New era is a good company with wonderful, kind staff. Great customer service. Truly good company! Many benefits come with choosing new era. They deliver effectively & really do get results! I say effectively because they don't give broken promises-results really do happen. They really do work good & effectively on behalf of their clients. New Era was more then helpful-I was able to help get my life on track without feeling overwhelmed with so much debt...it was such a relief! Thanks again New era!

Thank you NewEra for all your help on this! Over $20K paid off for a little more than 1/4 of the original total! Two we never even heard anything from and NewEra still found those debts and helped to get them paid off. Each time I spoke with anyone from there - whether by email or phone - I knew they genuinely cared about me and not just "getting the job done." This has taken a major burden off my shoulders and I will be recommending them to anyone who's brave enough to confess they've gotten themselves into the same spot as I had.

From the very first day until now this company has been very professional, walking me thru the process and making sure that I understood how it would work. The last conversation that I had with customer service (in California) was with a wonderful individual named "CECY"! Very polite, well spoken, and handled herself in a professional manner. I am very satisfied with New Era Debt Solutions. This company has gone above and beyond in gaining my gratitude with assisting in settling all of my debt issues. They are a compassionate group of people who have fought to get the best and lowest settlement for the accounts I had to enroll. I appreciate their business practices - they are extremely ethical and they did everything well within my best interest. New Era Debt Solutions company was the right choice. They were honest, straightforward, answered all our questions, and got excellent results that decreased the emotional and financial strain. They arranged fair deals with creditors and each person on their team always explained things carefully, let us know what to expect, and kept us informed as to what was happening all the time. We had 24 hour access to all records and progress, and it was clear that this company knew what they were doing. New Era saved us thousands of dollars, and handled everything expertly. I am more than satisfied with the results, and look forward to the day we can and will be totally debt free.

New Era Debt Solutions is an awesome debt consolidation company that was very helpful in finding the right program for my husband and I to enroll in to consolidate our outstanding debt and worked very hard to ensure that all our creditors were paid off and accounts settled within the timeframe they provided and everyone we worked with there, from start-to-finish, were wonderful to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help to get out of debt. Our debt consolidation specialist, Jason, was a pleasure to work with and always went above and beyond whenever we needed additional help or had additional questions and always took the time to make sure we understood what was happening along the way.

Do not use this company. They are looking out for their interest before yours. They will settle your highest debts first to guarantee their highest pay out, even if it is not in your best interest. When you first present to you how much you will say it looks great. After thinking about the numbers you realize they do not save you that amount because of the large fees they charge. Call the credit card companies they will work with you to settle these problems and will not charge you large fees to do it. New Era sends you emails before they even settle anything asking you to write a good review for them. They do it before you realize you don't need them. You do not need this company, you can better your situation on your own. I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.

New era Debt Solutions is a good company with wonderful staff. Kind, caring, understanding. They were very helpful and kind. I'm still in the program and it has been such a huge relief. Now I can live a better life without worrying so much about the debt. New era debt solutions was a great solution. After just a few months, first settlement happened... Also there is the Veritas Legal Plan which really does work-(staff at New Era will explain that too) covers lawyers/staff to help with collection calls and other things. It really works! I was getting so many collection calls and an intake specialist with a law firm that works under Veritas Legal Plan contacted me, requested list of collection calls and took care of it...the staff at New Era Debt Solutions is there to answer questions too... Thanks to the staff at New Era Debt Solutions! So much appreciated!

New Era is an amazing service if you are looking to get out of debt easily over a few years. They are friendly, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and I felt at ease knowing they were handling my account with care. New Era was able to negotiate my credit debt down significantly and dispersed my deposits appropriately. All creditor contact goes to their offices and they were amazing at keeping the wolves from my door. It takes a while - I started in 2018 and the program ended in 2022, but I didn't mind. Aside from the monthly deposits I was very hands off with the program. I would check in occasionally to see how things were going and only once during the whole program did they recommend to increase my monthly deposits by $50. I didn't feel that was unreasonable since my deposit amount was already pretty low and it only helped me to get out of debt faster. I highly recommend New Era's services to anyone in need of debt help. I hope I never need New Era's services again, but if I find myself in a tough spot financially I will definitely contact them. Excellent program! 100% recommend them. They do exactly what they say they will do, and they support you and communicate with you throughout the entire process. It does take a while, but piece by piece they settle all your debts, and customer service is there every step of the way, super responsive to any emails or questions you ask. I must single out Gerri Askren for her superior customer service, she has never failed to respond to my numerous questions with hard information, plus over and above with kindness and support no matter how stressed I was. When I broke my leg and was out of work, thus no income for several months, and had to restructure my program completely, she figured it out and kept me going. The negotiators work hard to get discounts on the payoff amounts, and always notify you as soon as an account has been settled, advising the customer the percentage off the total and what your final payoff amount will be for each account. If you are looking for a debt settlement program and are cautious about scams or unscrupulous companies, you can stop right bere, because New Era is the real deal and they do exactly what is advertised. Absolutely recommend them.

I signed up with New Era to help me with my credit card debt. I gave them the money to pay off my settlement with Bank of America. But they didn't give the right amount to Bank of America, so my settlement got cancelled. I tried to contact Jason Sauerbier, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. They took my money, and I paid them with a check, which I can prove. They said they would send me copies of the checks they sent to Bank of America, but they haven't. They took $2000 from me, and I don't know where it went. Now I have to pay the full amount of my credit card debt, which wouldn't have happened if they paid the right amount to Bank of America. Bank of America didn't contact me, and New Era didn't either. I want to know where my money went and if they paid Bank of America the right amount.
