Hello Everyone...Just want to Alert you guys that there is no such Company as Myus.com
They are Scamsters who are always on alert to see when you are going through their websites and they hack your Credit Card Details without even letting you know that they have Cheated you by hacking your card details.This is what happened to me on this 7th April 2019.I just received a message saying that an amount of Rs.514.75 was Spent on Card XXX But his was clearly a Fraudalent Transaction which was not even done by me...I dont know how they managed to Hack my Credit card details.But i called up my Bank and immediately had my card blocked & issue resolved.But this to alert you that this is a Fraud and Cheat Company ...So Beware & Never even go and give them any of your card details..or you will lose all your money in no time.

I have a subscription with myus since many many years.
I received a packaged totally broken (projector good only for waste). I paid clearly for extra shipping padding and full insurance.
The pack was opened by Custom but inside the package I found a US tshirt and sanitary towel fro piss dog.
Also in the past I checked that they had not well packed other material I bought from USA but this time happened a real ridicolous episode.
They said to me:
"sorry, The packaging you have described is not our standard...I do not mean for this to sound like an excuse or justification. We are very sorry that the shipment did not arrive as you expected..."
And which should be your standard to work? If the packed should really have been opened to be repacked from your company, and I PAID for this service, I should have found inside traces of plastic material or also some polystyrene balls, ehile I found only a used tshirt and towel for piss dog. For sure if they have found this inside they should have pulled off!
In the claim they opened with Fedex they DID NOT ASKED to Fedex the FULL refund shipping but only 100$, while I paid 145$ plus shipping of 108$, so I lost my money, either for Fedex shipping costs that they had not asked back for money (I have Fedex claim where they say exactly this) and for the rest, custom costs. And I know that since the tshirt is from US as the sanitary towel for dog, I am going to close definitively my account with that Myus company and going to choose another serious and professional company.
At the beginning, many years ago, this company worked well, many years ago...then year after year they did not work well and packed the material in a poor way.
THIS IS REALLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MYUS COMPANY YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO...

Signed up a month ago, ship 3 orders total of $25, 1st shipping estimation was $25, then they added $18.5 extra cost for (perfume) saying it needs special handling cause its dangerous goods, so the total of $44.

I issued the shipping request based on the $44 final estimation (which it doesn't worth to ship an orders cost me $25 but agreed anyway), then suddenly a bill comes to me to pay $81.5!

I talked to the CS rep. to cancel the perfume order and ship the others, but he said it's already shipped and picked up by DHL (BTW: on the website says DHL express 1-4 days delivery) but DHL sent me SMS when they picked up the shipment saying 7 days to deliver, what a misleading.

So Imagine this:

1- An orders cost me $25 from eBay (that I want to make some profit from), now I need to pay them $81 for it, it makes no sense at all as it doesn't worth it.

2- They ship the items + issuing the bill of $81.5 without my approval or my knowledge, they said to me that I submit the shipping request myself, well yes I did that but based on the estimation of $44 that shows on my account, not the $81.5, (why not show it $81.5 in the first place?!) at least I can decide whether to ship or not. I believe no one will pay $81.5 to ship cheap regular orders cost together $25.

3- They treated customers as if super trained customers that knows all myus.com policies from A to Z, they think that customers are knowing to all minor tricky details so they expect them to fully aware of all, well I doubt if their own staff know the A-Z policies in the company.

4- It was the first time ever for me using myus.com, meaning I'm totally new to them, they should be more supportive and helpful for those who just signed up for new accounts, they must be more guiding/transparent step by step to every single detail, but I believe they wanted to be blurry/unclear so new customers are falling in their hidden fees trap, yes they might won the first order but they for sure lost the client forever not mention the sound of such scams in social media.

5- Yes they give you a free trial (a month) but they already took it from other places such a none sense fees and hidden costs, by the way, many other carriers/shippers offer you free lifetime membership, so it's not that treasure giving us a month free trial.

6- They promise you the moon like when the CEO article saying the customers are everything and they totally listen to the customers...etc, well this just words in the wind, the reality is something totally different, don't believe everything you read on their website.

