Fraud alert!
I decided to order a few things from Nastydress since something I really wanted was at a great price. I also paid extra money for faster shipping. I waited patiently, and a month later decided to contact them. They said that one of my items was no more in stock. It was very difficult to communicate since their English was terrible broken. Then I asked them to cancel my order, but they pretended they did not understand anything. I already messaged to cancel my order and will take further action if necessary.

Absolutely terrible!
I've purchased several items from NastyDress in early February and I'm still waiting for my ordered to be shipped. It is now March and my order is still processing! How is this even possible? When I made my order I was promised to get my stuff in 10-20 days. And now it's been nearly a month and after reading all these horrible reviews I'm a bit worried. I doubt that I will ever receive my order. I've tried to contact them on their Facebook page and received no response. I'm very disappointed!

I've purchased some items from NastyDress and spent over $100 dollars. Clothes that I've ordered looked perfect on the pictures, but when I received my stuff I was extremely disappointed! Things I received were ugly and looked nothing like pictures on their website. I ordered a black dress with a 'coral' design which came back as an ugly cream dress and it was the ugliest dress I've ever seen! When I contacted customer care they offered me a discount on my next purchase and refused to give me a refund! I will never order anything from this website ever again! I will be telling every one I know never to order anything from NastyDress.

Then I received a message from them stating that only half of my order was shipped. I don't know when it will be delivered or why they shipped only half of my items. Really nasty!
I've purchased a blouse from NastyDress in early February and even paid extra to receive it in time for an event. They said I would receive it in 6-8 business days and it is now March and still nothing! I was supposed to get a tracking number but never received it. When I went to their website and checked the status of my order it was still processing. And even now it is still not shipped! Why it is still processing if I paid extra for shipping? I've tried to contact them and no one ever replied! I want my money back.

Very poor customer service
I purchased some clothing from NastyDress and paid for my stuff. Several days later I received an email and was told I have to pay some additional money fro who knows what. I sent several emails bank asking what was going on and never got a reply. I have sent many messages trying to get help with this situation but no response! Absolutely ridiculous! They took my money and never delivered anything and they ask me to give them more money. Scammers! I'll never order anything from this company again!

I ordered a lovely dress from Nastydress about three weeks ago and my order is still processing. I emailed their customer service and asked what was going on, but received no answer. The only email I received from them stated I need to contact customer support in case of any issues. Great news! And what was I doing all these weeks? Completely ridiculous! I doubt I will ever get my order or my money back. It seems I was not first who was scammed my Nastydress.

I wish I have read the reviews about Nastydress before I made an order. This website is horrible and I found their customer service staff to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered several things from them and things I received looked completely different from what was show on their website. I purchased a lovely dress and received a jacket which was absolutely rubbish and looked cheap. I immediately contacted customer service and tried to get an exchange but their extremely rude rep said that they can offer a discount coupon discount on my next order! Terrible! I'll never order anything again from these scammers!

Horrible!
I ordered a dress from NastyDress in the past. When it arrived it was lovely and I was very happy with my purchase. So I decided to order something again. I purchased a sweater, but weeks passed and nothing arrived. So I contacted their customer support and they said it was out of stock. Why didn't anyone tell me that? They offered me two options, refund or another sweater plus store credit. I decided to take my money back. I was told I'll be refunded in 24-48 hours, that actually never happened. It is now two weeks later and still no money. I would not recommend NastyDress to anyone!

Very poor delivery
I made a order and bought two cute looking dresses from Nastydress. It was in early January and now it is mid February and I received nothing yet. I contacted customer care and asked where my order was. They sent me a ticket number and told that my order is on it's way. Two weeks passed and still nothing. I went to their website and saw a message stating that they are closed till February 12. Their tracking system is useless, costumer service does reply but they are no help. I will never order anything from Nastydress again. I hope I'll get my things, if not, then I'll try to get a refund.

Bad products
I recently made an order and purchased something from Nastydress. I also paid extra money for rush shipping. Two weeks later I finally received my item but was extremely disappointed with the quality! Quality was extremely poor, it looked very cheap and definitely not what I expected. I immediately contacted customer service and demanded a refund, and still have not received a call or even an email. I have tried so many times, but it was useless. I have put in at least five tickets! What's wrong with these people? Why this horrible company is still allowed to run a business! There are so many people who were scammed by Nastydress! Horrible customer service
I am totally disappointed with Nastydress! I purchased something from them but did not receive anything for weeks. Contacted their customer service, but it is completely useless and they can't provide any information. One small part of the order finally arrived, but everything I did receive was just a garbage. Products they sell do not match the pictures posted on their website. And the prices are very high, their lousy products are very expensive. I tried to cancel the rest of my order, but they refused to help me. I will never buy anything from Nastydress again! This company made my online ordering experience disappointing and painful.

