My bills aren't being processed. I can't reach anyone! Nobody answers the phone 'cause the number ain't right or nobody replies to emails or written letters. I need help!

I had a doctor's appointment on March 03, and the bill was sent to Blackhawk Claims for the amount of ***. I called them and they said they would handle it, but until now, they haven't. Today, I received two claims from them in the mail, and they denied both. I got my insurance from *** in November , and I've been paying *** a month for over a year. I want a complete refund of all the money I paid to this scammy company, which is around *** dollars.

This company took $320.45 from me. I signed up for insurance, but then found out they do shady stuff, so I cancelled before my policy even started. They said I'd get a full refund, but when I asked about it, they ignored me and didn't reply to my emails or calls. Finally, this guy named *** got back to me, but he called me a liar and wouldn't talk about my refund. I haven't even used the insurance, and I cancelled it before it even started, so I should totally get my money back for services I haven't even gotten yet.

On 12/28, I paid $690 for health insurance that was supposed to cover me for 6 months. I paid the full amount, but a few weeks later, $520 was deducted from my account. I never received any packet or card, and I didn't receive any notification either. I tried calling the agent who sold me this insurance and the company, but they didn't respond. I also contacted Aetna and healthcare.com, but they couldn't find any record of my insurance. They took a total of $1160 from my card without providing any service. I want a full refund and I want others to be aware of this deceitful company and transaction.

I bought health insurance from agent *** on March 12th. They also sold me other services that I didn't want, and they were more expensive than the health and dental insurance. I paid around $650.00 in total, even though the health and dental insurance only cost $300.00. I wanted to see the coverage before enrolling, but the agent said I would lose the current discount if I did. Even when I asked to see it and make a decision right away, they didn't let me. I decided to go ahead with it because it was cheaper than what we used to pay for health and dental insurance through our employer. We thought it was cheaper than the Cobra plan too. After enrolling, we realized we made a big mistake when we looked at the plan. Also, during enrollment, they told me I needed to buy the insurance monthly and buy it again on April 10th. But in April, my credit card was charged $550.00. Please close my account and refund the money.

I'm writing this review about Blackhawk Claims Service GA, Inc. My daughter's name is ***. I have been dealing with Blackhawk Claims from the beginning. We were looking for better coverage and got tired, but then Blackhawk Claims called and said they were with Marketplace and could help us get the right coverage. I wanted a policy with lower co-pays and more provider options. They said they could offer that, so I listened to their offer. I mentioned we were with Ambetter, but their co-pays were high. They said they could get us a plan with lower co-pays and more doctors in our area. I made the first payment on Aug. 31, 2021, and the plan started on Sept. 11th. Then I started making regular payments. I was happy, but actually, I wasn't. I called many times for an insurance card and provider list, but got tired and searched online. I found many Blackhawk Claims Services listed and read the reviews. It said Blackhawk was a discount company, not an insurance company. They sold me a discount plan when I clearly wanted insurance. The agent lied and committed fraud by saying they were with Marketplace.
