International Shipping
A valuable package was sent to Myus.com 1 week ago through Fedex.
It was received and signed by them. Since 6 days, they refused to tell me where the package is.
When they receive a package they normally check the price or value of the item for custom purposes. It appears that in the process of the determining the price, if they found a very valuable one, they keep it for themselves and then tell you that it is lost.

They received my package with the tracking number 9405508205497006570824 on USPS, but they say the can't locate it and I have to wait.
PayPal, eBay, USPS and the seller all confirmed that my package was delivered to MyUS. As you can see on the photo attached USPS shows it was delivered. I also lost my case of eBay and PayPal as they confirmed it was delivered to MyUS on January 16, 2020.
Please help.

As you see PayPal, eBay, USPS and the seller all confirmed that my package was delivered to MyUS. So please help and resolve my problem if you really value one of your customers.

i purchased an item from ebay through myus.com app and that item delivered at their warehouse on 6 Jan 20 and today is 17 jan 20 my parcel is in queue for 4 days now and no moment of my parcel yet. Im very disappointed on their service and today on 17 jan 20 they deducted 7.5$ without any intimation or reason. ive mailed them so many times and no positive response.

I was notified by MyUs.com staff member joe, that my 50 year old pilots helmet which was destined for a museum in Australia was on the USA restricted military item list. I own a law firm so checked the legislation out to see what joe was referring to and found he/she had mis-identified the part number which related to ballistic helmets. I explained this in great detail and asked to speak to a lawyer for MyUs which was refused. I was told my item would be destroyed.

My shipment never was deliver to me, was stock at custom in Portugal because some foods
I pay MyUs 130.41 FedEx maybe I should have check on policy about foods but MyUS never try to partly refund me after I open a claim on PayPal was closed on MyUS favor. Okay but since I did ask them expressly not to have the package return to them, they did agreed I have a email to prove it, they still since try 4 times to withdraw 130.41$ in PayPal for return shipping and harassing me non stop with emails to pay past due 130.41$
They close my account before my package could be deliver not to be responsable. I ask them true to close my premium membership not my account.
Good trick from them because they did reopen it few days after to get money on the return who was never return to them. Still send me emails non stop on past due account. I file a fraud report on them and expressly ask PayPal to check about again unauthorized payment.
Never use this company it's not cheaper that USPS not much and they don't care if you get your delivery or not, they pocket the money and say " very sorry for the inconvenience" plus they try to get more on return package even if you say NO.
I know I did understand the package was never send back so it was no use to send non stop email to ask and ask for the money. Seem today it’s fix because my account are close and I will not get emails again from you, just make sure of it, thank You

my account was cancelled with no reason after they received my package
This is my first time of using their service. A friend sent me a package to my suite and the package was received by them two days ago and I wanted to login to check if they've logded the package in my suit all I got was account can't be found. I went on to chat with their customer service live and they told me my account was cancelled. No emails was sent yet and no reason whatsoever. I'm a Nigerian I believe they're doing that because of racism or so but for two days now i don't know what's going on and how I'm gonna get my package.

shipping seeds of strongylodon macrobotrys
I wanted to import some seeds of the plant strongylodon macrobotrys. I asked my country's food and wares authority beforehand whether import was allowed. They say that seeds don't need a certificate. However, now that I ordered the seeds and they have arrived at myus, they won't ship them to me. They say I do need a certificate.
I have explained them several times now that I don't need a certificate. They keep giving me the same short answer and they won't even inquire at the customs. I think this is a very short-sighted attitude.
The seller won't do refunds but I'm going to send back the seeds to him anyway. It would be a shame if they get destroyed. Too bad I have to pay myus 7 dollars for that.
I had the package removed and asked to close down the account, to prevent any unexpected charges.
They cooperated nicely with that.
myus.com might have taken their info from the Phytosanitary Export Database (PExD). However, they won't tell how they know that I need a phytosanitary certificate. Whenever I show them the documents, they don't even try to prove them wrong.
I've explained to their customer service in a message why I don't believe them and that I won't use their service anymore. They're silent now.
They still have the seeds, but there's no point shipping them now if they have already germinated. They didn't get any of my money though. :)
I've now read on the EU trade helpdesk that specified (thus not all) plant products require a health certificate. It also mentions that it's the member states' responsibility to implement legislation.
Thus they're not very clear about it.
OK, the customs are not completely clear about what they mean with phytosanitary products. They mention it as plants, flowers, fruit and vegetables. Not clear whether that includes seeds. But for details, they refer to the dutch food and wares authority, who explicitly excludes seeds. However, their website is only in dutch, not english. I don't know whether myus.com has interpreters.
I see now why the customs forwarded me to the food and wares authority and why those people told me the seeds could be imported without a certificate.
Correction: not for plants, but for "phytosanitary products" I'll dig further.

