Nexus Auto Transport I do my homework and I'm very serious how my money is spent

I do my homework and I'm very serious how my money is spent. Nexus Auto Transport helped me out in a tough spot, and for that, my wife and I are very grateful. With hundreds of Transporters contacting me every minute, night and day, an agent by the name of *** from NAT reached out to me and said he could get the job done in the time frame I needed and at a very reasonable price that I could afford, and I held him to it. He did exactly as he promised in a short period of time when all the others transporters(at least 50) could not. His price never changed unlike many the others. Others promised me the world and did not deliver. With NAT, I was promptly given the drivers name and number to contact. That driver(Murat) was fantastic with communication and a super nice guy. I even spoke to him midway while he was transporting my car to it's destination to see how he was making out. He again contacted me and those involved at the other end, an hour before the drop off time of my car so that everyone was on the same page for the delivery. I recommend Nexus Auto Transport because of their communication skills, promptness and affordability. And Yes, I will be using them again.Props to Nexus Auto Transport(NAT)Sincerely, *** and

I needed to ship my *** Juke from *** to ***. I had received a quote from Nexus and was concerned about the price switching as I read this happens a lot so I was hesitant to move forward. I was shopping competitors and Nexus had found a driver before the others and therefore were able to ensure the price would not change. I was also able to ship some personal belongings in my car so long as it was under the window line. They delivered a day early and were easy to communicate with via text for updates. The car arrived with no damage and I was able to pay via a cash app. Great experience!

Nexus Auto Transport This company is a sham, very unreliable and unprofessional

This company is a sham, very unreliable and unprofessional. They lie so much they cant even keep up with their lies. They lied about pickup, they lied about the quote, they wait till last minute and then charge you more, there is a lack of communication when your car is being picked up, status of car on the road or the driver and when it is being delivered. I called them because the delivery time was wrong and all I wanted to know was when it was going to be delivered and they had an excuse for everything. They immediately took the responsibility off from them and thats when I realized that I had made a very bad decision. I would not recommend them to anyone nor would I ever use them again. Their customer service was way below par because that agent was nothing but rude and unprofessional. The communication was nonexistent no call to say the car wasnt getting picked up on that specific day, no call to update on location of truck and when I called they had nothing but excuses for me . The driver did not even speak English when I met him to pick up the car he was already over 1 week and a half late with the car. But they already messed up with me I wouldnt give them another chance with something as valuable as my car. Good luck to anyone that uses them but I wouldnt recommend it unless you want frustrations and headaches.

We requested transport for our *** Beetle from *** to ***. The price quote was reasonable, customer service explained everything we should expect and the price was exactly the same as the price I was quoted on the phone. Once assigned, the driver was super nice and communicative about the plans. The car arrived as expected, in the condition it left us. Thank You so much for making this easy! We will definately us your services again.

Nexus Auto Transport I was relocating from *** to silver spring *** and needed my car to be transported

I was relocating from *** to silver spring *** and needed my car to be transported. After putting my info online I got calls, text messages and email from several companies and different quotes. My cousin got in touch with Nexus and I had the best deal and cheaper. They did the arrangements with the dates as we agreed upon for pick up. Because I was told by other companies that it will take 3 to 4 days, so I told Nexus that I wanted my picked up either the 1st or the 2nd because I want it in *** by the 5th or latest the 6h. Nexus called me on a Thursday that the dispatcher will be be picking up my car on the 1st and will be delivered on the 2nd. I was like what? That is fast. And to be honest, it actually happened as they said. My car was picked up on the 1st and delivered to my sister in *** on the 2nd. No issues at all. The dispatcher was very nice, respectfully, responsible and efficient. He said I can call him at anytime if I have any concern or to check on the status. I will also rate the dispatcher 5/5.My advise to anyone who wants a car transported is that make your arrangements and 2 to 3 weeks to the date you want your car transported especially if its a long distance; this will give ample time to get a dispatcher because a lot of people are moving from state to state and they are very busy.