7- The consolidation promise to repack and shrink the weight to the minimum for free, it's all a lies, as my 3 orders came from eBay sellers separately they weight of total 2.3 lbs after consolidation came to 2.6 lbs (so separately less weight than combining in one box)! BTW I talked to eBay sellers they said the weight that myus.com saying is false, they registered overweight so you think it's heavy, imagine (a plastic flip flop slipper + a perfume bottle 100ml + a regular coffee mug) weight 2.6 lbs/1.2 kg! unless they put tons of paper wrapping and other stuff to charge more weight, and then they said we give you a free trial and free repacking and free consolidation...etc, who you are kidding here?!

8- My shipment lost (delivered to someone else by DHL), and I had a very hard time claiming my money back due to the complicated procedure of myus.com.

9- They wanted me to pay my shipping while they already got their money in full refunded by DHL, they play both sides.

10- Myus.com took a full refund from DHL and they refund me only $17 (not my full order cost $25) claiming that I started my 2nd-month membership, while I canceled the renewal and canceled the whole account with them, meaning I never used the 2nd-month membership but they still charged me! imagine a big company downgrading themselves for $7, they are so desperate to get any cash.

Bottom of the line I hate companies who have hidden agenda to practice on new customers especially those far from the US and they can't do anything, some US companies think if the customer overseas so he can't go to the legal courts.

If ever there is an internet online shopping police/FBI or some global official governments organization like Interpol that customers can report such scams and behaves and get their money back, or such an international law firm that we can raise cases against companies corruption.

They just ripped me off from the beginning.
They write on your documents a wrong and higher parcel value so at the end you'll pay almost the same price of the parcel as custom taxes. I bought a $99 product. Then Myus entered $210 as the parcel's value and I ended up paying $90 at Italian custom. Total paid on top of a $99 product was $ 113
They guess the value

I shipped 3 items worth 212.86$ (including warranty replacement item 112.37$) from MyUS thru FedEx to DRC. it cost me 86.97$.
As the items arrived to the customs FedEx is demanding an invoice of 391.38$ (including duties and taxes) to deliver the items. knowing duties and taxes are 212$( which I'm willing to pay). I contacted MyUS about the high fees FedEx is asking for (179.39$) and they claim they have no part in it and they can't do nothing about and I have to pay to get the items.

Actually I did follow up with MyUS support team. They claim its not their responsibility the package was abandoned by FedEx and they can't do anything. Even if my package is insured they still don't want to file a claim with FedEx.
Summary:
- I paid $300
- FedEx refused to deliver
- MyUS can't do anything
- I lost my package and my money

Now I got a reply from the support team
MyUS: "I have been advised by FedEx that this shipment was abandoned due to customs needing instructions from Consignee to clear shipment."
Me: "I was advised by MyUS that the shipment will return eventually to my suite and then I can ship it using another courier. Please advise on how to get my shipment back. They cannot abandon the shipment because I told them I will pay all the customs and duties the very first day it arrived.
MyUS: "Due to the shipment being delivered already by your customs, you will need to reach out to your local customs office and inquire to see if this can be retrieved."

Now customs can't find it and I don't know where it is

After asking to file a claim recently because 80 days passed without delivery, I got a reply from MyUS that FedEx abandoned the shipment. Now he promised to get back with an answer why they did so as I didn't ask for that at all.

As I stated. I'm willing to pay the duties and taxes (212$) because I know they are from the customs office and MyUS has nothing to do with it, but the problem is that FedEx is demanding way much higher value (391.38$) prior to delivering the parcel. As MyUS being the shipper, I can't follow with FedEx to solve the issue.

i send two packages from amazon to myus and when i try to check out it said my account is on hold for review and sorry for delay and bla bla
so i speak to agent from them and he told me that will take 1-3 days to finish it
and i wait until now its more than 5 days and still no update
and when i speak to them asking for moving my packages to another company as i need them as fast as possible
the old me my package can't move and i can't do any thing unless waiting some lazy people to do there jobs
in addition to i will travel abroad soon and with that delay i may not be able to receive my packages cause of them

