My order was large and complicated. I did rough draft after rough draft until my design was what I thought would be optimal for my garage remodel. The website took a bit of getting use to but once understood, finding dimensions and product choices became easier. Actually ordering was somewhat daunting after being mentally exhausted from design fatigue. I had my products already lined up on the website and continued to add more but some items dropped off without me picking it up except for the "grand total" change. So all of this was a preamble as to why I needed and greatly appreciated the incredible help of your agent SHARVARI! She saved the day by her vigilance and attention to detail on the intricacies of my product list/desires and ensuring a perfect New Age Garage Cabinetry/Shelved/Slatwall and Accessories order. My husband and I had a tough time agreeing on the cabinets that we would be putting into our newly remodeled garage. We wanted the space to function as a garage/laundry room, as well as a home office. As soon as I found the Pro Series garage cabinets in platinum, the search was over! They where metal (husband preference) with a cabinet look (my preference). Working with NewAge consultants, I was able to find the exact configuration needed by buying multiple bundles, as well as a few singular cabinets. I initially received a design mock-up that was beautiful, but I was unclear about measurements and so I had to call to speak to someone directly. Manju in particular returned my call and helped me find everything we needed at the best price possible. We received the cabinets ahead of our anticipated arrival date, which was awesome. After receiving the cabinets, my husband and I were able to unbox them and set them up in one day. We realized that we wanted one additional wall cabinet to go above our washer/dryer units, and Manju helped with that as well on the same day I emailed her. Overall we couldn't be happier with our entire experience. We are already thinking about our next outdoor project and will be sure to use NewAge Products again!

The Pro Series Wall Cabinets from New Age Products are truly built to high standards! All steel welded construction, top quality door hinge and locking hardware and an amazing paint finish. The shelf height adjustability within the particular cabinets I ordered is very adjustable. I ordered a few wall cabinets in black color about a year ago and just ordered a few more of the same color today to complete my project. I am not a contractor, but simply a "do it yourself" home owner working on my basement and enjoy learning the fast array of fastener hardware and high quality products to complete my basement refinishing project. I installed these shelves in my house basement shop using 2 x 4 hardwood backer boards and Tapcon masonry screws. These wall cabinets can hold up to 200 pounds of weight and there are plenty of wall surface mounting options as seen in the photos. These cabinets come with a under cabinet lighting valence. LED lighting kits are also available through New Age Products. To place my online order, I called the toll-free number and spoke with Vishakha a Design & Sales Consultant with New Age Products. Vishakha very clearly explained the difference between the products I was interested in which helped me make my final decision quickly. While on the phone she walked me through the online ordering process and sent order confirmation emails as well. To be able to make a phone call, have someone like Vishakha to quickly pick the line, quickly answer any questions about the vast array of products to even help you with placing your order is a rarity today. Product that aren't the work top meet expectations.
Table tops are not actually stainless steel since they are magnetic! They are stainless looking.
Only a few flaws in the drawers and cabinets, one being the texture and black color shade. There's slight variances in color.
On to the table tops in the stainless steel(fake stainless). These are made of sawdust and wrapped in stainless steel looking metal. (only top, with bottom not protected at all). Stainless steel looks great easy to clean, but is easy to scratch the shiny finish doesn't last long at all. Corners will crack and a few of mine have cracking in them. The steel is easy to dent DO NOT put anything slightly heavy on it and slide it around the top it will scratch and dent very easy.
I've gotten pro series and bold series both look great but aren't for the professional level shop, only a diy'er
The screws to mount the table top to the drawer are not suitable for the size.
The tops will vibrate

After spending just under $10,000 you would expect a great product. I'd say if it were slightly cheaper in price my review would be a 5 star, but for the price I paid it's a 2 star.

I'm happy with customer service they did what they could to help me.

Waiting on the product was poor. I ordered lots of items and the last set had a back ordered time of the end of march (ordered all my products between October and beginning of November)
Luckily I didn't have to wait that long since I raised a fit and wanted to cancel the order.

Updated review since NewAge does rectify the issues everything is great, but still a sub par table top

I will do a separate review on delivery, cabinet quality and their sub-contractor installation.

NewAge is a Canadian company, but my first call was answered by a call center in India, which immediately turned me off. I refuse to deal with anonymous call centers, as they pretend to be the company, but they are not, It's not a good first impression, and I was not about to spend thousands of dollars and not have a solid, reliable contact. NewAge seriously needs to do away with that, as I initially decided against them in favor of contacting a local company. Unfortunately, only one offered metal cabinets, and their prices were ridiculous, so I was compelled to complete the on-line contact form with NewAge, and hope someone at the actual company would call me back.

