Hello & good day ! This was the last thing I was thinking to do ..but am out if options.. They've done this to me several times now, but I was in so much patient.. According to their rules they said maximum shipment is 4 lithium battery 🔋 per shipment .. okay since it's there rules I accepted.. several times I tried sending 3 smartphones their system keeps rejecting it .. but if I try two piece it works ..Any mind you these guys cut $1 each and every day for storage period.. but they are the ones allowing our package to exceed storage period so that we keep paying $1 .. All am asking let these people be strange with customers, If this is the way they keep treating us, then am afraid.. Look into all what am saying, investigate & prove me right .. thank you

Many of my shipments are not directly shipped to me directly, hence a friend suggested to use: MyUS.com website to reship my orders from US to me.
Since my orders back in October2020, until today 21sr of January 2021, I haven't receive my shipment.
The reason behind that is, MyUS, provided Fedex a wrong phone number of me (MyUs insisted that its my mistake! ), a number different from my number in website profile (Although I send them a screen shot with my correct number in their website), regardless of that, I was following the tracking number, Once my shipment was cleared from costumes in my city, I have contacted Fedex mor than 20 times, hoping to Update my wrong phone number, but As Fedex, informed me the Change in phone number only allowed by the sender (MyUs), I have contacted them Bagging them to change it, to stop my shipment returne to the US!
All my time was wasted for their worst experience ever!
Even after my shipment returne, I called them to send it back to me, but the want to Charge me 5X my initial Shipment fees, +Premium fees+ Storage fees, Finding my self obligated to pay +450$!
Which is 1.5X my shipment price, as they refused my plenty emails to re-evaluate the fees.
Don't even consider them, try Ws1 or better to get your shipment from the website directly, even if you find yourself paying more, It doesn't worth the risk with MyUS!

Unclear practices and prices
I have been lured to use myUs from their great offer for this Christmas Holidays. A mid-level account membership for 1 month for free with its advantages.
It would be great if there weren't several tricks to make me end up pay for it by applying a delay that will push me to pay at least a month more by breaking into the 32nd day of membership, very clever MyUS.com
-I have waited 12 days for a return to be shipped. And I risk the return not to be refunded from the company I bought the pair of shoes from. This happened despite I have respected at the perfection of all the procedures.
-A Cordura bag arrived, it is the fifth item that came in and last one. All of a sudden a cordura bag weights 8.70 lbs! Ahaha Ridiculous. This has made my shipping rate jump of 20 dollars up! Basically the bag weights more than 10 items of clothing etc I bought... This is clearly an error. I told them and they told me that the weight is from the box included and it will be reweighed before shipping out (false) if I send a shipping request I pay that wrong weight (that is a clear scam situation).
-I have entrusted them with 480+ Dollars value of items, and they make you feel far from them and apply implicit pressure with less response as the questions problems become larger. Earlier response was clear on basic questions, now it's absent. And there is no reason for that to happen.
If it feels like they are trying to avoid responding and it will take the other 7 days, after that I will have to pay my first month membership because they are clearly on purpose slow... This is also a very unprofessional scammy practice.
-I have been sent catalogs and stickers as a gift from a shop and they valued them 1 dollar each.
When 2 weeks ago I edited some items that were simply wrongly evaluated (invoice as a proof, which they asked) I was then disabled from editing values all of a sudden which before I could do. Ok, maybe they don't trust me, I will proceed to make my rights count and send a restraining order on myUS with attorney approval if this is needed.
-Delay of 24 sometimes 24+ h for registration of item that have arrived. Most of the time I knew from shipping service internal to US territory that the items had arrived, not from MYUS, which just confirmed 1 day or 2 days after. Imagine if I had the necessity of something fast (?)... I understand around Christmas, it's really hell and with Pandemic too but aren't these services strongly automated?
-Settings menu are unclear also in the description and need some Polish, and I can say this even if I am not mother tongue US English speaker, even more due to that, I can speak, they need to be clearer and I have given them feedback. (fortunately to this they offered a prompt response).
-Items that are incoming cannot be deleted so if you make a double upload you might end up confusing them.
- At the shipping request form I tested to launch, I was also asked suddenly for a 5 dollars payment for consolidation as a fee while consolidation is advertised as free, anyway I can pay that if you were not actually attempting to collect money from me by delaying a return (making potentially the refund from it fail, I will ask this money from you) and also delaying the correct weighting of an item, and also not trying with that weight to actually cover the free membership month by earning with these scammy practices. I can pay anything that is transparent and correct, but then even checking out the "pre payed custom service" I also tested that and found out they ask for 200+ dollars on a 480 dollar total.
That is 50%! While we pay taxes of 22% not more. 100 dollars.
Why they are asking 200+ for prepared custom services fees and taxes?
Basically MyUS if u send them in something expensive will feel like trying in all the ways to earn from your more money than it was planned.
Extremely light items consolidation which is the core of the service becomes not any more something that makes you save but actually becomes something extremely heavy and this stuff is really heavy to swallow...

