We had a credit card debt, I was told that once we had paid up our debt, no more money would be taken. Upon realising money was still being sent, I call intrum justiita and was informed I had to cancel standing order ( which I wasn't told in phone call ) and that I had a credit with intrum and a cheque would be sent out. Today when I rang about cheque, I was told money is with aib. Aib tell me intrum has it. Now when I call, to speak to Yasmin, I'm told she in a meeting.

I've received calls constantly for almost 2 weeks and have advised numerous times the person that Intrum are trying to reach is not me.They said they had sent 3 letters already and I told them I've had no correspondence.
I've asked and asked for them to stop calling me and had 3 calls today before 12pm!
The person I spoke to told me my address was in Merseyside and my house number was 125..I have never lived at number 125 and I certainly do not live in Merseyside.
I suffer from anxiety and depression and these phone calls have not helped my illness

Ms. Deborah Salmon the Compliance Department of Intrum have acted very unprofessionally that include improper conduct by deciding to dismissed my complaint against Intrum by acting in favor of the company in her letter reply to me of 2nd May 2018.
However, Intrum have obtained my data illegally and with improper conduct in obtaining my mobile number without permission was provided by James White of Global Debt Recovery and Intrum Justitia (Barclays) also breached the Privacy Act of the Data Protection Act and by sending me spam text message on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at 11:49am.
Intrum are involved in breaching the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Amended 2006) by harassing me for an old debt which is more than 15 years old also breaks the then Office of Fair Trading guidelines and refusing to comply with the Financial Conduct Authority guidelines.
Intrum are behaving like the mafia based on criminality acting like thugs by refusing to follow the law, refusing to respect the Code of Practices that exist and refused to use reasonable standards of behaviour also in breached the Regulations of the Financial Services and Market Act 2000.
Intrum obtain my information and phone number illegally by using an old reference number 9819999 that I got no relationship with the Original Creditor of Intrum Justitia (Barclays) more than 15 years because they were involved in the MIS-SELLING PPI SCANDAL and the debt which was written off before 2007.
In addition, the Credit Services Association are involved in protecting the criminal cover-up of Intrum that Robert Kingdon plus Deborah Salmon from the Compliance Department have acted with thuggery by refusing to comply with the Financial Conduct Authority also breached the GDPR and the Privacy Act of the existing Data Protection Act. Intrum has acted in bad faith which Barclays was involved with mis-selling PPI. The Intrum staff were very rude also acted very unprofessional with improper conduct should be subjected to criminal investigations and complaints by the FCA which Intrum should be stripped of their license and the CSA should be called to account for their covers-up.
In addition, I received a confirmation call from the Financial Ombudsman Service this morning of May 29, 2018, at 10:17 am by confirming my complaints against Barclays Bank the Original Creditor relating to payment protection insurance (PPI)during the Noughties (2000s) with clear evidence submission. However Barclays Bank was involved in mis-selling me PPI, It did not meet my needs, I wouldn't have been able to make a claim on it and I was n't told about the policy and its terms and conditions plus they failed to provide me paperwork information details as a customer of Barclays from 2001 to 2006. The bank had failed to implement the Code of Practice on my complaints in reference to illegal bank charges and payment protection insurance which both the then Financial Standards Authority and Office of Fair Trading stated the original creditor was involved of giving misleading information which the debt was written off before 2007. Barclays decided to pass my data information to Intrum Justitia while the dispute which was ongoing in reference to the PPI scandal both James Unsworth of Intrum Justitia along with James White from Global Debt Recovery, AJ Martin of Moorcroft plus Deborah Salmon and her colleagues Robert Kingdon plus Tariq Olaifa of the Compliance Department of Intrum has acted illegally and with improper conduct also breaches the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Amended 2006) and regulations of the Financial Services and Market Act 2000 (FSMA).
These named individuals and companies did not comply with the Privacy Act of the Data Protection Act by failing to make a correction over my dispute with the original creditor in relation of payment protection insurance and illegal bank charges and they are in breaches of the new General Data Protection Regulations which the Information Commissioner's Office has got my complaint by correspondence by mail.
The individual and companies are refusing to comply with the Financial Conduct Authority Guidelines also being very rude by acting unprofessionally with improper conduct that includes being abusive failing to respect the Code of Practice that exists and refuses to use reasonable standards of behavior.