I think it could have been better communication on when the car would be shipped on the day of the delivery so I could have planned my day better but the car did come the exact day they said it would and the driver was great once he made it to the location. Definitely would use this shipping company again.

Finished the paperwork the next morning and called them to have it picked up and it was picked up in an hour. It was an *** my driveway the next morning. Nexus Auto Transport I went to Nexus Auto Transport site from a *** search I did on transporting cars

I went to Nexus Auto Transport site from a *** search I did on transporting cars. I wasnt even done inputting my information when I received a call from a random number that turned out to be *** from Nexus. Immediately I thought this was fishy. My thought process was, are they literally just sitting, watching their computers for someone to pop up and get their information?I needed my car by the next week. Literally 7 business days. It was coming from MN to UT. *** assured me that they could have it to me well before that deadline. I was skeptical because other companies that I talked to said they could guarantee a pick up date but not a delivery date and that any company guaranteeing a delivery deadline you need to watch out for. *** insisted though, that his company could do it and it would make it 100% safely and well under the date.I asked him what if it didnt make it by my date? I absolutely NEEDED it before then. He stated that it arriving late is not an option. Long story long.I ended up going with them. I was super nervous. He said It will arrive early. *** my words. You will be calling me first when you see the degree of quality of service we provide.Boy am I glad I did! Like he said, it arrived early. Took only 2 DAYS! Car was in perfect condition. I was in contact with the actual driver the entire time! I couldnt have asked for a better experience! I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! Would 100% use again. Thanks *** for selling your service to me and for calming my nerves. You were stellar!

I used Nexus Auto Transport for the delivery of my Corvette C8, and they did a great job. The driver was helpful and kept me posted on when he would arrive. Once the vehicle was picked up, it only took about 2 days to arrive, so they were pretty quick. I would recommend.

Nexus Auto Transport Absolutely the worst customer service & deceptive business practices

Absolutely the worst customer service & deceptive business practices. I contracted Nexxus 9 days ago to have a 2015 Dodge Challenger hauled from *** to Iowa. The quote came quick from *** and so did the dozens of text messages asking if I was ready to sign up for my car to be moved. I researched a few companies and decided to give them a shot. I spoke with *** and I explained the car does not run, it rolls, it would need to be winched onto a transport AND a 6/8/9 car hauler would not be able to get into the storage facility! He assured me no problem a 3 car hauler would be used and the price would go up to *** "no problem". Sooo I fill out the online details give card information for the deposit once a driver is dispatched. He advised it would take a few days to line something up and would be giving me a call in 2-3 business day, I was like ok. Sooo fast forward to day 5 no call from ***, I text him "crickets" no response. I call and speak with *** who sounds shockingly to *** and she rambles on saying they are looking they are short on drivers blah blah blah EXCUSES. So at 7 days into this ordeal "LAST DAY" they call at *** EST to say they found someone but it would be an extra $300.00. Great bait and switch deceptive tactics, so I start researching reviews and this is standard tactic for this company. yea not happening at this point they are in the car salesman/lawyer category. We go round and round a few days and they allegedly secured BRC Transportation LLC, I call the number they provided for the driver and get no habla english. Needless to say transport never showed up. I call them this morning *** answered and she went into her blowing smoke routine and would call back. I requested their coorporate phone number and was given their customer service number. Oh and because they alledgly dispatched a driver, they charged my CC convenient right. I have asked for manager callback 4 times *** has yet to call. Zero Star rating