For no reason put the account in hold with all my blackfriday shipments
More than a week and my account in hold for nothing with slow in response with customer service. Each time I should to wait for more than an hour to able chare with customer services. My case already escalated many times and follow up but no response. Each time they confirm that I will receive an update within 1-2 business days but nothing. There's no email to send my escalation. And I request to resend all my shipment out of my address and then close the account but they answered no they cannot until the account to be released.
Very poor management of their customer services complain system. And there's no clear procedures and escalation process.
I don't know what else can I do?

They will simply change and if/when you complain, they will give credits.
This is actually cheating when charged for higher rated carrier and deliver via lower value carrier - well the shipper got no issues but the buyer will have to play DIE HARD 6.0 at the local collection facility

Holding merchandise under false pretenses in order to charge fee
The initial service of this company was fine until it was not. It has turned out to be the most unethical, untrustworthy organization I have engaged for services. And it is not an employee issue, it is an upper management issue. My merchandise has been held by using a Federal Agency as an excuse. It made absolutely no sense, so I contacted the Agency and was confirmed that it was not true, and merchandise has been held on false grounds. So, I contacted customer service multiples times to inform this. In fact, the Agency can be contacted for clarification, but MyUs has refused to do so. I even addressed directly the CEO, Ramesh Bulusu and Customer Service Manager but still waiting for their response. Even worse, they have proceeded to charge a weekly fee even though they are the ones holding the merchandise on false grounds. AGAIN, contacted MyUS but not response other than being charged again and again. As you will observe, every time someone has posted something negative about MyUS in social media such a FB, they respond with the same automated response. But do not fool yourselves, once you respond to customer service, you never hear from them again. This is the worse of the worse, open and clear stealing from customers, and using a Federal Agency as a justification.

Unauthorized credit card charges, unethical behavior
I ordered some makeup from Sephora and had to find a forwarding company since Sephora stopped their international shipping recently.
Upon receiving the package, MyUS.com notified me that there's a dangerous product that contained animal parts and had to be reviewed. After checking the photos they took (it's actually the first forwarding company I encountered that opens up your package without notification or authorization), I realized they were talking about the lip balm free sample Sephora gave me.
After a day, they shipped out the package, the price is double what they quoted. The next day, they emailed and said they are going to ship another package, just for the lip balm. I contacted them right away to tell them that I don't want the sample, and also the package shouldn't separated without telling me. However, they totally ignored my message and went ahead to ship the package out. As a result, I have to pay $15.98 just to get the free sample.
To avoid them making additional authorized charges, I changed my credit card cvs code on their site. However, one day later, there is an additional charge made to my credit card. I logged onto myUS.com, even though they said all payments can be seen under the history page, the new charge of $8.25 is nowhere to be found, and it was never authorized.
I'm very disappointed with the service and the hassle it has created. My account number is suite 6776-072. I demand an explanation and refund for any unauthorized charges myUS.com has made.
Multiple - sent me someone else's order, charge fees for service not provided, no response to communication
There are multiple complaints as there is different kinds of challenges faced with Myus.com:
1) They sent someone elses product to me even though I notified them that they shouldn't and they charged me for the shipment. There has been no response to date about this.
2) They have started to charge $1 holding fees, but they are not holding anything for me, so far this has happened 7 times requiring me to stop the card as they can't keep charging.
1) MyUScom have sent me a package that is not even mine, for someone else and it is clearly labelled for another person (Suite number) so there is no error to do with a wrong address. I contacted them immediately and I told them not to send it to me (see email included as a photo, as well as through Facebook and Twitter) as it belonged to someone else and that this was an error. That was ten days ago. I sent it both in email format as well as through their Facebook message where I had communicated with them last time. I get a response a week ago with no answer to any of the points I raised about sending someone else's order all the way to South Africa. Then a week ago I get a message on the Facebook link to say they don't respond to challenges on that account. Did the same on Twitter but to date no response to the mails, which included the photographs of the package not addressed to me, as well as the suite number and the point that they have charged my card for this error, which was not mine but they cannot write and respond back through e-mail - the person whose package is coming is Charlene Morales (see image attached which includes the photo of the name and suite number, neither of which are mine). As noted there has been no response to date.
2) They have started to charge a $1 handling fee for item [protected] (which I let them know is not mine - see attached mail) and this is not mine and I have not asked them to hold anything. There have been seven charges to date and now I have no choice but to suspend the card as they do not respond to the online platform where I sent a message (The only way to contact them) about this.
What I find disappointing is that I am a returning customer and the ongoing challenges have got worse and there is no response about the issues from them, except the response attached here which has nothing to do with the issues noted.
I will also have to decline accepting the Fedex parcel when it arrives in Cape Town as it is not mine and will request that it is returned to sender at MyUs.com cost.
Please help.