They did. I got a prompt response from Aysha Brown, a Customer Experience Concierge in Canada. Aysha did not hard-sell or pester me, but she was good to follow up and quick to respond. She soon set up a 3-way video conference between the designer Asmaa ELsawi (also in Canada) and I, and a representative at the factory who showed cabinet details and answered product questions.
From that point, I dealt exclusively with Asmaa, who had the patience of a saint, and was always happy to make a change. She stayed with me for as long as it took, and as many times as it took to get the final plan. She telephoned me several times to follow up, and to ask if there was anything I wanted to change or add. And although my credit card was charged correctly, a glitch in the NewAge system generated an incorrect receipt, showing a charge for two-times the actual tax. This is something corporate I.T. Needs to look into and get fixed, but Asmaa was immediately on it to get me a corrected invoice. I don't know how the other designers at NewAge are, but Asmaa is excellent.

The downside to this process is, that unlike particleboard or "wood" cabinets from local garage companies, you can't get custom sized cabinets, and NewAge does need to add a couple of pieces, such as a Tall Corner Wall Cabinet to match their tall wall cabinets, and a 48" Integrated Display Shelf that actually fits into a 48" workbench space. And, it is of course up to you to measure accurately, double-check for potential clearance problems, and take the time to carefully consider the layout you want, but the upside is that the process is surprisingly smooth, and from start to design finish only took a few days. So far, it has been much faster than waiting for a local company to come out, and I was able to get metal cabinets for a much better price than locally. Aysha and Asmaa earn the company 5 stars so far. I will update after delivery and installation, and add photos.

The NewAge Products website offers a wide range of products that are well constructed and displayed in high quality. I recently ordered the Pro Series 6 Piece Cabinet Set and am overall very happy with the quality of the items. However, my buying experience was less than ideal, leaving me with mixed feelings about this e-commerce platform.

While I received five of the six pieces on time, I did not receive the Pro Series 5-drawer Tool Cabinet in the set. Despite receiving an email on September 14, 2021 stating that the cabinet had shipped and was expected to arrive between September 8th and 24th, I found out on September 29th that the item had still not arrived. I contacted both NewAge and their shipper, NSD, and for two weeks the only updates I received were that the shipment was "in transit" or that they were "looking into it and will have an answer in 24-48 hours". Finally, I was informed that NSD was unable to locate the shipment and asked to wait for another 24 hours for an update.

Overall, while I am pleased with the quality of my received items, the delays and lack of information regarding my missing item leaves me hesitant to make future purchases from NewAge Products. It is worth noting that my review was not posted on the NewAge website, which limits transparency and the ability for customers to make informed purchasing decisions.

I recently purchased three 36" Pro lockers and a 6' workbench from Newage Products, which came to a total of over $4,000. Upon receiving the products, I was blown away by the high quality and the level of care that had gone into packaging them for delivery. However, I did have some issues with the service provided.

As part of my order, I had paid an extra $292 for white glove delivery. This was supposed to mean that the products would be unpacked and the packing materials removed from my property. Unfortunately, this didn't happen, and despite informing NewAge of the issue, they were unable to rectify the situation. As a result, I am still waiting to be refunded for the premium delivery service.

When it came to assembling the products, I discovered that I was missing a front shelf clip for the workbench shelf. I informed NewAge of the problem and asked for a replacement clip (Part # PB3-110.004A-01-XX). Their response was disappointing - I was told that this clip wasn't available as a replacement part and that I should simply go and buy it myself from a hardware store, such as Home Depot. They offered me a measly $40 for my inconvenience.

This situation has turned into a major problem, as this is not a standard piece of shelving hardware, and it is proving very difficult to find a replacement. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support from NewAge's customer service department, especially considering the amount of money I spent on the products.

In conclusion, I would advise potential buyers to beware of these issues before making a purchase from Newage Products. While the quality of the products themselves is impressive, the level of customer service and support leaves a lot to be desired.

When I stumbled upon NewAge Products' website, I was drawn to their selection of grill island cabinets. After careful consideration, I decided to order the two cabinet set along with the black granite top. From the moment I placed my order, I was impressed with how the products were packaged and shipped. The cabinets and granite top were securely placed on pallets to ensure they arrived in pristine condition.

