I am not liable for this debt with 15 DIERBERGS MARKETS INC II and I do not have a contract or recall with MCA MANAGEMENT COMPANY Also Police Report (report no. ***) was sent in with numerous other correspondence. Please delete this account from my credit report at once.

Company is a debt collections firm and refuses to take my phone calls and blocks the numbers. Company refuses to provide physical address for court documents to be sent after multiple attempts to dispute charges with verification provided. Company is belived to be in violation for Consumer Protections Act.

In 2016 I went to a dentist that preformed an unauthorized root canal. They then submitted it to a collection agency. After which MCA had fraudulently removed and resubmitted this report to my credit multiple times. After speaking to a representative from transunion it was suggested to submit a complaint to the ComplaintsBoard.com.

I never signed any note with this company stating that I would pay them for services. I never gave permission to this company or any other company to report my personal information to another company or consumer. I called to rectify with company and was put on call block list and was told that they would cease and desist communication with myself and credit bureau but I am still seeing mca management listed on my credit report I would like all information from mca removed from my credit report

I initially called to ask a question about payment and about the removal of the item on my credit report the lady yelled at me a total of five times did not allow me to finish asking a question told me that I could not finish asking a question because I had previous caught there company back in May there was no resolution in the process I had to block my own number from there from them call them back and still pay the bill with almost no proof of payment except for my bank account being debited which I use to pay for the debt

I called in in an attempt to pay off a debt for my daughter, I did not appreciate the Fee that they tagged on which is 25 percent of the total amount owed. Discussed this with *** and she immediately started getting aggressive and yelling telling me she does not care what I pay or owe. Horrible business tactics when I was intentionally calling to pay off what was owed. Absolutely horrible and berating experience. I dont even want to give this company a Penny after the way she handled herself. No mirandas and completely out of line with their compliance. "***" completely Violated FDCPA

I received a letter from MCA on May 24,2021 stating I owed a debt from ***. I called MCA and advised I can dispute the debt. I did dispute this debt submitting the attached letter via certified mail May 26,2021 and it was received May 28,2021, per attached certified mail receive. Per law, they have 30 days to response which they have not done. They have reported to the credit bureaus which I have submitted disputes with Equifax and Trans Union. There was no debt owed and MCA is continuously not providing any debt owed but taking illegal steps in reporting to credit bureau without verifying any debt.

On October 19, my son Austin White visited a doctor at a local clinic. He was fully covered under my insurance, and his CHIP insurance covered any remaining bill (he no longer has this coverage). However, I was charged a $176 fee that is now in collections, negatively affecting my credit score. I've contacted the doctor's office, and they admitted the charge was an error due to administrative changes. Despite explaining this to MCA Collection Agency multiple times, the issue persists. They claim to represent the doctor's office but haven't resolved the error. The dispute is between MCA and the clinic, and my credit score should not suffer due to their mistake. This has been a negative mark on my credit for over a year, and I need it removed immediately as it's obstructing my future plans.

I checked my credit report and noticed I had a collection from MCA MANAGEMENT COMPANY (Account#***) that I do not recall and am not liable for. I disputed this through the three credit bureaus, requesting for proper validation, per the FCRA. But the credit report lists this dispute has been resolved and meets the FCRA guidelines, which is false and misleading reporting. They are forcing me to do business with them without validating their claim with the original application with my signature from their client, itemized invoices are unacceptable and don't provide unequivocal proof, to authenticate this claim. I never entered into a written or verbal agreement with them, which makes this extortion. This inaccurate/unverifiable/ false reporting/misleading and doesn't belong to me. Please remove this false, misleading and inaccuracy from my credit report immediately. I am requesting all collection activity to cease immediately and for this inaccurate/unverifiable collection to be removed from my credit report immediately, per FDCPA 807 or I will file for litigation and report you to both the CFPB/Missouri Attorney General for additional arbitration. Thanks for your prompt attention.
