotten (about twice) was to LOG IN and go to the help box to find my ticket number. That is IMPOSSIBLE as it won't accept my email address.
There are surveys I couldn't complete that I had started, so I have lost those incentive points. (at least one 1000 pts and another 600 pts.) and many I that I can't access as I can't log in.
I already have enough points for a 10 Amazon Gift Card, but can't even redeem that.

password is not getting through my email
The survey came in this morning on my e-mail and I clicked the automatic log in and did not go through. And I type the password and also did not getting through. I e-mailed to my survey and it say error occurred and did not go through. I am only 540 points away to finish my survey for good. It happened today on August 27, 2018. At 4:45 p.m. I did go through the survey on last Thursday on August 23, 2018. I pick up 300 points on Thursday night.
inactivated account without allowing me to redeem points earned
I have been a member of My Survey for over 5 years and I devote a lot of time to the surveys they offer. I am disabled and the awards from these surveys allow me to redeem them for gift cards that I would not otherwise be able to have. I have had multiple issues over the 5+ years of them not giving me the points that I earned. Recently every survey that I clicked on stated that I already completed them and added the points to my account. I knew that I had not earned those points so I did not redeem them, waiting for My Survey to correct their problem and adjust my account accordingly. Rather than fixing it AND giving me 600 points for a 7 day survey that I took, they merely inactivated my account and banned me from future membership. I never even tried to redeem the points that were awarded when their system was not working and yet they are calling it fraud on my end. I am totally fed up with their tactics. There is no contact phone number and even if they do drop my membership, I still earned enough points to redeem that I should be able to use!

not able to login to redeem my points
All of a sudden after so many years doing surveys through musurvey.net. au, I am unable to log in as the message I am receiving is "your session has expired, please log in". I have tries so many attempts to contact Lightspeed Panel by phone, however only receive a recording to leave a message which I have and no one has contacted me back. I have tried a number of times to email them to ask why I am unable to log in to redeem my points and and have not yet received any response back. I have alot of points that I want to redeem and at this point in time unable too which I am very unhappy about and frustrated. Can someone please help as I just want to redeem my points.

Every time I complete a survey over 150 points, I'm not credited. The first time, earned 650 points for a 1 hour survey. They wouldn't help because I didn't write down the survey number. This number disappears as soon as it's clicked on. Second, third, and fourth times, I wrote down the survey numbers worth 150, 150, and 400 points, I filed a complaint with the information they require.
Automated response 4 days later claimed it would take 4-6 weeks to figure out! I'm assuming they know most people will forget.
It takes 1200 point to earn $10. They'll give you credit for the small surveys so it takes a long time to earn $10. You will not be qualified for most oft the surveys they suggest after you've spent 15 minutes answering questions.

I have been a member of MySurvey for a couple of months. After doing about 5 hours worth of surveys and earning about $5 worth of points i realised what a waste of time it was. So i decided to quit and lose the miserable $5 i had earned (you can't redeem until you reach a threshold)
I found however that quitting is no so easy.
I had many issues logging in to access my account (session lost errors).
When i finally did manage to login and went to delete account i got more errors (it claimed mandatory fields had not been filled in when in fact they had)
So i attempted to contact them to complain.
I found out this is not so easy. I could not find an email address that worked. It is impossible to contact these crooks.
I am so sick of getting spam emails from "Lauren"
I am sure they planted the bug to stop accounts being deleted.
So annoyed about how much time i have wasted on this. Will never join another survey site.

This is the united kingdom of spam. I subscribed for their news and within a week got tons of emails from them. I tried to cancel my subscription but it's not impossible to do. I have no idea why. Their customer service is awful and they tried to convince me not to unsubscribe. Is it normal?
please take needed actions and fix your system sending emails.

I have not had a new survey invitation in some time now. I have tried to reach out to someone in customer service but have never received a response. After reading comments on this site, I see that I am not the only one having issues. At least I did go ahead and cash out so I didn't lose the majority of my points but I will miss this survey site. I had done quite well on it.