Rosalyn, This has been going on for several days. Here it is the 16th and the order was packed on the 8th and supposed to be delivered on/about 11-12 January. I've received and sent messages for the past several days. I know FedEx delivers to DaNang, Vietnam, yet the office there at FedEx Sarasota returned the package saying no service to this city. Even if not, why did it take several days for the office to tell me when on the 8th they said they were sending? There are at lest two other firms that do international service here as well. I have requested the address and name of the individual at FedEx here that shipping spoke to with no contact. I will seek assistance from the Home office in Memphis TN through their VP there at FedEx. You are the manager...do I need to go to address this to Mr. Bulusu or to Mr. Amato? Danang has FedEx service...they also have DHL...deliver the package...stephen

So I just entered my credit card details and received an email that I now have an account. So I log-in to my account and it won't accept the same password I used to create my account!

I even had a screenshot of my username info.

I tried multiple combinations of my email, suite #, but it's still not able to log me in. They also do not have the "forgot password" process nor the number +19412274444 is reachable.

I'm scared that my credit card info has been hacked by this website. I just want to cancel my card so they can never charge me anything.

I signed up with MyUS in December last year, and I am now on my second batch of shipments.

First shipment I was told one package couldnt ship because it contained seeds. Removed the seeds & scheduled for transport. No harm, no foul.

Probably a day later, I'm notified that another item cant ship because it contains animal products. The product in question? ONE HUNDRED PERCENT SYNTHETIC MAKE UP BRUSHES. So I lose my mind and yell at a bunch of people, and would you believe, all of a sudden my parcel is acceptible.

On this shipment I'm now suddenly told that an item I'm shipping can't be shipped because its a fire hazard or some such [censored]. Please note, I've shipped PRECISELY the same item directly through Amazon on multiple occasions - and the same courier company, no less - with not one problem. Not one. But oh no, it's the courier that's being difficult.

Ooh, the best is yet to come: NOW THEY WANT TO SHIP MY STUFF TO ANOTHER COUNTRY. HOW THE HELL DOES SHIPPING IT TO A DIFFERENT COUNTRY HELP ME?!?! What the flying [censored]lechuck is your problem?!?!

As soon as this latest nightmare is over, I'm cancelling my account, and in the interim I'm warning everyone I know not to use this bunch of jokers.

I used Myus much time they guys are charging very high shipping rates. Now I am using https://globalshopaholics.com/ shipping services and they have low rates. their support team is active and having a great attitude. I suggest you guys to kindly take care of your team. your delivery system is too low.

My shipment arrived in July and MyUS quoted me over $3000.00 to ship it to Australia. I didn't realise how large the shipment was so I tried to organise removing it and sending it back to the OEM.

Every time it went to be picked up MyUS claimed that they knew nothing about it and I must follow proper procedures. In the interim I was being charged $18.00/week storage. Last week they debited my accound twice for $384.37 and $398.00 respectively when the shipment was due to be removed and again it hasn't. I am advised that MyUS would not release the shipment due to concerns about fumigation of the pallet and goods on the pallet.

I cannot maintain any level of continuity with any of their staff and I just keep hearing excuses.

They have refused to reimburse my account of the funds unless I state who the carrier was who was coming to pick up the shipment. The company and their service is absolutely disgraceful!

so basically I've been charged for items and now refunded.
do you not realize that when credit cards are charged there is a currency exchange on the money transaction out and the way back.
this has cost me some $40 minimum and I have to wait upto 6 weeks for the money to return.
total waste of time and money, your website and service is a joke.

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping malaysian excise & duty nearly 100% of cost of goods - caused by myus omission

I purchased a total of seven (7) lots of items, ranging from used music books to crockery and plastic Pyrex lids from a range of vendors in the US.

My thinking was that MyUS would be a good service to consolidate these shipments and send them over in one lot to Malaysia, thus saving on postage costs.

How wrong I was! The excise and duty levied by Malaysian Customs was nearly 100% on the cost of goods.

