Inhave never had a contract with this debt collector for any debt. I have never received anything letters from them. I have disputed twice and still no information mailed to me regarding this debt.

Receivable Recovery Services has been harassing me daily during pandemic Covid 19. I have been unemployed since Mardi Gras, Feb 25, 2020. I currently have no income and they still will not stop harassing me. This is unethical. Please Help!

My name is ***, and I have been disputing accounts with this company asking them to removed these accounts because they are not mine. I have asked plenty of times to provide proof that these accounts belong to me but they have failed to do so each time I contact them. I have been reaching out to this company since March. I would greatly appreciate BBBs help with resolving this matter.

I am receiving calls from RRS in Metairie, LA falsely claiming I have health bills that I have checked with the doctors office and I'm all paid up (owing nothing of record). Please ask this company to provide proof this money is owed somehow. They have no proof I owe any money for these health records or bills. I have paid all of my health visits right away. I believe this may be reported also on my credit and I want it removed immediately.

On Friday, May 8, I telephoned the business in question to pay a bill
On Friday, May 8, I telephoned the business in question to pay a bill. The female who answered the phone told me that instead of paying the bill as shown, $230.00 I could pay the settlement price of $184.00. After taking my debit card information and processing the transaction I was told that I would also be billed a $3.50 over the phone fee and would be billed$187.50. I asked why was I not told about this fee before I gave her authorization. She had no answer for my question.

I have had this disputed many times and they will take it off and put it back on months after removed.I do not have a collection with this company and have never without a contract with this company. The company they are claiming to have my debt through has my debt at almost half of what they reported on my credit report .this company cannot provide me anything showing that I have in writing agreed to pay them any amount or has a written contract with receivable recovery this needs to be removed immediately
