National Home Warranty very nice and helpful

very nice and helpful. National Home Warranty, Inc. is the best! They always come through when I need them and their customer service is top notch. I've had a few issues with my appliances and they have always been able to fix them in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

They charged me extra fees that weren't included in the deductible. The repair didn't work and they had to come out twice, but my AC still doesn't work. They even said that if they can't fix it, it's my problem! What kind of home warranty is that?!

I got great service from Danny on a busy, hot Sunday in Las Vegas when I know A/C's all over town were breaking down. I appreciate Gloria, the supervisor, using Matt from I Repair Air and More, to come to my property and quickly fix the problem. His professionalism, courtesy, and promptness was extremely appreciated by me.

National Home Warranty So I had some trouble with National Home Warranty (NHWUSA) when my water heater needed to be replaced

So I had some trouble with National Home Warranty (NHWUSA) when my water heater needed to be replaced. They made me pay $665 for an inspection and installation fees before they would replace it, and they wouldn't even do it until the next day, which was Christmas. I called them on the 26th and they scheduled an appointment for the 27th at 9:00am, but I had to pay another $590 in install fees before they would approve it. Then they told me they couldn't install it until the 28th at 2:00pm, which they later changed to 6:00am. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said he wasn't available but they would leave a message for him to call me back.

National Home Warranty They don't want to help you out, man

They don't want to help you out, man.

So, I got this home warranty from National Home Warranty, Inc. when I bought my crib. The inspector said we needed to replace the wax seals, so we went to Home Depot and got some new ones. But when we tried to put the toilet back on, we saw that the flange was messed up and we couldn't fix it.

When we told them about it, they said they wouldn't cover it because we did the work ourselves and not a real plumber. They said we could have messed it up ourselves. That's some bull, because we sent them pictures of the old flange and it was already messed up.

National Home Warranty I used this service for 2 years since I own my home and tbh there hasn't been 1 time that I was very unsatisfied with this company

I used this service for 2 years since I own my home and tbh there hasn't been 1 time that I was very unsatisfied with this company. They told me the problem was solved, but it wasn't. The technician left and the leak was still there. The 2nd time, I asked the technician to put on a mask and he said "if President Trump doesn't wear one, why should I?" Today, I called for the next service and asked for a different tech, but they sent the same one. He came up to my home and said I needed to pay him before he looked at the problem. I paid, but he was very rude and walked out without fixing the problem. Another tech was sent, but he parked illegally and was rude. I've had enough bad experiences with this company, especially since the plumber didn't fix the leak.

National Home Warranty I had National Home Warranty for 2 years

I had National Home Warranty for 2 years. They were pretty good during that time. I sold my house on January 20 and called NHW three times to let them know. I asked if I could transfer my account to the new owner, but they said I needed to send documents from the title company. I didn't have time for that with all the moving stuff going on. I did tell the new owner that NHW was good though. I forgot to ask for a refund for the time I didn't use. I realized in April that I hadn't gotten a refund and called NHW. They said I had to write an email, so I did. I asked for a refund from the sale date, which is easy to prove with county tax assessor documents. I got a check, but it was only from the date of my email, not the sale date. I don't know if it's legal, but it's not right. I told NHW about the sale before, so they weren't losing anything. I won't recommend them to anyone anymore. They're not trustworthy.

National Home Warranty in Las Vegas is where I got my home warranty from. I live in Henderson and bought my condo in 7. I paid around $600 yearly for coverage. Last summer, my AC broke down and they came out to repair it. I paid $75 for the service. However, it broke down again a month later and they came out to repair it again. I paid another $75. But then, it broke down again after a month! The technician said I needed a new compressor which would cost around $1500. He didn't even check for a leak. I ended up buying the compressor. They gave me a mobile AC unit until the installation which was a few days later. I didn't need a new compressor, it was a total scam and lie. After the installation, my AC worked fine for a few months until winter came and I didn't use it. Yesterday, my AC broke down again and they are charging me $350 to find the leak. I paid another $75 today and it's hot in here! Can someone help me?

National Home Warranty We got a home warranty when we bought our new house last July

We got a home warranty when we bought our new house last July. They were really helpful until today, June 11th. We told them about a problem with our dishwasher in February. They sent a service company and it seemed to fix it. On May 6th, we told them about the same problem. Another service company came and looked at the dishwasher. The technician bypassed the safety on the dishwasher and replaced some more parts, but it didn't fix anything. On May 24th, we told them about the problem again and they sent the same service company. They replaced another part, but it still didn't fix it. On June 7th, I talked to them and they said they would send a different service company for a second opinion. On June 11th, the service company came and checked everything. He called the warranty company to tell them what he found. Since the previous technicians' work could have caused a fire, he told them that. The manager didn't like what he said and hung up on him.

National Home Warranty Air handler was installed incorrectly at my house

Air handler was installed incorrectly at my house. Plenum wasn't sealed and the drain pan was the wrong size. NHW kept adding freon to my HVAC unit for months until they finally agreed to replace the air handler. They sent a vendor to install it. Months later, I had a seasonal service done by a local HVAC company who found several issues. The plenum wasn't sealed, the drain pan was on a slant, and the drain pan was too small. I contacted NHW, but they told me to contact the contractor who installed it. The contractor refused to fix it and wasn't licensed. I contacted NHW's President, Mark ***, but he refused to help me since I wasn't paying for their services anymore.

We bought our house in January 2022 and got National Home Warranty, Inc.'s Dwellness "enhanced plan" home warranty coverage. It covers "mismatched systems," which is common in the industry. Our AC wasn't cooling, so we filed a claim on July 11. Their technician came out twice that week but said he couldn't do more unless the air handler was replaced. On July 25, they offered us $250 to settle our claim. They said all claims for mismatched systems only receive $250. We tried to get a letter from a general contractor, but they said it wasn't good enough. We resubmitted the letter with an endorsement from the general contractor's licensed installer, but they still refused to accept it. We filed a complaint with AAA, but they declined.

National Home Warranty I wanna talk about National Home Warranty, Inc

I wanna talk about National Home Warranty, Inc. I've had their insurance for about 3 years now, with a break in between. I never had any issues with them until my washer/dryer broke down. I called them on April 14 and they charged me $75 for someone to come and fix it. The person who came said I needed to order parts and left. Two days later, someone from the company called and said they couldn't fix it because it was outside. I tried to explain that my house is old and that's just how it is, but they didn't listen and hung up on me. I called back and they were rude again, telling me to call the contractor. When I did, they said Rachel was the one who had to authorize the claim. I called Rachel back and she put me on hold for so long that I had to hang up. They fixed my washer/dryer before, but now that it needs to be replaced, they don't want to do anything for me. The problem is the same as before, the Drain Pump. When I bought the warranty, they didn't ask me any relevant questions. Their phone number is [protected], but I don't know their address.