Cheap materials and poor workmanship.
After receiving my items, I realized that Nastydress takes photos from other designer sites. This site actually provides cheap replicas. I ordered some clothing items and some jewellery. Only few looked fine, but everything else was very poorly made and looked extremely cheap. One did not fit at all, the second fit was huge and looked like a tent! The third just looked like a rag. I contacted customer service, but return shipping turned out to be very expensive, so there was no point in sending the items back to China. My negative reviews were never posted. I would never shop there again.

I purchased a cheap dress at the beginning of October. Within few days, I received a message stating my order had been shipped. One month passed but nothing arrived. I sent them an email and was told that delivery could take up to 45 working days! I waited 45 more days and nothing again. Sent another message and was told that delivery could take up to 60 working days. I demanded a refund and was offered only 50%. I argued with them for a long time and they finally agreed to give all my money back. Later I received a message stating the payment had been sent, but it would take up to 25 working days! This company is beyond ridiculous!

False advertising
I purchased a cute looking dress from Nastydress few months ago. Yesterday it finally arrived, but when I opened the package I was very disappointed. Dress looked nothing like the picture on their website. It was ugly and very poorly made.The zippers were completely different and when I tried the dress on for the first time one zipper fell off! The measurements also were wrong. My size is XS, but this dress was too small even for me, it would fit my 6 year old sister! When the dress arrived strings were already coming out all over the place. This company should be punished for taking people's money and selling so horrible things.

I order two outfits in a size medium and they were too large. I tried to contact them to exchange for a smaller size. Their support center website puts you in a loop where you can not submit a ticket. It will not let you. So now I stuck with two items that don't fit.

On 8/28/2015 I bought 5 items: a Vintage bracelet with ring; Retro faux lace bracelet w/ring; Faux Pearl Embellished bracelet w/ring; and 2 Sweet Lolita Lace Strand bracelets w/ring. I bought the last 2 for my daughters wedding which was on 9/26/2015. I never received them and I didn't get them in time for my daughters wedding. I have contacted the company 3 times and the last time I still have not received a response. It only cost $26.28 total but I still would either have my merchandise or I would like my money back. My daughter ordered similar bracelets w/rings for her bridesmaids, they were gifts and to be worn at the wedding, she received hers yet I never received mine and she ordered hers weeks after I ordered mine. I would like my merchandise or my money. If the merchandise got lost in the mail I don't know but I still go to the mailbox on a daily basis praying that my merchandise arrives. It would be nice if the company would help me.
I disagree at this time May 2016 no one has contacted me and I deleted my account and deleted you from my computer. You should still have my address where you were supposed to ship my items and yet you still have not reached out to me. Why not just send me my items or return my money that would be the correct thing to do. So again don't write things on here to make it seem like you're trying to resolve the issue.
False Advertisement
I purchased four items from Nasty Dress and I was very disappointed in the quality of the fabric and none of the items I purchased look anything like what was shown on the website. I have never known of a company selling clothing that did not have an inside label or care directions. I was totally disappointed with my purchase and I feel like the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commissioner need to look into foreign companies that are falsely advertising their goods and services. I would not recommend Nasty Dress to anyone. This company will rip you off and do nothing to make good on your purchase. You just lose your hard earned money and be unsatisfied. I have tried on several occasions to reach this company and I find it amazing that there is no telephone number for you to call and speak with a live agent about your complaint.

I will never order from NASTY DRESS AGAIN
No real contact details- received a jacket that looks plastic- paid $48 - I seriously cannot wear it and would be embarrassed to resell it- the arms were to skinny and came down past my hands & it felt like a plastic garbage bag on me-I put in request after about 2 hours of not being able to find order number and emailing them concerning all this- surprise surprise they have not gotten back to me for full refund- even though on site says if you are not happy with purchase you can return and get full refund.

I purchased two corsets 3 weeks ago. I received an email stating that my payment was received and I would receive confirmation of shipping with a tracking number. The email never came. I never received my items. And, when I submitted a ticket via email... I never received a response. Well that was 40.00 down the drain. I probably just contributed to a terrorist attack or something. I'm sick.
I bought a pair of pants and they did not look like the ones pictured. I filled out the return option in their support center. They want a code to complete the ticket. But any code I typed in, does not work. It seems this is done on purpose so no one can contact them. I will never buy from them again.
I pressed PLACE ORDER, an error message came up saying the attempt was unsuccessful and to try PayPal. I tried it again, shortly after, I received 2 emails confirming that my order had been processed twice. Now I have 2 $80 orders that have the exact same items. I can't contact anyone from the company, so I'm going to call the bank to dispute both charges. I will get my money and possibly the items.