What really stood out to me was the option for white-glove service. I opted for this and was delighted with the results. When the products arrived, two men carefully unpacked all the parts and brought them to my patio. They took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of the products before leaving.

The cabinets were covered with a protective plastic material that prevented any scratches during the shipping process. Once everything was set up and adjusted to the same height as my grill, I caulked the top of the cabinets and placed the granite on top. The granite was exactly the same height as my grill cabinet, and it looked fantastic.

I can't rave enough about the service, price, construction, and quality of all the parts I received from NewAge Products. They offer top-notch products that are perfect for creating an outdoor grill island that will be the envy of the neighborhood. I'm already planning on ordering the side burner cabinet when it's back in stock to complete my outdoor kitchen. If you're in the market for quality grill island cabinets, you won't regret checking out NewAge Products' selection.

Oh my goodness, where do I even start? My experience with Newage Products has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I had high hopes when I ordered a huge setup from them, spending over $7500 after discounts in April of 2020. At the time, they estimated that my order would arrive in the first week of May. But as you can probably guess, that didn't happen.

Months went by, and I experienced countless delays with my order. Every time I called the company to ask for an update, I was met with long wait times on the phone (sometimes an hour or more), which only made the whole experience more frustrating.

Eventually, in July, I received a portion of my order – but not everything. The socket tray was heavily damaged, and there were missing sockets. On top of that, two of the four cabinets had been damaged during shipping. Two weeks later, I received the rest of my order, but both lockers were damaged, and the hinges on the lower cabinets were out of whack and not adjustable.

It took many calls to get replacements for the damaged parts, and even then, some of them were backordered until November or October. I can't tell you how many times I received replacement parts that were also damaged – I've gone through four sets of locker doors, and they keep coming dented to all hell. Even a replacement cabinet worktop arrived at my doorstep dented, which is just absurd.

But perhaps the most infuriating part of this whole ordeal has been the missing refunds. I was promised a $100 refund over a month ago and still haven't received it. It's almost February – almost a year since I placed my order – and I still haven't received everything I paid for or been made whole for all the damages, missing parts, and delays.

Honestly, I can't in good conscience recommend Newage Products to anyone. The wait times on the phone alone are a red flag, but the fact that they can't seem to get anything right when it comes to shipping, quality control, or customer service is just unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I stumbled upon New Age Products during an online search for stylish and functional cabinets, and I must say, this was one of the best discoveries I have made lately! Their products are simply breathtaking and the pricing is impressive, which made my shopping experience all the more delightful.

I decided to purchase two different sets of bar units; the Eight Pieces Bar (which I intended to use for my liquor collection) and the 4 Pieces Bar Set (as a Coffee and Tea Bar). To my amazement, the entire purchasing process was nothing short of outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Saif Ali Khan, who helped me craft the perfect design for my units, and provided a stunning rendering of how the finished products would look in my home. That was just the beginning!

When my units arrived, I was completely blown away, they were even more exceptional than I had envisioned. The quality of the wood was top-notch, and the overall level of detail that went into the design and construction of my bars was simply impressive.

One thing that stood out to me about New Age Products is their customer service. I recently had the pleasure of working with New Age Products on a design for a hutch/bar in my dining area, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I initially found the company on Amazon.com, but soon discovered that they have their own website and offer a complimentary design service. I jumped at the opportunity and booked an appointment right away.

Saif Ali Khan, the Senior Sales and Design Consultant, scheduled a video call with me on a Friday afternoon. I had shared pictures, dimensions, and a floorplan of the space where I wanted the cabinets installed prior to our call, so he had a complete visual understanding. Saif patiently listened to all my needs and requirements, and even recommended a few add-ons that would take up the entire wall and make the hutch/bar exactly what I wanted.

During our one-hour consultation, Saif shared his screen and rendered multiple designs based on my ideas and preferences. We discussed two different design ideas and after some additional research, I requested that he draw another design for a third option. Saif happily did so and followed up with a phone call. I ultimately decided to go with the design that Saif recommended, and he sent me the rendered designs with the pricing within the next few hours.

Throughout the entire process, Saif was very interactive and immersive, despite the fact that we were communicating remotely. He was able to craft exactly what I wanted and make the most of the space that I had available. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to make revisions until I was completely satisfied.