Nexus Auto Transport i contacted Nexus on January 20th and agreed on a pick and delivery by January 24th

i contacted Nexus on January 20th and agreed on a pick and delivery by January 24th.they called me on Friday the 21st to schedule pick up in *** on Saturday before noon and drop off in *** by noon Sunday. i agreed, contacted my Brother in *** to make sure they could help load the car. i paid a $195.00 deposit and was told i would have to pay the driver $500.00 in cash or cashiers check upon delivery. i paid the deposit. i spent Saturday getting my garage ready for the car. i waited all day Sunday and finally i called in the afternoon. they told me the truck broke down and the car would be delivered on Monday.i took Monday off of work. the car did not come. at this point i was calling to get information as they NEVER contacted me to give updates. they said they would give me 12 hours notice of the delivery time once the driver has fixed the truck.they also had me call the dispatch (subcontractor for Nexus) and speak with them about the delivery. the dispatch had me call the driver for updates.THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING 1 STAR IS BECAUSE THE DRIVER WAS SO VERY HONEST AND HELPFUL WHEN NOONE AT THE DISPACH OR NEXUS WOULD!Monday came and went. no car. Tuesday came and went. no car. Wednesday i was told the driver and a mechanic learned that the problem was with the truck now and not the trailer. mind you, i asked from the day he broke down (Saturday) for them to provide another truck in order for the car to be delivered by the contracted date. i was told NO. Wednesday at 7:30 PM i borrowed a truck and a trailer and drove to ***. i met the driver at the Weigh station he had been sitting at since Saturday afternoon. we unloaded my car from his trailer and loaded it onto mine. i arrived home at 7:30 PM Thursday with my car.Nexus wanted the driver to charge me the $500 before releasing my car, they then wanted him to drive away with my car on his trailer breaking the law. the drive quit his job and left.NEVER USE NEXUS- EVER!

Nexus Auto Transport Do not use Nexus Auto Transport!

Do not use Nexus Auto Transport! They broker out most of the transports and do not communicate at all unless it is time to get your money. Every single time I needed an update I had to contact them the only time they called me was the day they booked the transporter and that was to get my money (their part). We had it scheduled to be picked up on a Thursday, I called on Wednesday to make sure of what time since the pick up location had not heard from them or the driver by that time and was told that they would not be picking up on Thursday it would be Friday at 7pm - OH and by the way it will cost another $549 because it is such a long drive from PA to TX! (they knew the pickup and drop off locations when they quoted my price to begin with) Friday comes and the pick up location person texts me and tells me the driver just called him and they would not be there until 10pm. So ok, we are now 1 day late picking up, $549 more and 3 hours late to location. I was told it would take them 3 or 4 days to get to TX and he would call within 3 hrs of drop off. So Monday I called and got told he would not make it that day due to weather he had been slower on the road but he would be in on Tuesday at 7pm. So Tuesday I never got the drop off call, at 6:40pm I called and asked where he was...learned he was in *** (which is 7 to 8 hrs from me) and would be dropping off on Wednesday morning at 9:30am. I had to tell them that would not work because I had to be back at work that day. Yes we had taken 2 days off of work to be sure to be able to get vehicle and be able to inspect it upon delivery (had to ask for another day once it did not arrive on Monday). We made arrangements for it to be delivered after work and that finally worked out. The driver was very friendly and very careful with the offload but again communication really poor. I did manage to get a $100 refund for the trouble, but should have been the whole $549 they gouged me out of! Will never recommend them at all !

Nexus Auto Transport Started working with them on Saturday and didn't get anyone until Monday

