I Aurielle Walton do not recognize nor authorize debt in the amount of $199. I deny this is my debt, if it is my debt I sent it is still a valid debt, if it is valid I deny the amount requested is the correct amount. Furthermore in accordance to the U.S. Code 15 Section *** I demand a hard copy of the original signature validation of dept. I demand that this error be removed off my credit report 30 days after receiving this letter.

The company sent me a collection letter notice of which I responded accordingly in writing within 30days , disputing the debt and asking the validity of the debt, because the original debtor Northbay healthcare failed to initially bill my insurance company. All my bills have been paid in full by me and my Insurance company to Northbay healthcare after the initial error. Credit bureau associates failed to verify the debt according to my written request.
COLLECTOR COMPANY has been informed several times that my account with Quests Labs is paid but they continue calling me and threatening me with further legal actions for 54.89 QUEST LABS has the bill 7***5 closed as PAID. I do not wish for an apology from this company, I want them to stop calling me and be removed from collectors' phone calls.

I received a call from this company about a medical bill. I do not owe any medical bills. I have 100% coverage from my employer. I do not see any doctors outside of ***. I asked where this medical bill is from & the man on the phone would not disclose. He asked me for my social security number I declined to provide my info & asked him again where is the medical bill from. I advise him that if there is any bill in my name it is NOT mine it is fraud! He still continued to ask for my personal info. I have NEVER received any correspondence via mail regarding any medical bill. I believe this company is running a SCAM to obtain peoples personal info for fraudulent use. I advised the man on the phone to send me the bill in the mail so I can see the details since he will not provided them.

CREDITORS BUREAU USA is reporting a fraudulent medical bill in the amount of $336.00. I have been trying to send letters to the credit bureaus AND this collection agency since May trying to get this resolved and I have been ignored. I am disabled and I have been for a long time. I have always had 3 forms of medical insurance. Medicare, Medi-cal and my husbands union insurance. I do not ever owe any out of pocket expenses and I have proof of medical insurance. This company is failing to validate this debt because this debt is NOT valid. All hospitals, doctors offices and any other medical facility I visit has all of my insurance information so there is no way this is a valid debt and I believe this is why they are ignoring me when I ask for validation. This is my final attempt to resolve this before I turn this over to the consumer protection attorney and proceed with legal action for failure to validate, reporting a fraudulent debt, credit reporting errors and many others I was informed that this company is violating.

The amount I have owed (according to the paper statements they sent me) did not match what McKenzie was telling me on the phone. I tried to get some information on where he was getting his amounts, dates of service, etc. McKenzie insulted, said I didn't know how to read an account number. I emailed the office the statement I was clearly looking at and how it wasn't matching McKenzie's statements. He said that the email would have to go through another department, he couldn't explain a THIRD bill and date of service, nor could he explain the change of amounts, nor could he explain the $400 difference in amounts. If a company can not be respectful to their customers, explain ACUTAL NUMBERS, and exchange information with their customers, but yet expect them to pay their bills, how is this legal? This company does not have to explain itself or what it is charging? Where does that power come from? What business owner is letting their male customer service reps, like McKenzie talk to down to their female customers.