Why? What MyUS doesn't do - and refuses to do - is detail shipping costs. MyUS are the ones that generate the shipping label, but refuse to include the shipping cost anywhere inside or on the parcel. Thus, Malaysian purchasers have to pay exorbitant excise and duty caused solely by their omission.

The cost of freight is assessed by Malaysian Customs in the absence of postage values, invoice or label detailing how much it costs.

If there's no cost, Malaysian Customs assess the cost according to values set by IATA, which result in a vastly higher cost of shipping value than the actual shipping costs.

Thus, these shipping costs are added to the cost of goods landed and the excise & duty levied is based on this inflated value.

One cannot blame Malaysian Customs, as their rates for excise and duty are pre-published, and attract typical rates between 0 - 30% on average, depending on the type of goods imported. What absolutely "kills" off any potential saving is when the unrealistic shipping rates estimated by Malaysian Customs kicks in, then all savings goes entirely negative.

The total added costs for excise and duty thus inflated is not negligible at all - my shipment using MyUS resulted in excise and duty at a cost of an additional 95% on top of the purchase cost of goods. Yes, 95% additional cost on items purchased, on top of having to pay FedEx US for shipping costs as well.

I'm detailing some of the costs experienced here so others are duly notified what the sums are:

* Cost of goods = USD57.80
* Cost of postage = US43.95
* Cost of excise & duty = USD55.43 (!)

All appeals to MyUS to help resolve this fell on deaf ears and they push the problem back to the customer. By this stage, the final bill for excise and duty had been issued by Malaysian Customs and items are held by FedEx Malaysia and not to be released till every sen (cent) had been paid. What chance is there for any reduction or appeal from the customer's end?

It's no wonder I gave MyUS a stinking "zero" (0) for the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and they know it too. They appear not to like the rating but won't do anything to resolve this. Thus this comprehensive review detailing the dreadful experience I've had.

Any cost-saving is totally negated by using MyUS, and all potential Malaysian customers are duly warned that this is likely to happen. Use this irresponsible and couldn't-care-less company and this is likely to be the outcome for you too!

MyUs has taken my packages hostage and wont tell me when they will be shipped. I received 2 parcels of just over 1lb each in my suite valued under $30. I chose Least Expensive Option for shipping. I was given DHL and FedEx economy as shipping options to choose from costing over $40. I contacted customer service and they told me since my packages were small I could use the budget shipping option if I sent both my parcels separately. It would cost me only $ 14.99 each to do so. So obviously that's what I did. Now it's been quite a few days and my packages are still lying in their warehouse and i'm being told that unless they manage to get 75lbs worth of orders they will not ship my orders as these are the requirements from the shippers. They are forcing me to use DHL or FedEx if I want to receive my orders. No where on their website is there any mention of the 75lbs requirements. If there was I would not have signed up for their service cause if I have to pay over $ 40 to ship items of about the same value then pay another $50 or $60 fir customs duty then why should I bother using MyUS. I can use Borderfree. Their service is excellent and prompt and I can prepay customs. MyUs is cheating it's customers by providing misleading information on shipping rates and strong arming them into chosen DHL and FedEx which are very costly. If they cannot guarantee shipping with a particular shipper then that shipper should not be given as an option to customers in the first place. I'm outraged that in today's day and age with strict laws on consumer rights companies like this still manage to practically bully customers into paying high charges.

I have finally received my order. It reached me a little over the time frame provided by you. However i'm not entirely convinced that this is how it usually works with your Least Expensive Option. I'm inclined to think that me posting complaints here might have had something to do with it. But I have to say my items were well packed, properly labelled and came intact. My thanks to Jamier for that.

Your offering to upgrade my shipping option is obviously at my cost right?Also I do want to mention that within 2 days of me posting my complaint my parcels have finally been dispatched and on checking the shipping details it mentions Urgent Handling. Wondering if that would have been the case if I hadn't posted a complaint. I was really excited to sign up to your service as i do shop a lot online and shipping and customs costs to India can be quite expensive.As per your website and advertising it really seemed like i'd found a good option to meet my shipping needs while minimizing my costs. But so far it's been quite a tedious process. If my parcel's get here within the 15days shipping time line you promise and they arrive in good condition then MyUs mite be able to redeem themselves a bit in my eyes.