Started working with them on Saturday and didn't get anyone until Monday. They picked up my car at 8 PM and quoted me 11 AM next day. At 11:30 I asked where the driver where my car was, and he said it wouldn't be there until 2 PM due to "traffic". Called the rep I had been working with a few times, texted with no response and calls went to voicemail. To get to the car from my from house it takes four hours. At this point the driver has had my car for 13 hours Was originally quoted $395. Then while looking around for quotes it put me on some sort of driver board, where apparently all the drivers can see the quotes from other companies. Which I never would have done if I knew the consequences. Since other companies quoted me at more the driver with Nexus wanted $700 and wouldn't keep the other quoted price until the other companies dropped their quote. Once I got all of them to do that the driver still wouldn't go lower than $600. So I had to wait again until another driver picked it up. This driver has had my car since last night and no one knows where he parked for the night, where the driver is, etc. The message from the driver when I asked where my car was overnight was "on my truck". I was excited for my car and at this point it's pretty much killed the excitement. I just want my damn car. I paid $100 deposit and I still owe $400. Will never use a transport service again, this was a nightmare. The driver finally arrived after 4:30 PM and was driving my vehicle from wherever he didn't want to drive his truck, to my home, without my permission. There were also parts missing from the hood that were there when the car was loaded onto the tow truck. Total time the driver had my vehicle was 21 hours for a 4 hour trip. When I mentioned this, the excuse given was traffic, then I had told them there was no way it'd take that long due to traffic, so they told me the driver doesn't drive straight he makes stops to other houses to deliver other cars. This truck was a singular delivery truck with only my vehicle. They still do not know the reason for the delay.

Nexus Auto Transport I hired nexus to transport my 2020 GMC Denali HD from *** to ***

I hired nexus to transport my 2020 GMC Denali HD from *** to ***. (The Truck was equipped with an *** DASH CAMERA). The driver showed up late and neither of the drivers spoke english. My office neighbor had to do all the translating. The driver told me he was going to sleep and when they woke up they would double team the drive and the truck would not stop until it was delivered to *** in 24 hours. They left with the truck and drove the opposite way to *** to ***. I then got a call from the dispatch saying the truck broke down. They offered to send one of the 2 drivers DIRECTLY to deliver the truck right then and there to ***. I said ok unload the truck and he can leave to ***.I am sure they lied to me. Because i watched them load a white dually work truck onto the trailer then started going towards *** following the tow truck with new load with my truck.I periodically looked thru the *** CAMERA and seen my truck was following the truck with another truck on the trailer.Long story short I CALLED THE POLICE!. The *** officer then called the dispatch and let them know the following morning it would be Grand Theft Auto.I followed the truck on the *** CAM GPS and the truck went to and thru *** to ***, *** then to ***. It took 4 days to deliver my truck and it had been driven all the way there NOT TRAILERED.The pickup guy paid them $1600 upon arrival instead of $1999. They drove my truck and put ***+ miles on my truck to be exact when it was supposed to be trailered. My truck is a 2020 GMC *** Denali HD. This is a truck being built for the *** show in ***. I work hard for everything I have and I love my truck.Anytime you have to call the police on someone you hire this shows its not a good situation. I wouldn't wish this on anyone who pays for this service. If you're looking to transport a car please look elsewhere and don't let this happen to you. Here is a picture below of them using my truck to follow another load they are transporting when my truck should be on the trailer because I paid for that. How is *** on the way to *** From ***?Nexus Auto Transport should pay me back the $1600. But of course that won't happen.DONT TRUST THESE GUYS!

Nexus Auto Transport Bait and Switch and breach of contract: After receiving several quotes from various companies I selected Nexus Auto Transport (NAT) to transport

Bait and Switch and breach of contract: After receiving several quotes from various companies I selected Nexus Auto Transport (NAT) to transport my car from Florida to Nevada, on May 31, and paid them $100 deposit based on their $800 quote and my conversation with Nathan to ship my car on June 10 from Winter Garden, FL and deliver it by June 15 in Las Vegas, NV. On June 9, I received a call from NAT's representative Max stating that they have found a transporter who can pick up the car on June 10, but the cost will be $900 instead of the original $800. I refused to pay an additional $100 and asked them to honor their original offer and the terms of the contract. Nathan and Max told me not to worry, they will find someone and have the car delivered by June 15/16. On June 11, I received another call from Max stating that they have found a driver, but the cost will be $900 instead of $800. It was very frustrating to keep hearing the same thing again and again. When asked what was the probability to find someone to ship the car for $800, I was told it was 50/50. That was not too reassuring. It became abundantly clear that NAT was engaged in a classic bait and switch tactic and would not be able to honor the written quote and agreed upon price. Since it would have been impossible to find another transporter at the last moment to pick up the car and deliver it by June 15/16, I was left with no other choice but to pay an additional $100 to avoid further delays. The car was picked up on June 12 and delivered on June 18 in Las Vegas, NV. This delay resulted in an additional $150 in rental car expense. Instead of $800, I incurred $1,050 to ship the car. There are many other people who have experienced the same bait and switch tactic who were asked to pay $100 more at the last moment. This appears to be NAT's standard business practice. Any such practice is considered a fraud and against state and federal laws and amounts to a breach of contract. NAT had no intention of shipping the car for $800 and used this quote to get my business and in the process, they also hurt their competitors. Based on my recent experience, I will never do business with this company again. I will also file a complaint with the Attorney General on Illinois and FTC to address the violations of state and federal laws.

