Received another bill from Berkeley Medical Center, unsure why as I believed all was paid.
Received another bill from Berkeley Medical Center for $166.69 with file number from SCHEER, GREEN, & BURKE L.P.A. TOLDO OHIO [protected]. I thought all my bills were settled. Please clarify this charge and any outstanding balance. It's frustrating! This might relate to the auto accident on 08/04 which was covered by auto insurance and the rest should've been billed to Medicare under my plan active from that date.

I received a court summons involving this company for an outstanding medical bill. Every time I have called this company I have been sent to voicemail and I have left many messages and no return. I finally get 1 call back in which they left a message and of course I call back and all I get is voicemail. All I want to do is take care of this bill and make payments. But now since I can't talk to anyone I guess my wages will be garnished. This company is crap!

I'm persistently contacted by mail from Sheer, Green and Burke or by their employee. The company's lack of organization and professionalism is evident as I continue to receive debt collection letters or calls despite my requests to cease contact. I am harassed by their employee, even though every debt in question has been paid or settled. For instance, a camera violation ticket from 2011 led to a civil case by Hal Burke in 2015, which was settled and dismissed in 2016. Yet, I still receive communications about it. This company's practices seem to violate debt collection and consumer rights laws. I have no unpaid debts and wish to be left alone. Even a bill from Toledo Radiology, covered by my insurance over two years ago, is still a point of contention despite Toledo Radiology confirming it was paid and satisfied. The unnecessary stress they cause consumers is due to someone not fulfilling their duties in the office.

I was served papers from Sheer, Green and Burke for a debt and immediately paid it in full. And they garnished my wages afterwards. I was served papers from Scheer, Green and Burke in December . I contacted the office and spoke with *** and made a payment and made arrangements to pay the balance in full in January which I did. In February I was served papers that my wages were being garnished due to the previous balance was not paid. I contacted my magistrate court and told them I paid it all in full and it was taken care of. When asked why my wages were being garnished she said the Scheer, Green and Burke Office did not file the paperwork showing that I paid the account in full and put me in good standing. I have contacted their office several times asking why they didn't send the correct paperwork and that I now had over $600.00 taken from my wages for an account that paid in full. I am still fighting with this Law Office and still haven't been refunded my money. I get nothing but the run around when I contact them. They are rude and not helpful at all when they are the ones at fault for this happening to me. When I ask about a refund I am told over and over again that they do not have my money but yet the West Virginia State Auditor has received two returned payments from the law office and are still waiting on the final two payments to be returned so I can be refunded. I am told repeatedly that they never received the payments.

Would not call back, not requiring garnishment despite many attempts to handle prior. I received a letter regarding garnishment from this company for a debt I do agree that is owed. I contacted this company on numerous occasions in hopes of setting up a payment plan and to handle the debt peacefully. 3rd call in to them I finally reached a person. She said they would absolutely set up a payment plan to avoid garnishment and would transfer me. I was transferred to a voicemail. I left a message and waited a day or two, but received no call back. I continued calling and left probably 4 to 5 voicemails (unsure the exact number). I never received a call back. After a few weeks had gone by I called back again and finally reached someone who jumped down my throat because I didn't send a check first. I wanted to set up a payment plan, get it all in writing before doing so and peacefully work this out. Instead I was yelled at because I didn't handle it sooner. I CALLED FOR A MONTH AND A HALF AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. This company does not want to work with you. They want to ignore you until the 15 day garnishment notice runs out, and then mandate the garnishment. Well I hope you're happy, I have two small babies to take care of and now my wages will be garnished despite me making numerous attempts to try to work this out (I WANTED TO SEND YOU MONEY AND BE NICE). The person I finally spoke with today, after yelling at me for not just blindly writing a check and crossing my fingers hung up on me. She mostly interrupted me when I was trying to explain/ask any questions. I believe her name was ***. She said that "we've been dealing with COVID-19 and working from home just like you have". Well, a phone works just as well from home as it does from an office. I've been doing it for over 2 months and haven't missed a call or ignored a voicemail yet.

Unable to get in contact with anyone regarding judgement letter. Forwarded to voicemail everyday and no call back when I leave a voicemail. Received letter about debt owed for a judgement that was filed in 2018. This judgement was filed by ***.
