On June 1st, I ordered products from three US sellers and provided myus.com address as my parcel forwarding company. In order to get the three parcels consolidated and forwarded to France.
On June 6th, one of my parcels was sent to a wrong address without my consent and I was charged $47.49.
Second, on June 11th, upon paying another $62.11 (DHL shipping and insurance fees), the remaining 2 parcels were consolidated and shipped to France. But the package got returned to myus.com by EU customs.
It was held under investigation by myus.com for almost 2 months. Finally, I was told that it got returned because I did not prepay EU value added and import taxes.
Third, on August 20th, I paid $119.54 including shipping + insurance fees + EU value added and import taxes, to get my package finally forwarded to France. The package was returned to myus.com by EU customs again.
Thus, to this date, 3 months later, I have paid a total of $238 total to myus.com in vain. In addition to the $210 order that I am supposed to have received three months ago but never did.
Now, as of September 13th 2023, myus.com is withholding my package and demanding for another $46 for me to get my package back. Instead of refunding the $238 that they have collected from me and shipping my package free of charge to my default US shipping address on file.
All I have ever got from this company are stories, bills, headaches, untold misery and high blood pressure. Please help!