Nexus Auto Transport I spoke with multiple auto transport agencies prior to booking two transport orders with Nexus

I spoke with multiple auto transport agencies prior to booking two transport orders with Nexus. My concern before booking was that I read reviews that Nexus would wait until your pickup date and then try and deviate from the rate quoted to you via phone and in writing. In fact, I was so concerned that this would happen that I had my sales rep, ***, send me their Terms & Conditions prior to placing my order. The Ts&*** did not address my rate issue/question so I then had a very clear conversation with *** about the rates he was quoting me.1. I had him double check the rates to be sure that they were accurate for my pickup dates and routes (a holiday weekend was coming so I wanted to verify it would not impact the rate). *** guaranteed me the rates were accurate and would not be changed.2. I asked *** to verify that they had drivers available at the rates quotes to me for the 3 day pickup window. He assured me there were and they work directly with the drivers. 3. I had him confirm the two points above again.Of course, come halfway through day 1 of the pickup window, I had yet to hear from Nexus. I called and the person who answered said dispatch would call me to schedule an official pickup day and time in 10 minutes.Dispatch did call me within the 10 minute window, but then proceeded to tell me they had no drivers and they had to reach out to a third party company and they would need to charge me more in order to get it picked up during my already guaranteed pickup window. I told her absolutely not and to have *** call me.*** called me back quickly and tried to give me all sorts of excuses for why they had to charge more and asked me to give them a few more days to find a driver at the rate they quoted me. I asked *** to honor the rate and pickup window or to cancel my two transport orders. End of story is I cancelled my two transport orders and am writing this review to warn others never to use Nexus Auto Transport. No matter how much due diligence you do to try to make sure the order amount being charged is accurate they will try to *** and manipulate you into paying more. If they knew they couldnt find a driver then why not call me in 4 days between when my order was placed and the first day of the pickup window? I had to call them. They want to wait until you have no option but to pay more as most people are on a deadline or in a time crunch. Thankfully I was not. Id rather pay more and work with a transparent and honest transport company. Nexus Auto Transport is running a scam and *** be sure to warn others of my experience so they dont fall prey to their clearly deceitful business practices.

Nexus Auto Transport The brokers at NEXUS talk a good game and I'm sure if you get linked up with a good carrier, everything seems great

