Very unprofessional service I got wrecked into I was sitting parked I went through all the steps to their company your company insured me that if I had any problems it would handle it and we'd go but we visit it I had a rental car through you I end up paying out of my pocket because I didn't want to return the rental car till I fixed my son if my son roof is still leaking into my car and I have emails from when it first happened that I told the lady and she even text me in your later and I was like yeah I know you told me when it happened nobody's ever bothered to fix my car or send it to a Dodge dealership nobody's ever bothered to fix the sunroof that I told her was leaking now it's leaking in my car Bent leaking in my car for years now I don't know what else I can do I called I wrote your email I've emailed the Bridget I've done everything I can with national general and she just tell me sorry about your luck I know you told me but guess what oh well and I even was like I don't want to I want you to fix my sunroof so I don't have mold my car and like fixed it because the kid hit me before I take this right before I give you a rental car back cuz I'm not getting a result and I feel like you're not going to do it if I don't give you if I give you a rental car back will they still charge me out of cat out of my pocket for your flipping rental car and they still ain't fixing my sunroof now what I do 5 years later okay well now my insides warping for the top of my car well the airbags pushing out because you ain't fixed it you did not do quality work your insurance company is a fraud somebody needs to get back at me I mean this is ridiculous better Business bureau I have emails where she said point blank oh yeah you told me when you happened and just ignored me still is ignored me do you really I'm going to have to sue y'all and I even told her that like I'm ridiculous brand new car because of your faulty [censored] ethics and you not listening to people that pay you good money now I got to come out of pocket for all this damage when I had paid you insurance good money for my insurance My insurance went up $200 after accident and you still ain't fixed [censored]
