Im a member of this service already 18 years.Everything always went smooth until 2 weeks ago I initiated to send my parcel to address and everything was settled , shipment was on pending status. Few days later i received an email that my account is on hold due to restricted Russian IP address i logged in.I was asked to send my passport , physical address and explanation why i logged in with Russian IP.
Im russian but long time Im living abroad and ,guys come on, i can visit relatives and having many private reasons to come to Russia. Till now its already second week i received nothing.Every day I open the chat but listening the same "we ll escalate the situation and it ll be solved ASAP",I'm sending emails but no answer.
I think I have to visit the lawyer and make official complain as its really frustrated and illegally .It looks like they stole my things and do not have any responsibility for that.