I have been doing their surveys for almost two years now and I was a good user and really spent a lot of time on My Survey! Three days ago when I tried to log into my account I received a message stating that my account was no longer active!
I contacted My Survey support service and they did not reply. Just think about that again, that was a good example showing that these people don't respect their users. I was a long time user and wasted a lot of my time on them and they can't find 5 minutes to even reply! That is not fair and that's not a good way to deal with people. I hope they'll contact me as soon as possible and I'll get back my account, but as for now I am extremely disappointed!
I have the same issue, however, I have been a member for over 15 years! Someone hacked my account and took out all my money. I was able to contact the Perks place that sends out email saying you cashed in, and they indicated that they put my money back, but now it says my account is inactive! What the heck?

I am having problems contacting MySurvey with the help button. Nothing works; neither the one on top or the bottom one.
I then chose to send an email to [protected]@mysurvey.com
It came back.
Then, I tried to send it to [protected]@reply.mysurvey.com
Again, it came back.
I have problems with surveys either at the end there is a problem, or a document that I was to receive to do a specific survey did not come.
Ever since LightSpeed took over MySurvey has gone from great to horrible.
LightSpeed does this to any survey company that they acquire.
I am having the same problem right now - I send an email and I am receiving their "form email" to go to the Help Center. I cannot go to the Help Center.

I have wasted months on this website and I earned thousands of points. This website seemed quite reputable and I had no issues for months but then suddenly they have deleted my account and I have no idea why they did this! As soon as I reached over 10000 points they blocked me and now I cannot get my money! So basically all these months I just wasted my time and in the end will get absolutely nothing!

I joined MySurvey long time ago. I have been doing surveys for them for years. Several days ago I received a message from them with a new survey, I wanted to respond, but realized that for no reason my account was suddenly inactive. I tried to contact customer support many times, and they said they could not do anything about it. They said that I can make a new account. But I want my old one, I used it for years! There is absolutely no help from them! That is very strange because this company was always great, they paid in time, customer support was a great help. It is very sad since I had thousands of point saved. I'm very disappointed.
This company doesn't want to pay and says that I have used the diary in wrong way
I downloaded app from My Survey Carol Adams. As it was mentioned in the agreement, I needed to do beverage diary and within 4 weeks all the consumed beverages were recorded and saved in this app. After a month I was promised to get $50 in the form of prepaid card. I didn’t get any response about payment, when I have completed the diary. I have sent many emails, but the rep responded only to one and said that I didn’t understand how to use the diary properly.
I gave up on Carol Adams about two years ago, when she sent me my 'earned' refund checks (2) and each of them bounced. That's 35 bucks in bank fees for 120 dollars. I wrote and they said they'd send me (or the bank, rather) replacement checks. I told them to not bother, since how could I be sure they wouldn't bounce too.
As to that beverage diary, it was one of the most boring and bug laden surveys I ever took, and after spending an hour on it each day I thought, I don't need this and closed it out.
I had been an enthusiastic NFO customer for maybe 30 years, at a time when your surveys came in the mail and sometimes there was a buck or two in the envelope, and you returned the survey at your leisure. And for years online, (and yes you got to try products at home and rate them) until they changed names (and apparently hands) and the surveys no longer allowed you to finish (and collect your reward), or shut down just before the final tally. "Oh dear, " it would say, "there seems to be a problem'. I'll say.
Recently I have received my account is inactive as surveys I have answered have been as recent as the beginning of October. Her website and The Global Test Market have always had issues with private citizens. Yes, I had redemptions in the account also.

I signed up and thought I could make a few hundred extra dollars a month in my spare time. Well after doing surveys for a couple of weeks the payout credits they give are paltry and cheap. I did a couple of 20 minute long surveys and they only gave me 30 credits which equals 30 cents ! If you calculate your hourly rate based on that you will barely make one dollar an hour. Stay away from this slave labor company! you are warned!

several years ago Carol Adams was about the best and most reliable survey site online. Gradually the surveys became slower, harder, repetetive, and finally worthless, since no matter what you did, you were cut short or told you could not complete the survey.
The last straw was when I decided to back out of the program, and convert my points (which totaled nearly 200 dollars) to cash. They sent me two checks, and when I went to the bank, the first check bounced, and I was charged for it...sigh...
I never dared cash the other one.
And not long after that the entire survey place shut down.
You would be wise to find another way to make a few bucks, and leave CarolAdams where it lays. Seriously.
