National Geographic don't give back money for sneaky monthly charges they weren't supposed to take. They keep ignoring my emails.

I ordered a National Geographic Kids subscription for my niece through ***. She never got it. I contacted Nat Geo and they emailed back and said maybe the address was wrong. It wasn't wrong. I contacted them again and they said you got it. WE DID NOT GET IT.
I got a renewal notice for National Geographic History, and it said it would cost $40
I got a renewal notice for National Geographic History, and it said it would cost $40. So, I decided to go with "Bill Me" and sent back the renewal. But now they're telling me it's actually $57. I reached out to them, and they said the $40 was just a special offer. The notice I got didn't say anything about a special offer, a limited-time price, or a deadline to pay in order to get the price mentioned in the notice.

On Nov. 12, 2020, I signed up for a digital subscription to National Geographic for five months, only paying $0.01
On Nov. 12, 2020, I signed up for a digital subscription to National Geographic for five months, only paying $0.01. The deal was that I would be charged monthly after that. I canceled my subscription online within the given time, but I don't have any proof of that cancellation. I recently checked my credit card statements and found out that National Geographic didn't stop charging me. They actually started billing me $2.99 on Jan. 15, 2021, which was about three months before my five-month trial was supposed to end.
A few years ago, I bought The Complete National Geographic on DVDs
A few years ago, I bought The Complete National Geographic on DVDs. I lost the collection, but I found them again this year. However, when I tried to use them, a message appeared on the screen telling me that they no longer produce the product I bought. To use it, I would need to install some extra software and make some other technical fixes that I'm not good enough with computers to do. BUT I found out that if I was a Natl. Geographic digital subscriber (which I was for many years), I would have free access to the magazine's Online Archive, which has the same content as the DVDs I bought but can't use.
I bought six of the National Geographic Partners LLC's DNA tests in June
I bought six of the National Geographic Partners LLC's DNA tests in June . They said I could send in DNA samples for two years after that. I got one kit for my friend in Texas, and she sent hers in within 60 days. I wanted to wait for her results before starting my research project. But we never got the results. I called and emailed many times, but no response. I found out that the project was sold to another company. I tried to contact them, but no luck. I spent $334.00 on these kits and they have ignored me from the start.
I bought a DNA test from National Geographic's partnership with Helix
I bought a DNA test from National Geographic's partnership with Helix. The first test result was no good. By the time I could send the second one, they stopped selling the product. I paid $59.94 for the test and got nothing. Customer service sent me a generic reply saying they can't refund after 30 days. I just want a credit for their online store. I didn't sign up to donate to charity, this is stealing! I paid $59.94 and got nothing in return. I emailed a manager for help, but no reply. It seems like they're okay with taking my money and giving me nothing. I just want a credit to buy something else.