All the information you have provided in your reply was already available on your website and I was aware of the same. What isn't available on your website though is the minimum poundage required to make your budget delivery option possible ie. For customer's choosing your Least Expensive Option to get their packages within 15 days of them arriving in their suite. I made an informed choice after talking to one of your customer service agents to go with the Least Expensive Option. This meant I could ship my parcels for only $14.99 instead of $40 plus dollars or more with the ton of express/ economy options you mention in your reply. And now its almost a week since my first parcel arrived in my suite. It still hasn't been shipped so how can you say it doesn't affect your shipping timeline. Its almost a week and you still haven't met your required poundage. Maybe you won't be able to meet it for another week or two or maybe a month. Do you really think it's fair to make your customers wait that long without having informed them that this could be the case, before they sign up with your service? I for sure would'nt have signed up with your service if I was told I would be required to wait an indefinite period of time for my parcels to be shipped or not shipped at all. I'm a reasonable person. If you tell me it will take a couple of days or maximum 4 days I have no issues waiting but when i've asked your agents how long I need to wait I was told very clearly I will only get my parcel IF the required weight threshold is met. And that I should chose the more expensive DHL or FedEx options if I want my parcels. How can you say ' only if' when you are a parcel forwarding service offering me the budget option. I have paid for my purchases and am willing to pay the shipping charges for the shipping method chosen by me so there should be no 'only if'. When you give your customers shipping options next to the Least Expensive Option you should clearly mention ' no guarantee that you'll ever receive your paid purchases unless your willing to pay more'. Which means your budget options are only to lure in unsuspecting customers.

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping items missing from my package

I bought earrings, a skirt and a top from ASOS and used MyUS to forward the package but ALAS only the top and skirt arrived in the combined package I got from MyUS. So I wasted $33 on earrings that I know I'll never see again or get compensated for. I had to pay exorbitant shipping and customs duties based on goods that weren't even put into my package. MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping first alert sa320cn dual-sensor smoke and fire alarm - alkaline battery

8/6/2018 - Bought from Amazon and use myus.com address

8/6/2018 - Asked Myus.com whether alkaline battery can ship, they said can. (never mentioned about ion contain radiation which they said dangerous goods cannot export out)

17/6/2018 - Myus.com told me ion contain radiation wouldn't ship out

20/6/2018 - Appointed my forwarding logistic JDB to help me pick up from Myus.com and ship to me, since myus.com couldn't do it.

29/6/2018 - my forwarding logistic JDB went to pick up. But myus.com wouldn't let JDB pick up because some reason.

"$15 plus $1 per pound, therefore $22 for the Pick Up fee.

Also, if the item is not being returned to sender, we also need to charge 7% Florida State sales tax based on the declared value of the items being picked up. Our postal code is tax exempt because we export the merchandise."

Then Myus.com wants my forwarder JDB to sign a form saying this parcel cannot be exported out of country.

My Forwarder JDB of course doesn't want to sign as they will export to me.

Myus.com is just being difficult, tricky and scam

6/7/2018 - Since my forwarder doesn't want to sign the form saying this parcel cannot be exported out of country. And Myus.com cannot release my parcel if no one sign it. Finally, i seek Amazon for help. Amazon will refund me.

At last... settle

Please please do not use Myus.com, everything they charge, even i ask my forwarder to travel to their place to pick up, myus charged for pick up fee. Which i think is ridiculous..

11/7/2018 - I asked myus.com to send back to sender which is Amazon, because Amazon had already refunded to me. Alas, myus again charged estimate $14.86 for return to sender fee.

Amazon is so good to compensate me for the return fee.

But how could i let Amazon compensate me for my mistake because i trust myus employee said they could ship to me. But unable to do so and with all their (myus) charges of handling fees, pick up fees, return fees, refund fee, god only know how much fees they so thick skin to charged me.

