I ordered 2 rolls of coins from National Mint and Treasury on Aug 16, 2022. They said I'd get them in mid December. On Dec 13th, 2022, I got an email saying I'd get the coins by Jan 16th, 2022. I called and canceled my order on the same day. They said I'd get a full refund check in 14 to 21 business days. But that didn't happen! I called on Jan 19, 2023, and they said the same thing. Still didn't happen! I called again on Feb 1, 2023, and they said the same thing. It never happened! On Feb 20, 2023, I called and got put on hold. After a few seconds, I got a recorded message to leave my contact info and a "Team Member" would call me about my refund. I left my info, but no one called back. On 2/22/23, I emailed them at

We placed 2 orders of $1170 each with this company in September 2022. The order numbers are ***. They said it would take "up to" 90 days to receive our merchandise. After 60 days we got concerned and called. They said it was going to take 5 months. We asked for a refund. They said it would take 14 to 21 days which seems excessive. I did a web search and saw that there were ComplaintsBoard.com complaints already. May 28, 2022: I Bought 3 Rolls of Half-Dollars for $1755.00, Delivery in 30-90 Days, Confirmation Pending
On May 28, 2022, I purchased three rolls of half-dollars for $1755.00, with a delivery window of 30 to 90 days. However, as of October 4, 2022, the confirmation number and delivery details were still pending. When I inquired about the delivery time on that date, I was advised to call back in November. Following up on November 25, 2022, I was told to call again in December. On December 5, 2022, and again on December 21, 2022, my requests for information were met with apologies and delays. Eventually, I attempted to cancel my order, but was informed that refunds could take 14 to 21 days. The company's customer service has since been uncooperative and has not confirmed my eligibility for a refund, nor have they assisted in tracking the refund process. The company in question is National Mint and Treasury.

I am 82 years old and ordered these coins from a newspaper advertisement in my local paper. On December 10, 2022, I placed an order for the coins and my credit card was charged $594.00. When I called in January, on the 11th, regarding the order, I was assured it would ship by February. Upon calling again on February 15th, I was informed of problems in acquiring the coins to fulfill the order but was promised they would ship by March. I reached out once more on March 1st and was told the shipment would definitely be sent out in April. Finally, on May 6, 2022, I called to cancel the order. The representative confirmed they had the ability to process the cancellation within 2 to 3 days and that I would receive an email confirmation of the refund. On May 24, 2022, I spoke with Christy, a customer service agent, who reassured me that the refund would be issued and that I would receive proof of it within 24 to 48 hours.

on 10/04 i purchased *** money orders in the amount of 1755 dollars to pay for 3 bankers rolls of silver walking liberties. These money orders were cashed in by National Mint & Treasury on 10/08. There was no endorsement signature, only the numbers *** . The first call among several inquiring about my silver was on 5/24/22 and they gave me a shipping date of 5/30/22. Several times they gave me shipping dates that never materialized. Their excuses were covid and having to move into a new building. The last week in September i requested a refund and they told me i would receive a check within 7 to 10 days. That was about 76 days ago. The serial numbers of the two money orders are ***. Noting that they had no problem with getting the money orders cashed i can only deduct that their intention was to beat me out of my money. Being a 79 year old retired foot troop, i am appalled that the *** of the state of Ohio has not shut this operation down. being

On October 4, I purchased several money orders totaling $1,755 to pay for three bankers rolls of silver Walking Liberty half dollars. These money orders were cashed in by National Mint & Treasury on October 8. There was no endorsement signature on them, only a series of numbers. My first call to inquire about my silver was on May 24, 2022, and I was given a shipping date of May 30, 2022. Despite multiple shipping dates provided, my order never arrived. The reasons cited were COVID-19 and the need to relocate to a new building.
In the last week of September, I requested a refund and was told I would receive a check within 7 to 10 days. It has been approximately 76 days since that promise was made. I have the serial numbers of the two money orders as a record of the transaction. Considering they had no issues cashing the money orders, I am left to conclude that their intention was to defraud me of my money. As a 79-year-old retired infantryman, I am appalled that the authorities in the state of Ohio have not intervened to shut down this operation.
May 28, 2022: I purchased three rolls of half-dollars for $1755.00, with an expected delivery time of 30 to 90 days and received a confirmation number.
October 4, 2022: I inquired about the delivery time, and I was advised to call back in November.
November 25, 2022: Upon calling, I was informed to call again in December.
December 5, 2022: My call resulted in another request to call back later in the month.
December 21, 2022: I decided to cancel my order, and I was told that refunds could take 14 to 21 days to process. Since then, the customer service has been increasingly uncooperative, informing me that my refund has not been approved yet. They are also unwilling to assist me in tracking the status of my refund. The company in question is National Mint and Treasury.
