Went looking at trucks at Napleton Dodge, Chrysler of Clermont and the salesperson Mike stated that the truck he sold me, a Used 2022 Dodge Ram Limited with 18170 miles, was a deal as there was no other place I could have gotten that truck brand new for less than $88,000. He said the MSRP on the limited brand new was between $88k - $100k. This I later learned after purchasing the vehicle was a lie. The MSRP at another local dealer for a brand new dodge limited with the same standard amenities was $72k, far less that what he claimed I would not be able attain the vehicle for. In fact, I was even given a written offer of $72k out the door. My wife and children were present when he made those statements. There were also several problems with the vehicle that were not disclosed to me before purchase which I found after leaving the lot. There was a crack in the front windshield and the vehicle front end began vibrating at high speeds. The front tires I saw before purchase were bald at the sides and when I requested they put on new tires, the manager refused but later gave me a $700 credit for two new tires. The sales person however insisted that the problems were not an issue as he claimed one of their mechanics did a 126 point check and signed off on the vehicle. I insisted the inspection was not good as the balded side of the front tires were a danger and should not have passed inspection. After speaking with the salesperson Mike again today 7/5/2023, he told me that the dealership would not accept a return of the vehicle. He said, “you bought the vehicle and it’s now yours regardless of the problems or concerns, it is now yours.” He said he was driving on the road and would give me callback later today but he never called me back. I did call the dealership and spoke with a sales manager Chadd to whom I explained the situation and he stated, “you now own the vehicle and the dealership will not accept a return no matter what.” He said no one put a gun to my head to buy the vehicle. I explained I purchased the vehicle under fraudulent dishonest information from the salesperson and he said, “there is nothing I can do, talk to your sales person; I checked and he is not here today.” I then called Wells Fargo Bank for the loan and explained the situation to them and they are investigating. I spoke with my attorney and I then canceled the personal check of $25,000 from my Chase Bank account and filed a dispute for the $5,000 they took for deposit from my bank card. I tried to speak with someone in the administrative office of the dealership but was unsuccessful. I saw that Napleton recently settled a lawsuit with the FTC for deceptive practices for black people and paid $10 million in settlements. I did not know this until today or I would not have gone there in the first place. Need your help in returning the vehicle and getting a full refund.

Desired outcome: A full refund and return if the vehicle to the dealership.