For anyone who is considering working with New Age Products, I would highly recommend the following tips: share photos and architectural blueprints with measurements ahead of the appointment, be prepared to do a video call of the space where you want the work done, do your own research and shortlist SKUs and product ideas ahead of the meeting, and consider pre-configured products for the best deals. I recently embarked on an outdoor kitchen project and decided to purchase from New Age Products. My list of items included the Outdoor Kitchen Aluminum 3-Drawer Cabinet, Outdoor Kitchen Aluminum Bar Cabinet, Outdoor Kitchen Aluminum Sink Cabinet, Outdoor Kitchen Aluminum Kamado Cabinet, Outdoor Kitchen Countertop 32", Outdoor Kitchen Aluminum 40" Insert Grill Cabinet, Outdoor Kitchen Stainless Steel 40" Insert Grill, and Outdoor Kitchen Aluminum 16" Cabinet with Dual Side Burner.

Firstly, I want to praise the exceptional customer service offered by New Age Products. From their customer representative to their sales and product support team, they were all extremely attentive and caring. They listened to me attentively and were always ready to address any questions and concerns I had regarding purchasing, design, and the cost of their products.

I appreciated their prompt response to my request for a delay on the shipment of my orders due to a delay in my landscaping project. Even though they had already prepared my orders for shipment, they went above and beyond and held my order until my project schedule date was close enough. I found it impressive that they were willing to take this extra step to ensure I received my orders as per my expectations.

When my orders arrived, I was delighted to find them securely packaged in thick boxes on pallets. Their quality and appearance were beyond my expectations. The instructions provided for the user-friendly installation of the cabinets were easy to follow, making it easy for DIY enthusiasts to get started on their project without any difficulty.

In regards to my custom design, I made some sketches and worked with my local metal fabricating shop. We designed extra framing to attach to two Kamado Cabinets to fit my Power Burner and Classic Kamado Joe II. We also built an extra 19 inches wide by 96 inches long frame to increase the width of my sink island to accommodate four stools for my sitting area facing the barbecue island. The fact that these cabinets can be easily incorporated into a custom design is quite impressive.

The grill, in particular, is multi-functional, delivering impressive power with its three burners, built-in searing station, and rotisserie kit. The grill lights and LED knob lights also add an extra lightening feature when grilling in low light conditions.

In conclusion, I am ecstatic with my purchase of New Age Outdoor Kitchen Products. Their slick modern look, and functionalities are perfect for an outdoor kitchen. Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with! Took 5 months (plus) to get the 14 piece set I ordered. They never communicated with me to tell me how long it was actually going to take to receive. Finally received my items and everything arrived okay. It was 2 seperate deliveries. The first delivery that arrived was dropped off in my driveway and left there. No phonecalls, text messages, emails, or anything else to tell me when it was coming. I was at work when they left it at my house. The second delivery the trucking company contacted me to set up a day. I put everything up and it looked great. Not much sturdiness to them but it will do. I decided to order two 36" cabinets in the same color (that I waited 5 months plus for). The same trucking company drops off the two 36" cabinets in a van while I was at work (again) and never contacted me to let me know it was coming. I checked my security camera system and watched the trucking company arrive. They had my two cabinets laying flat in the van as they are too tall to stand up in the van. They stacked other goods on top of the cabinets and damaged all the doors on the cabinets. I got home and opened the packages and that's when I realized there was damage to the items. I immediately called NewAge. They put the act on about I'm sorry this happened and blah blah blah blah blah...! After having to get on them they stated that the report for the damaged goods had to be sent to the supervisor for approval and that they would get in touch with me soon. About 2 or 3 days later I received an email stating that I had 2 options. First option was to keep the damaged goods and receive a $150 credit. The second option was that some technician would come and try to repair the items.
I had responded that option 3 was their best option which was to send me 2 new cabinets just as I ordered them! I informed them that it could become a legal matter. The next day they responded that they would send two new cabinets to me. About one week went by and I had heard nothing. No phone calls, no text messages, no emails, nothing. So I had to call NewAge. Nobody in that company knows what the hell is going on. Nobody would give me an answer! Finally, I got in touch with some buffoon. They said to keep the 2 damaged cabinets, donate them, or toss them in the trash. I had found a place to donate to Vets. They had accepted the donation verbally as I told them that I have to wait for the new cabinets to arrive first. Then a few more days go by. I still haven't received any information about when the new cabinets would be shipped out, a tracking number, freight company info, nothing! I had to call back AGAIN! Once again, nobody knew what they were doing! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! Again, I finally got in touch with some guy (forgot his name). He proceeds to tell me that the cabinet color I ordered is not available and there's no stock anywhere, any backlogs, or any dates in the near future to get stock. That meant another 5 months at least to wait for two new cabinets. I asked for 2 - 30" cabinets in the same color. The guy tells me that he'd set up a date to come pick up the 2 damaged cabinets and that I could repurchase 2 - 30" cabinets afterwards. Mind you that my garage was filled with all the stuff that was meant to be inside the 36" cabinets. It was a mess! I said what's the difference? Just send me 2 - 30" cabinets in the same color and give me back the difference in money. Nope! They want to keep your money! Greedy to say the least! Was not helpful in any way! Finally, I asked what colors they have in the 36" size cabinets. The guy tells me Red, and all Black. I needed the cabinets bad as my garage was a mess. I told him to send the Black. Then I brought up the 2 damaged Cabinets and he tells me they were going to take them. I went off on this guy because I had already asked the Vets organization if they wanted them. How embarrassing is that to turn around and tell them that they can't have the cabinets now because this company has a bunch of braind*ad people working there. After going back and forth for several minutes the guy said to just donate them.
Please, please, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You were told! There are many other companies out there that are way better and have way better built products! Just do some research and you'll find other great companies! Also, do not buy NewAge through businesses like BJ's Wholesale, Lowes, Home Depot, etc... because you'll be dealing with the same b. S. that I just explained above even when you buy direct.