The most ridiculous is pick up fees. i asked my forwarder to go to myus to pick up also myus charge for pick up fees. This i cannot digest and understand why>

Oh yeah, i asked myus to refund me back the pick up fee since my forwarder doesn’t need to go and pick up. Guess what?

Myus: I refunded the full amount we charged you for the pick up as an account credit and it will be applied to your next shipment.

Me: Thanks for your offer. Please refund to my credit card. Reason is because i had very bad experience in your service and i will never ever use again.

Myus: There is a 5% refund fee in order to process the refund. Once I receive confirmation you accept the fee and once the shipment is dispatched I will be happy to refund the amount.

It's very irresponsible in the first place Myus told me. They can ship after i had provided the product link for them to see.

They told me can send but never mention ion contain radiation.

Their irresponsibility causes my time and my money wasted. They should have ask me to wait and ask their compliance officer first then only tell me to go ahead send to them.

Here's the screenshot. Never mention about ion is radiation cannot export out. I even share product link for them to see. All they said is Alkaline battery no problem. BUT NEVER ion = radiation

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping fraudulent charges/scam

MyUS is a complete fraud.
They charge a whopping $18.50 "dangerous goods" fee in addition to their already expensive shipping cost to ship a birthday gift of perfume from Florida to Texas. Meanwhile FedEx did not impose any such dangerous goods fee to deliver the perfume to their facility but they will impose the "dangerous goods" fee in addition to their exorbitant shipping & handling charges to forward the same perfume spray from Florida to Texas using the same FedEx. In addition, items delivered at their facility are stolen inside their facility and do not make it to their so-called "my suite" of their customers.
Members of the public who patronize MyUS do so at their own risk of being defrauded.

Very disappointed service with hidden fees. I had to pay USD 5.16 to 'verify my credit card' in order to pay a USD 7 membership monthly fee which I obviously cancelled. I much prefer Borderlinx which is much more transparent and processes all the shipping and customs fees for a much cheaper deal. I was indeed surprised to receive a bill from Fedex on top of the one I had pay to MyUS for shipment. Really not worth the hassle.

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping shipping

I was looking to ship 1 package overseas and searched the internet for a cheap shipper. I went to this website but did not give payment information. They got my email address, went into my paypal, and helped themselves to a fee. I never used them to mail the package since the Post Office was just $4 more but they still took $9.63 from my account. When you call, you get nobody- nothing - they do not respond to contact attempts.

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping the help chat is useless

First, it took FOREVER to connect to them. They started off offering a REAL hotline to help users, but then now it's all voicemail. Obviously, it's to cut cost.
Then, the so-called 24/7 hotline, I had waited 30 mins to speak to the agent. This agent Darwin, his help is less than useless. And when you asked a question, he'd answer you with another question. And he's not responsive, not helpful. And at last, I said I would report this, he said "no worries". I believe, if I was sending this message to MyUS.com, it would probably still be him reading it. That's why he had this attitude.
Can MYUS hire more staff, they're not the cheapest option in US at all! I am swapping to another service provider, they just suck!

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping shipping service

These people failed to deliver an item shipped to Thailand, then claimed it never arrived in my suite when I complained. I got UPS to provide a POD. Then they changed story and said it did arrive and was shipped.

Took me weeks to sort out - they wouldn't compensate me, caused me excess storage charges and having to pay to ship twice.

It was only a lousy garden hoe, but its the principle that counts.

Never again and advise my friends in Asia not to do likewise

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping think twice

MyUS is a service you can not trust.
I used them several times and each time there was something wrong. Don't ask me why I was so naive that used them again and again. I would answer if I knew...
Moreover, each time I contacted customer service I heard the same thing: we're sorry, but it often happens, we're working on your issue.
They are not even ashamed to admit that this kind of service is appropriate. No apologies, no improvements.
Last time my package was lost! It's ridiculous. No, I definitely won't use them again and never will recommend it to anyone. Too risky.