Here on the other hand, they say plant products need a phytosanitary certificate. But it doesn't go into detail about it and it mentions fruit and leaves, but not seeds. It again refers to the dutch food and wares authority for more information.
I have been checking some things myself. Here's what I found:

It shows all the certificate-required products. Rule number one states "all live plants except seeds". So seeds are excluded by that rule.
All the other rules apply to specific species. Strongylodon macrobotrys is not on this list, nor are its upper taxa.
So if the seed is not on that list, it can't be certificate-required can it? If you declare strongylodon macrobotrys seeds at the dutch customs, they would need to verify the species, but they would not need a certificate.
OK I had a thought. I might be blaming the wrong people, because I have no idea what's going on right now. But that's because the people from myus tell me very little, despite their politeness.
However, if my country's customs have misinformed me about their OWN policy then it's their fault, not myus'. But right now I have no more idea what's true and what's not. I guess time will tell.
But I will leave this review here anyway so that other people are warned not to make the same mistake.
I've also checked myus' FAQ and it says nothing about seeds needing a certificate by default.
The food and wares authority has extended their list on their website. It now says the product needs a certificate. It might have been an adjustment to a mistake, but I don't care anymore. Botanists have started selling the plant in the European Union now, so I can get it more easily. I'm sorry for asking so many questions and being so much trouble.

It says: We are unable to export agricultural items IF a phytosanitary certificate must be provided by the shipper to import the product.
Whether that condition applies here is the point of debate. Unfortunately their employee, who is said to be the expert on this area, won't tell much about this.
But I guess I should have contacted myus.com beforehand also. Not just my country's customs.

Did blunder using their so called cheap mail forwarding services, yes they are cheap but in performance not in cost unfortunately, for shopping of 176$ from amazon, then paying them approximately 200$ for shipping for same package twice and then paying 420$ for custom clearance in pakistan, so totally paid 620$ for shopping of 176$,
This all happened because they chose the courier by their own, as in my case they used FedEx as their partner in crime, despite requesting and begging them not to use FedEx because it's private courier and comes under hawkish eyes of custom duty having worst experience in past, they ignored all my requests and just sent the parcel through FedEx again which made my life hell and broke me financially and emotionally for long time, when i complaint to them, they just replied that it's my fault because i chosen to ship cheap way, in reality they give you very limited option to chose and catch you up in trape of so called cheap shipping but they will never tell you about the custom duty you have to pay at destination for their so called cheap FedEx,
Recently one of my friends received the same amazon products by usps, though it was bit expensive than FedEx but he paid just 50$ custom duty because usps uses government to government courier services and it cost you less at destination,
Myus.com will never tell you the hell of amount you have to pay at destination as custom duty which is almost double or triple of the total shopping and shipping cost most of the time, neither they will follow your advice or guide you about such things,
Customercare representatives are so illiterate that they will keep sending you copy paste replies of your queries and will try their best to make you realise that you are the one at fault!
Anyways I've cancelled my account with them and advise you to be extra cautious while dealing with them!

lost package, never received compensation
Im posting this here because Im tired of waiting for the compensation of them losing my package.
I made my shipment request 4/11/19, several days later they still had not sent my package, and I get notified that a package that was on my suite was missing, 4/17/19 the remainder packages were sent and they told me they were still "investigating" the issue
4/30/19 I receive notice that "Package not located - Escalated for Payout". That the case has been escalated to management for payout
Well here i am still waiting, almost september hoping writing this prompts management to pay me my $310.6 that my lost package was worth.

i have had Myus account for 4 months and in prime day i bought a lot of things
yesterday when i wanted to check my account i couldn't sign in and i am living in Dubai .when i sent a message to support they told me your account was cancel "I already received an update from our Compliance Team and unfortunately, we can no longer reactivate your account. We are really sorry about this.."
and i have 2 problems :
1- why does it close?
2- i have 100 kg parcels inside my suit number and it's cost is about 15000$ at least they should send my parcels to another us address

refund of charges as part of credit cards verification process not received
Hi, I added 2 credit cards as my payment details in myUS' website. MyUS deducted USD3.10 from my Mastercard and USD2.59 from my Visa card on 12 June 2019. They told me that the refunds will be made within 48 hours. Till today, there is not a single refund.
The customer care officer called Mariah, had told me on 2 separate occasions that myUS has processed the refunds but was unable to tell me when exactly the refunds were processed. I called up my credit cards issuers and both issuers said there are no refunds pending into my cards.
Subsequently I contacted myUS again asking for documentary evidence but there has not been any reply to my email since. If indeed the refunds have been made, why was myUS unable to give me a date of those refunds and supporting documents evidencing such refunds?

