After a monstrous time with them "accidentally" filing on my credit ive had to keep filing complaints where they say "oops". Now that the debts been paid off for 3 weeks they refuse to discharge the debt. They are soooo rude and when they answer the phone they say "hold for voicemail". Bridgette wilder state "i'll resubmit it to my boss and send you a copy in the mail, but i show it as paid off" boom voicemail. This place needs to be closed or investigated. The ftc guy says file on a local level against their licence. Just by looking at my credit report they haven't reported my payments in a while. The original complaint against them was so much worse. They refused to submit all my dispute claims stating i need to send it in the mail, but others told me the email address. You should see what special hell the apt complex put me though via yelp or google reviews
National Credit Systems - unethical behavior
Paid off my debt. They refuse to give me a letter to provide to the credit bureaus so I can have this item removed. It has been over a month and their receptionist is a rude ignorant lady for a better choice of words. She refused to hear my request before she became ignorant with me. I just want my letter so I can move forward with my now debt free life or fir them to report my paid debt correctly
National Credit Systems - Unwilling to settle my accounts
ok so nobody in this world is perfect back when I was a teenager long story short I broke my lease was barely 18 19 years old and didn't have a care in the world so I didn't take it seriously no I'm 25 I'm a mother and I have a family so for almost 7 years this company has her asked me literally harassed me and I'm not the one calling them to settle these accounts but when I call the agent that has my account is the most rudest most disrespectful most inconsiderate person I've ever run into over the phone or even in the streets that company needs to reconsider their agents and also maybe reconsider their professionalism since there is none over there I think this company needs to be investigated I think this company needs to be put out & I think this company needs a whole new set of agents set of management just a whole new Rocketeerwhat kind of collection agencies has consumers calling them with debt willing to pay whether it's the full amount or something that we only can afford doesn't accept our offer its called a business right its called negotiations right well this company doesn't have none of that has no quality and customer service has no quality in making sure these accounts that are delinquent are actually being covered n even be manageable to work for both sidesI am already taking legal steps towards this company as well as the company that has taking me to collections due to they are illegally keeping me from purchasing my family a home a place to live now so I hope this company reads this and I hope you guys expected because there will be a legal matter in this situation and I will push it and if there is anybody out there any normal person like me with accounts with this company who is willing to get with me sign a petition let's all take him to court for the harassment for the illegal debt collections they have on our credit report that is stopping us from being able to live it is illegal and we do have rights and this company think that they are God and they r not we will have a judge seek justice

National Credit Systems - Unprofessionalism
About a year ago I decided to clean up my credit and have worked with many collection agencies, all of whom have worked with me at the sight of money. I have offered all of them full payment for a deletion of my negative credit remark off of my credit report. All of them EXCEPT national credit systems has cooperated.
The amount NCS says I owe them oddly enough is a little bit over a thousand dollars. Do I agree with this? Absolutely not! I have sent them repeated letters and had the unfortunate experience in dealing with their nasty and unprofessional representatives, all of whom had to undergo specific training to be that way on the phone. I have offered all of them the full amount if they removed my debt and they have flat out refused. The amount shouldn't even be on my credit report because half of the charges that are on there are illegitimate.
So since they were uncooperative, I went back to the Original creditor and went round and round with them on the charges. They agreed to pull the credit file back from NCS and adjust it, but because of the time that had passed since the file was put into their account(2008) NCS would not allow them to.
NCS basically told me I would just have to wait until 2015 to get the charges removed from my credit profile and the best thing I could hope for right now is a change in the status of my credit profile to "Paid in Full". I won't give this nasty company a dime of money and I WILL wait them out if they won't work with me.
The sad thing is I could pay this company if they worked with me, but don't really want to hassle with a lawyer. At least not yet, but I am seriously contemplating the idea. I filed an official complaint with the BBB and they didn't even care about it. How this company stays in business is beyond me.
