I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Newegg Business. It took me and my team a hot minute to fill out all the paperwork to get our account set up, but when we finally did, we were left high and dry. No one was assigned to help us out or answer any of our questions about financing. It was a real bummer, especially since we were hoping to get a loan to help us with our Crypto-currency Mining OP.

To make matters worse, we were straight up lied to about the loan. I mean, come on, that's just not cool. And to think, we've been loyal customers for over 5 years and have bought over 200 products from them. It's safe to say we won't be recommending them to anyone anytime soon.

NewEggBusiness is a company that I had high hopes for, but unfortunately, my experience with them was not a good one. They convinced me to sign up for a business account, but once I did, I found out that I couldn't convert back to a regular account. This was a huge disappointment, and I wish I had never made the switch.

The customer service at NewEggBusiness is terrible. The representatives have terrible attitudes and are not helpful at all. I had a lot of trouble with pricing and promo codes, and they didn't honor the same deals that I had access to before. It was frustrating and made me feel like I was being taken advantage of.

When I asked the representative who converted me about the changes, he told me that there were no downsides, only benefits. This was a lie, and I feel like I was misled. I was so angry that I wanted to punch him in the face, but instead, I decided to write this review.

Overall, I would not recommend NewEggBusiness to anyone. They are a terrible company with terrible customer service and pricing. If you are considering signing up for a business account, I would advise against it. Stick with the regular NewEgg account and save yourself the trouble.

I recently had a terrible experience with Newegg Business and their "marketplace". I made the mistake of ordering from a vendor called HotDealz4Less, which should have been a red flag from the start. The products I ordered were shown as in stock, but it took two weeks for them to even ship the package. When it finally arrived, they had sent me the cheaper version with a similar part number. I could have gotten the same product from Amazon and had it in two days, but instead I waited a total of three weeks to receive the wrong item.

After shipping it back, the vendor received the return in just four days. However, it has now been two more weeks and I still haven't received a refund. I have tried contacting the vendor directly and Newegg through every means possible, but all I get is the same response: "Give us the tracking information and we'll look into it" followed by "Please give the vendor more time to process your return". It's been a month and a half since they took my money and I still haven't received the product I ordered or a refund. It's absolutely ridiculous that they need more time to process the return when they already received the wrong items they shipped me back almost two weeks ago.

I would never order from Newegg Business again, even if they were the last place on earth to buy a product. Their customer treatment is abysmal and I'm not alone in this experience. I urge all buyers to beware and look at the reviews before making a purchase.