The brokers at NEXUS talk a good game and I'm sure if you get linked up with a good carrier, everything seems great. But be warned, their method of dealing with an irresponsible carrier is "we will threaten to put them on our list of carriers not to use". They do very little to hold the carriers accountable! We used NEXUS to transport 1 sports car and 2 motorcycles from *** to CA. *** gave us a good quote and walked us through the process. With about a week to go, he said he posted the job for a carrier to take and he said when they did, the dispatcher would contact us ... That was the end of our positive experience. The dispatch never contacted us, we called *** and he was shocked (this would be a continuous theme). Finally we were told the driver would be there that night and dispatch would reach out soon with a time. 30 minutes later, while having dinner, the driver calls and asks were the cars are. Still nothing from the dispatcher...We packed up our meal and head to the driver. We requested a covered transport, we got a pickup with a covered trailer and a driver whose English was limited. We called *** to tell him and he was shocked (again). We felt things getting shady, but asked *** to make sure this guy was legit. I got the carrier's license and name (*** At first *** said that wasn't the carrier that took the job, but then later determined that the carrier we contracted with subbed it out to "one of his guys"...We were nervous, but we were moving and running out of time. We were going to drive cross-country and meet the carrier in CA in *** days, this is what we agreed upon with ***/NEXUS. When the carrier accepted the job they said "Sat or Sun", *** told us that we got the 8 or 9 days we needed. But the day of, the driver said "I can do it in 3". We told him we needed more time to make it, he said he would try for 4, but he had to drop off another car as well. It turns out, they meant the Sat or Sun of the current week and *** never asked for clarification... Since it was a pickup and not a semi, the driver couldn't be held to the daily mileage limitations. We were out of time and we still thought we could trust ***, so we let the driver get started cross country and my wife bought a plane ticket to fly to CA in 4 days to meet the driver and get our vehicles... He didn't show in 4 days, he was tired and had to sleep in AZ ... *** was shocked. He didn't show up at the agreed upon time on day 5 because he couldn't drop off the other car ... *** was shocked. My wife had to cancel her return flight and book another one for the next day. The driver finally showed up the night of the 5th day, no explanation, no apology. *** told us that because they didn't make it to the re-agreed upon 4th day and made no attempt to communicate, they violated their contract and NEXUS would hold them accountable...We gave *** and NEXUS a couple weeks to "hold them accountable", we called for updates, but realized it wasn't going to be a quick process. NEXUS finally said all they could do was put *** and the driver, Sobi, on their "do not use list". But since they couldn't get in touch with them, there was no way to reimburse us for our hardship. We are out over $1000 for plane tickets and the car has a significant scuff on the bumper that wasn't noticed until later ...I wouldn't dare recommend NEXUS to anyone. If after this post you do decide to use them, be aware, they have no way to hold a carrier accountable... Every step of the process we were under-informed, misinformed, or lied to. We were shocked...

Nexus Auto Transport I needed two cars transported from California to Michigan

I needed two cars transported from California to Michigan. I completed an online form and was contacted by Nexus and they gave me a price for their service and asked for a deposit. I refused to give them a deposit until a driver was confirmed for pickup. A few days later I received a call from Nexus informing me they had a transport driver and truck confirmed and needed $300.00 deposit. I gave them the deposit as requested via PayPal. A person claiming to be the driver said he could not pick up my vehicles saying he didn't have a winch. I contacted Nexus and asked for my deposit to be returned. They have refused to do so and continue to say they need more time and will call me back but they never do. I have called dozens of times and placed on endless holds. I'm reaching out to the Complaintsboard.com for help in securing a deposit return and letting others know That Nexus Auto Transport is disreputable and their business practices are untenable.

On or around Feb 14 2022 I placed an order to have a car transported from *** to *** with Nexus Auto Transport, ***. I was given a quote, accepted the quote and paid a $25 deposit to hold the quote. Order #***-EU. The company came back and stated that they could not deliver the car unless I gave them additional money.. I cancelled the delivery service and requested a refund. They are refusing to refund the $25 deposit. This is truly a bait and switch operation also I had a valid contract according to the law as there was an offer-acceptance and consideration.

I inquired thru the companys website as to how much it would cost to ship my vehicle. I immediately received a phone call that I could not take and had to reject. I continued to receive phone calls every 2 minutes until I answered and asked them to stop calling me because I was at work. After they attempted to call again, I blocked the number. They then began to call me repeatedly they put the work day on new phone numbers. My phone wont stop ringing even though Ive asked them to stop.I was genuinely interested in their service but, after this experience, Id sooner drive the vehicle across the country than use them.

