The Newrez Division LoanCare did not correctly transfer all of the account information to the NewRez other division Shellpoint, which was just assigned to be the new loan servicing division in January 2022.
Shellpoint started reporting me 120 days late on my mortgage and has failed to correct negative issues on my credit reports although I have provided proof that payments were made as agreed. The first dispute was filed on 1/16/2022. In fact, I have disputed the management of my account by Newrez and divisions since 3/15/2021.
So far all I get is Form Lettions and no corrective action.
This is damaging my business as well as my own credit.
According to the BBB as of 2/2/2022: 4306 Complains in 3 years 1893 Last 12 Months.
