Payment cancelled
They cancelled a transfer I received 2 days later and that's against their rules which are stated in their website.
Here is what happened
On 2nd of august I got a p2p trade on a crypto platform (Bybit) worth of 470 euros and the buyer sent me the money successfully and I recieved it in my account and released the funds as I've received the money with no any problem.
On 4th of august I got an email that my account is closed and the 470 euros status appeared as cancelled after it was shown as accepted on 2nd of August. I've contacted neteller support and their decisions was to keep my account closed although it is not my fault..there should have been a problem with the sender that I didn't know off which affected my account status.
It is written in Neteller terms and regulations as follows (As Neteller Money Transfers are final and irreversible, make sure that you send funds to people you know)..So how come a transaction 2 days later becomes cancelled?
Now I have lost my usdt that I sent to the buyer who sent me the money on 2nd of august. And 2 days later Neteller deducted the 470 euros and decided to close my account.
On 5th of august I got a response from neteller support team that they decided to keep my account closed permanently and the money of cancelled transactions will be reflected back to my account after 24 hours.
24 hours have passed and I got an email saying that they changed their mind and they won't return back the money.
They claim that the transaction happend on 2nd of august and was cancelled on the same day but I have provided them proof which shows that the transaction was cancelled on 4th of august
Proof that transaction #[protected] was not accepted and cancelled on august 2 and that it was cancelled on august 4 as I said and what actually happened
The p2p order was made on 2nd of august at 15:34 (03:34 pm) and the payment was made successfully at 15:36 (03:36 pm)
(Attached below the timings of the transactions)
Now check transaction #[protected] you will find that it was cancelled 2nd of august 14:36 pm (02:36 pm) which is 1 hour before the order was placed and before I received the money. How come
I received the email of my account being suspended on 4th of august at 13:55 (01:55 pm) and then as mentioned upon checking my account my money was there (Attached screenshot of that below) and minutes later it wasn't there..as it was cancelled about 30 minutes later at 14:36(02:36 pm)

I've. Spent over 5months going thru Netellers verification and each time I got rejected. All I wanted was money back.
After 5months I decided to email their support regarding the issue and my account had restrictions imposed on it. I then asked them in a different email to give me my money back and kindly close my account as I had ran out of patience.
They closed my account without giving me my money back and have since ignored every single email I've sent to them, requesting my money back.

Hi I have a hard time verifying my account.
1. They requested for my bank statement but they rejected it though it was valid.
2. They rejected my TAX return form
3. The rejected my Learners' driving license.
4. they rejected my layby form.
The problem they are not willing to consider that in our country we do not indicate physical addresses on our official documents. but we use residential addresses. so no matter what document I get in my hands they will reject it, why it will obviously have a P O Box which they don' t use. they also requested for a water bill but there is no where I will get it because I do not have a house.
I wrote to them to ask for a refund but they ignored the part were I asked for a refund and they said they would review my document and I will be able to transact my money (150 USD) but they rejected my document anyways and my account is restricted now, with my huge funds. (150usd = 2535NAD) at current exchanges that money will solve so many problems in my life.
I really tried communicating with these guys but they don't seem to want to help me out. what they should know is that, country systems do not work alike.
I'm so tired now, I just want them to refund my money to either my bank account or revert the transaction back to my forex account XM GLOBAL.

I won some money at online gambling and I was paid out on my Neteller account. That was on the 20th of February..i had been a member for years.iv already been verified but I was never a regular user and this is my 1st withdrawal n the last. 1st of I was shocked how they charge fees first to convert than to transfer into my bank. Refunding my outstanding balance.
I opened a neteller bank account & I verified my account with the necessary document they asked me. I used to deposit money into my bet365 account with my neteller account. After 4 months neteller suddenly restricted my account with a balance 3278USD without any notification. I had provided everything they asked me to reactivate my account but they did not activated my account. After that I asked them for my outstanding balance & they asked me to submit some documents then I gave them my national identification card my selfie and my bank account information. Then they did not gave me my money telling me that your account statement is rejected. After that they asked me IFSC code which means The Indian Financial System Code which is impossible for a residence of Bangladesh. They actually knew that if they ask me IFSC code it is impossible to get. They could have asked me for IBAN No if they had intension to refund me my outstanding balance. I had provided them my IBAN so they can send me my money but they told me that they won't give me my money. Now I have 3278 USD in my account and I want my money. Please help me to find justice.

While opening account I deposited some amount of money, then I try to verify the account they r not accepting it at least they should return my money from where it gets deposited.They r asking for documents within 90 days .
Account closed with funds in it
I had requested neteller to close my account because it was blocked with funds in it. I uploaded all documents required to be unblocked but days passed without being unblocked.
I asked them to close it and transfer my fumds to my bank account or skrill account. They wanted to send it to another neteller account which when i gave still mever send. They are not replying to emails.

My account was restricted for verification purposes. I uploaded each and every document I have and everything was rejected. In other wallets/payment methods they accept id documents in local language you reject them. I need my money back as soon as possible and close this account. My neteller was fully verified & I had deposited USD from my neteller account to my bet365 account. I made some profit there & withdrwan USD from my bet365 account to my neteller account. Soon after the withdrwal completed neteller closed my account for no reason.i have 1643 usd Then I asked them to refund my money to another neteller account or my bank account. I had provided my bank statement twice but without any kind of investigation they rejecting documents.
