I received a bill on 9/19/2023 that a transaction would be withdrawn from. My account on 9/18. I called national credit system because due yo fraud on my credit card again I had to get a replacement card and was simply calling to give my new card number. My account manager Chris was extremely rude and said due to the payment being rejected they can no longer do auto pay. I explained the situation and he stated it was not his problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got Norman Jefferson who was horribly rude, disrespectful, refused to listen to my concern, and over talked me. When I tried to explain he said "you are not going to disrespect me" which was odd because I did not yell, curse or become disrespectful. He used this verbiage to disconnect the call. Please review it! I never had a company try to prevent you from making a payment. I also went back and checked email and have never received notifications. And ... to receive a bill a day after the withdrawal is ridiculous. This company is ridiculous and hires anyone with vocal cords to answer the phone!