We are sorry to hear that you have not received the refunds yet. Our refunds are automatically done by our system. Depending on the bank it typically takes up to 48 hours for the refund to appear however it can sometimes take 5 to 10 days. We do have provide receipts for the verification process since that is only a temporary record.

item that was supposedly shipped in a sealed bag in a sealed box didn't arrive and they are trying to convince me to lodge a missing item claim and make a claim against FEDEX. I have provided photos of the packaging, they are refusing to explain how the item has magically escaped from a sealed bag and a sealed box. This is a clear case of theft of the item as it was never packed in the shipment and now they are trying to get me to make a false claim for the missing item. totally lost faith in the morals of this company.

My US is the worst shipping company I have had to deal with so far. They have been unable to realize the simplest task to send me my package from US to Turkey on time.
A friend of mine wanted to send me baby clothes as a present and we thought this company would do it properly. It was slightly cheaper comparing to some other companies so we chose My US.
My US wanted to see the receipts of these GIFTS which were bought months ago during black friday. They didn't accept the one receipt we found and made us wait 5 days. And they said if we took longer than 5 days they would charge us more more money for "storing the items". Fortunately we were able to find all the receipts.
To make our experience an even more unforgettable one, My US decided to put the items in a box before shipping them even though they were already in a nice package. For this, they charged us 10 more USD which we didn't know we would pay.
Unlike some other companies they declare the price of the presents and we had to pay customs for our newborn baby gifts when they finally arrived after a long wait.
It has been the most frustrating experience dealing with unpractical people such as everybody working in My US. The clothes didn't make it on time and they are the most expensive gifts we ever received. We had to deal with so many obstacles they put in front of us, we were not happy to receive our package at all.

Made the worst mistake of trying this service. I have been using another similar service since the past 6 years and because these guys have an option to combine the packages I thought of trying this out. I signed up for a trial and got my first order shipped to them. The order was from amazon and came in three packages with a total of 5 items. I select the option to ship these from myus and the shipping charge is showing as $32 (which is more than the other service I have used) but I decide to go ahead. When I land on the checkout page the cost of shipping goes from $32 to $51 and I am surprised obviously. I look at the breakup of costs and it says that they have added $18.51 as a fee for dangerous good, which is really a shock none of the items I have shopped are categorised as dangerous goods with any of the shipment companies or any retailer or even a the airport or even on myus website. Every freight company will have a list of dangerous good and I always take care to read that list before I sign up. I decide to chat with the customer service agent and get connected to someone named beryl grace. This person basically tells me that I need to check and be aware of the policy of their service before signing up and and they cannot list all the items on their website and I should be smart enough to know if my items are "dangerous goods" which they are not. I know that because I am shopping this item for the past 6 years from the us and having it shipped every freight company will have a complete list of dangerous goods but not myus because otherwise how will they get a chance to add random charges to fool the customers off extra money. How about listing the dangerous goods on your website like other companies

I was looking into purchasing a gently used bag from a popular US website (Tradesy) that does not ship to Canada. Their website recommends MYUS so I thought it was a trustworthy website, created an account, linked my payment information in anticipation for my order. My order was reported delivered (apr 3), I waited 48 hours for them to process it and perhaps notify me its ready for shipment and yet my "mailbox" was still empty. Sent an email (apr 5) and received a response (apr 7) asking for tracking info. I sent the tracking info. They respond (Apr 9) asking for an email with the order I placed, same day I forward my invoice, they respond that they were very sorry and that it would be escalated to the higher ups... but there was no update as to what happened and where my bag went... might I add that they said I would get a response in 24 hours... over 48 hours and no response... im out approx. $820.58... no response and no accountability. So far so absolutely NO recommendations from me. Not happy and getting more unhappy by the minute.

If you are using this company to ship your products to other countries, be really careful. I have a big trouble with them. First I tried to contact them to do not receive a product which I've bought while I already had the authorization from the supplier. However they said that they couldn't stop the process and I need to wait the product arrives at warehouse to then start the return procedures. When the product arrives, I made the solicitation strait way, I gave them all the supplier details. Even though I received an confirmation email saying that everything was all right, they send the product to me instead. They do not have a hand line for contacting, only by chat or email which make very difficult to solve any problem faster. The support team is useless, they give you lots of case number that when you try to contact them to talk about the same problem through the number that they gave you, they never know what the case number is related to. If you want to return a item, try to contact the company which is shipping your product. They are very helpful and have correct procedures. Thanks
