My vehicle was repossessed and Relentless Recovery refuses to return my personal items to me unless I pay them a $50 convenience fee! My entire interaction with *** at the *** location was recorded on my personal cell phone!

Relentless recently towed my vehicle with was my fault so I pay all my dues n whatever I had to do to get it back so now my gears rnt working properly my bumper is broken there's a dent in my radiator I just need to no whats going on coz this vehicle was in a 1 shape when they took it

The front bumper was slightly banged initially but when I retrieved my vehicle it was almost falling off detached from the car and the silver part was completely broken the items in my armrest were gone. But my only concern is the extended damage to the bumper. I believe upon pick up my vehicle was dragged because several pieces were broken off the bumper and the company just sat the pieces they broke ontop of the bumper

My bank hired them to repo my car. It was picked up in the early morning hours of a Friday yet I was charged for Thursday storage. I wasn't at the location at the time they claim to have picked it up and a resident told me it was the wee morning hours. Nonetheless I was given the runaround in retrieving my vehicle. My first call was to let them know I was retrieving my vehicle and not to touch my personal belongings. After my vehicle was recovered my dream catcher than hang from the rear view was broken during removal. I made a complaint and the employees lied when the evidence beads were spilled all over the front of the vehicle, therefore they were aware. Several items weren't removed so they could have left that as well instead of breaking it to remove it. I stated in my complaint that after I went through what was I believed four boxes and a tote I would follow up. A vintage purse was thrown in a box with leaking motor oil and destroyed. They refuse to acknowledge or make this right. Even after I complained to my bank.

My car was picked up Wednesday September 9th to 2020 due to non-payment. Once I paid my account current I went to retrieve property I still have valuables and property of my own inside the car which included work boots orthotics dress shoes casual shoes glasses money face mask and other random items. All items of value/usable were missing from property when I made it to pick up property at location. I called my lien holder and ask them to make a note that I've called with my concerns and there's written documentation from them. The following day I called relentless to see if they misplaced my property they said I had to follow proper steps which was to file a online complaint via their internet website. Relentless also told me that my car was on the way to the auction on two separate days Monday and then Tuesday. This is after 11 00 plus dollars has been paid to bring my account current I need my property for work. I think it's sad how the poor is mistreated. I'm sure this company had been in the glove box back seat and trunk of my car random items from every place turned up except my shoes my glasses and my money less than 10.00

Relentless recover was hired by our finance company to repossess our vehicle, we were a little behind on payments, but settled the matter quickly. We went to pick up our car on monday February 24th approximately 230 pm. We signed NOTHING other than a credit card receipt after we paid to release the car from their lot. They drove the car out of the lot, the attendant met us, did not even allow us to get close as he RAN back into the lot. No attendant stood present to inspect the vehicle with us. We inspected the vehicle and noted damage to the front bumper and under carriage to the point there is a piece HANGING from the undercarriage on the front end. The car is driveable. however, this damage was done by this repossession company as it was NOT there before. We filed a complaint on their website and received a reply back that they did not agree with us and that the damage was there before. They said they had photos from before they took the car, we demanded to see them. You can clearly see in the photos that the car was already taken when the "photos" were taken. We then got our finance company involved. They were not much help. They did provide us with a document from relentless recovery that we had NEVER seen. However, it was "signed" by my husband. He did not sign this paper, nor did we ever see this document. We were never given copies of it or anything. At this point, the only realistic thing that I want done Is for relentless to RETURN the money we paid them ($200) to put towards the repairs as our insurance company has already indicated that it will cost over $800 to fix. It is obvious from the appearance of this company and the conduct of the employees that they do not have high standards or any regard for other people's property. Not to mention, FORGING someone's signature is a CRIME!
