There was a fire at my home. Representatives of Nation Land Insurance showed up with eagerness to help. Once signed into a contract with the company to receive the help my family needed to restore our home after such a devastating and traumatic event the scam began. We were asked for extensive paperwork; they helped with paperwork in order to get a budget for the restoration. And once the mortgage company of our home sent checks out for payment of services, we were told by a Nationland adjuster that the job was too small and just wanted to be paid for the services they provided as far as only helping with getting the paperwork printed, signed, and faxed. Nation land was paid over 10,000 to do paperwork and nothing else for my family. I would never recommend them to any family. I would tell any family I come across going through a fire to never deal with them or any of their representatives; do not sign anything with anyone on the day of your fire especially not with anyone within this company. Fastforward almost 2 years later and because Nation land refused to uphold their end of the contract which was to restore my family's home we are still in turmoil as if it was day 1 of the fire.
Recommendation: Never sign with any representative that bombards you on the day of your fire. Especially not any representative from Nationland.
