Neteller is an e-money transfer service. used to transfer money to and from merchants. You can transfer the funds to your bank account or withdraw them using the Net+ card.

It can take up to 5 business days to arrive in your bank account.

After 12 months of not using your account, you will be charged $5 per month until there are remaining funds in your account. Neteller will not go into a negative balance. To avoid being charged, you can either make a transaction or sign in to your account.

You can cancel your account on Neteller at any time in the account settings. You should first withdraw and transfer any funds remaining in your account.

Neteller may suspend your account for any reasons they find valid such as card or account security, any fraudulent activity, money laundering, terrorism financing or other criminal activity, illegal gambling services. Furthermore, certain countries cannot use Neteller’s service. The list of countries is available on Neteller’s website and is often updated.

There are multiple withdrawal options at Neteller. The following fees apply per different option:

Merchant Sites Fee: 0% Free
Money Transfer Fee: 1.45% Min. Fee $0.50
Skrill Fee: 2.5%