As an eager customer, I was ecstatic to place an order with Newage Products. However, my experience with them took an unexpected turn. After waiting patiently for over two months past the original delivery date, I grew frustrated with the lack of communication and progress regarding my order. It was then that I decided to pursue a cancellation and refund. This process proved to be yet another headache.

Despite being promised a full refund by the customer service team, my refund continued to elude me. I struggled to make sense of the situation, as I was given repeated promises of a timely resolution, yet the refund was nowhere to be seen. After much correspondence and effort on my end, I was forced to involve my credit card company and initiate an investigation. It was only then that I was able to finally obtain my refund.

Overall, my encounter with Newage Products has left a sour taste in my mouth. The lack of communication and follow-through, paired with the lengthy wait time and unreliable refund process, has frankly been disappointing. I hope that steps are taken to improve their customer service and ordering systems, as I'd be hesitant to recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

As someone who loves to fire up the grill, I was excited to purchase a new BBQ from Newage Products. However, upon receiving my grill and converting it to propane using the kit provided by Newage, I was disappointed to discover that the grill was heating up way too much. I reached out to Newage's technical support team for assistance, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide a solution to the problem.

To make matters worse, I found that the gas orifices provided by Newage were too large, which only exacerbated the issue. Consequently, I had to take matters into my own hands and hire a professional at my own expense to fix the problem. The minimum temperature I was able to achieve with the conversion kit was a whopping 410 degrees with the burners set at the minimum setting. When I brought this to Newage's attention, they simply advised me to use the grill with only one or two burners on, which was ridiculous.

Despite this setback, I will say that the grill itself is of decent quality, but the conversion kit and technical support provided by Newage Products were lacking. It's such a shame that my experience was negatively impacted by these issues as I was really looking forward to enjoying the BBQ.

I recently purchased two locker cabinets from Newage Products, and unfortunately, when they arrived, both of the doors were jammed backwards and there were large dents in the tops where the doors had pushed up against them. I promptly submitted pictures of the damage as instructed, but I have yet to receive any sort of response from the company. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service department via email, but have been met with silence. When I tried calling their number, I was left on hold indefinitely for over an hour! This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It has been 11 days since I first reported the damage, and despite contacting them numerous times, including a single time when I actually managed to get through to someone on the phone, I have seen no action taken to rectify the situation. I am incredibly disappointed in the way this company has handled my case, and I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them to think twice.

Although I placed my order on time, I have been waiting for four days with several scheduled delivery times that did not push through without any notifications or cancellations. Understandably, this has caused me inconvenience and frustration, forcing me to clear my schedule and wait for a product that never arrived.

What makes my experience worse is that neither Newage nor the delivery company they selected, NSD, has taken responsibility for the failed transaction. As a result, I find myself caught in the middle without any clear resolution in sight. At this point, I am entirely done with waiting and only wish to receive what I have rightfully purchased. I am immensely disappointed with the level of accountability and service provided by Newage Products, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values their time and trust. Then, to add insult to injury, all four valves developed leaks where they met with the supply tube just two years after purchasing the product. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was met with disappointment yet again. Despite my explaining the issue, none of the representatives seemed to have a grasp on how the grill was assembled. The website advertised the product as weather resistant, providing reassurance that it would be able to withstand various types of yard debris, water, snow, and wind.
