MyTrip is totally unreliable company. We paid a lot of money for 3 tickets and needed to change dates. When I contacted customer service and asked for help there was no response. Left them several messages and asked them to contact me back as soon as possible, because there was no time left. They never did anything and that caused me and my family many difficulties. We wanted to go on a vacation, but my son was injured in an accident and there was no way we could go anywhere. I asked them and was hoping to get some response, but nothing. So we were not able to go anywhere and in the end we lost both our money and our tickets. This company is terrible!

I was cancelled my tickets 29th August 2017. They send me email & confirmed that within 30 working days I will get my money back but still I haven't got my money back. I was called them & they said I have to wet 1 to 3 month.
Please see the email that I am attached.
Please help me to get money back ASAP.

I have a booking number XFISXQ that I paid US$83.62 For choosing the seats but when I called airline They did not have any seats for me. Also I paid US$19.89 for the support package that I am the phone number for the support is not answering

Dear CS,

I have made booking on Oct 1st, 2018 with booking code KATDTT, I just got bill from my credit card and it was charged twice with the same amount and only 5 seconds difference between transactions.
Please, investigate this and return to me ASAP.

LHUOIK have been waiting for my refund from them for over 6 months now. They even charged me £80 on top of the ticket cost, so they can issue the refund after I pay a “penalty charge” absolute scam!

I called and was told due to covid situation if i made a booking and needed to cancel or change this was allowed for an admin fee - I've called to amend above booking and now been told I cannot. Can you please help me to amend this time please?

Flights were cancelled and a refund given to mytrip.com from the airline. Mytrip are refusing to issue the refund even though its been 3 months since the airline refunded the trip. Lots of other complaints of the same nature flood trust pilot and other websites. This company appears to be an operational scam that needs closing down.

Before booking order ; M30QEV , you didnt told to get Abudhabi transit visa. Now i am unable to travel from Baku.

Please cancel the ticket. I first get ABUDHABI TRANSIT VISA AND INFOR TRAVEL DATE.

I booked with mytrip however when I needed to reschedule my flight I couldn't find any way to join them. The only contact shared on their support is a phone number that is out of service. My order is M1DPPH.

Fraud Warning ! they sell FLEX TICKETS with no intention to change dates.

They claim you have up to 24 hours before flight to change date and time.

They refuse to change date and time of ticket days before with multiple request.
