January 2022 - present

January 2022, we thought the interest only loan payments were due for renewal. We called to renew and were told interest only was no longer available. We agreed to a new repayment plan in which we paid 225.00 and that payment per month would continue of 1 year. The interest only plan payment across 2 loans was 130.00 before ending. One month later we noticed the 225.00 did not come out of our account so we called. They told us they canceled the agreement due to the interest only plan was in effect until June 2022. They did not take the 225.00 payment was not applied across the 2 loans which would have kept us current to the February date of the next payment due date. We called and called and called to get them to correct the account. In March we showed passed due on the account, called them and paid two payments of 158. 00 to bring us current and move our next payments out. With paying 225.00 and 2 payments of 158.00 for a total of 541.00 on loans at interest only which should have been at 130.00 across 2 loans for a total of 520.00 through April 2022. Well, we show passed due for April 2022 for more than 260.00 we have done everything to work with them to no avail.

I am getting calls 7 days a week from 8:00AM until 8:55PM every day. I asked them to stop but nothing is working.

Desired outcome: Take responsibility for their mistake. No more calls. A letter of apology, admission of the mistake and assurance they will correct any issue with credit reporting if any accrued. 6 months of loan payment credited to the account.