Item lost / stolen when repacked
I ordered a hard to find second hand nappy backpack from a seller in the us. The seller sent the back with removable backpack straps attached, change pad and brand new messenger strap inside the main compartment. Myus re packers overzealously decided to remove the backpack straps and put them in a front pocket (why?) and have removed and either stolen or lost the messenger strap from the main compartment. There was no sticker on the box saying who had packed it (which is unusual). This comes in top of lengthy delays and excessive processing times leading to hefty storage fees which are difficult to get waived. This is the last straw for me - I won't be using MyUS again and will be warning others not to. I'm unlikely to find a replacement matching strap. Not good enough.
I wish I knew about this and others that have written very similar issues occurring to me with My US, it is crazy I have trusted them with 400 more dollars of value .. and yes... it is crazy. I am gonna bring justice with a restraining order on them if the things get not solved immediately.

In the last year, you MyUs has lost/misplaced 4 packages...2 in one month. I am beyond fed up with their services. A refund does not help because I now i am being held hostage by your company to recover my loss. Messages to customer care are no longer answered and that is unacceptable! Getting frustrated with their services.
I am a customer of myus for over 10 years now and during that period have introduced a lot of customers to them. I have been using their services to shop from the US stores for myself, family and friends.
However, in August of 2020 I seem to be getting frustrated with their services.
My packages that were delivered to them are missing in their warehouse, messages are not responded to and as for the chat service, you will never get connected.
As at today 31st August, I have 3 shipping request with them and none has been acted upon. The first request was made on the 17th of August. One their website it is indicated that they are processing ship requests in 4 days but when you eventually chat with any of their representatives to complain or ask why the ship request is delayed, they will tell you that now they process the ship request between 5 and 10 days.
Everyone seem to have their own rules and regulation. I am so fed up with trying to reach them as that is not possible. We are all aware of the COVID- 19 situation but as customers we buy things because we need them and cannot be waiting endlessly to receive them.
I would appreciate if my packages that got missing at the myus warehouse is replaced. This is a shirt I bought for my husband. I am really so disappointed. It is not a small package that should just go missing like that. I have sent several messages on this issue but has not received any response. I really need an urgent reponse.

I have had a very expensive item sitting there for over a week. No progress. "item is under review".
There is no way to reach them directly. I've submitted 3 "tickets" with zero reply. No one answers the phone and the "chat" function on their website is never available. I REALLY wish I had read their reviews before I used their service. I now have to file a claim with my credit card company for fraud.

This item to be sent by MYUS on my India address Jharneshwar Pancholee, H.No.2, St.No.1, New Sunder Nagar, Mundia Kanaln, Ludhiana-141015 (Punjab) India. but they have not sent so far.
