This incompetent imbecile Peter Gathings of New York Per Diem Legal Services advertises all over the place that he’s got great per diem lawyers all over the place in New York State, but when push comes to shove, and it’s time for this [censored] to produce these workers, he of course never has anyone who qualifies for said per diem job.
Not only that, but if and when he does provide you with someone to appear in court, they are so stupid, incompetent and inexperienced that they wind up making one simple per diem court appearance turn into 2 or 3 additional ones (and you must pay for each additional) or making your case so much more convoluted and complicated that no one (not even the judge) understands just what the [censored] is going on.
Per Diem law firm companies are already problematic because they manage to get around the client-attorney relationship, client-attorney privilege, client-attorney confidentiality, client-attorney loyalty and duty of ethics, so these [censored]ers can screw their clients even more than a regular law firm can, and get away with it from scrutiny by the Attorney Disciplinary Committee because they are not technically “law firms,” but the Attorney General should get involved because these kinds of companies commit fraud, fraudulent inducement, breach of loyalty, breach of contract, deceptive business practices in violation of GBL §§ 349 and 350 on a daily and regular basis, especially this [censored]er Peter Gathings Esq of New York Per Diem Legal Services, who also by the way usually cancels your reserved (and paid for) court appearance the night before your court date.
Beware and be careful, as this con-artist will make you and your case a lot more problematic and difficult than it was before.
Desired outcome: Federal Indictment