Nexus Auto Transport I contacted Nexus Auto Transport to transport a vehicle cross-country

I contacted Nexus Auto Transport to transport a vehicle cross-country. After paying a $130 deposit, Nexus refused to transport the vehicle because it had a large storage rack on top. The company refused to refund the deposit because they had dispatched a driver to pickup, but the driver would not take possession of the vehicle. When I asked for the deposit back, all of a sudden, Nexus found a driver that day. They went through all the excuses---the trucker network is backed up---COVID---etc. I went with another company who not only cost less overall, but scheduled pickup immediately and kept me up to date with an accurate delivery estimate. Bottom line, Nexus is your classic bait-and-switch. They quote you a low price to get you in, take a deposit, and don't deliver. Stay far away from this company. As of 12/28, I still have not received my deposit back. If I do not receive my deposit back, the next stop is the

I went to this company's website for a quote, and was provided a quote of around $1,250 to ship my car. At that point, I paid a $25 fee to hold the reservation. Two days later someone called me, took my credit card number for a deposit, and the next day I received an invoice for $1,499. This is a sham company that uses bait and switch to get customers, keeping them in with the non-refundable $25 fee and then jacking up the price to be in line with the competitors.

Nexus Auto Transport I was looking to transport my 2018 VW Tiguan from Sparta, WI to Orlando, Fl and came across Nexus Auto Transport

I was looking to transport my 2018 VW Tiguan from Sparta, WI to Orlando, Fl and came across Nexus Auto Transport. Received a quote of $900 initially for the service with a promise my car getting picked up on 5/1 of 5/2 and delivery date of 5/5. On 4/29 they fraudulently raised the price of the quote to $950 due to their driver requesting funds for gas. On 4/30 they call me that my car is not able to get picked up and they are unable provide me service. I have spoken with Logan, Brian and Dianna who were very unattentive and lacked customer service skills. I also talked with Jina who was down right rude and very rudely hung up the phone. I clearly told them that I wanted a refund. This company have scammed me 988 dollars. I am reaching out to BB B to hopefully resolve the issue. I am planning to report this company to both ***, Illinois consumer protection agency and Illinois Attorney General.

On June 25th we booked Nexus to ship our car in the time frame of July 4- July 9th. After several calls saying they had a driver then Nexus cancelling all the drivers without reason, we called them on July 8th explaining the 9th was the last possible day as we move out of state. *** then promised us a driver for Monday July 12th and an additional $200 over the quote (they would pay $50 for the "inconvince". He promised no other company could pick the car up before then. We contacted Roadrunner on the 8th and our car was picked up on July 10th. *** booked us a driver with Nexus after we talked about switching carriers and we were charged a $200 deposit and we never used Nexus. We then had to cancel the driver *** booked after we told him we were using a new company. *** also yelled at me/ got very upset when I confronted his lie. They won't refund us the $200 deposit since a driver was booked even though we never used them. The original order number was 488183-DO.

Nexus Auto Transport I contracted Nexus to deliver my car from ***, ** to ***, ** between June 30th and July 2, payed a premium for a narrow delivery

I contracted Nexus to deliver my car from ***, *** to ***, *** between June 30th and July 2, payed a premium for a narrow delivery window and was quoted $1500. I paid my deposit and the the fee to the driver on pick up. I was in the middle of a move, shipping my vehicle as I moved in a motorhome. They contacted me once with a driver that was too early for my window I wouldn't have arrived in time to meet it. The only other driver they offered did not show up until July 5th, costing me several days worth of lack of a vehicle cab fares etc. Extra 100 plus dollars, paid to the driver. Nexus basically said well it cost more and there's nothing we can do and there's nothing we can do about not arriving on time even though I paid a premium to assure that would happen. Basically I just want them to give me at least a refund for the couple hundred dollars for the premium and the cost when their product did not come through as advertised even though I paid extra.

When I made the reservation the company promised to deliver my car May 3rd, it was the only reason I decided make business with them. They charged me for the reservation with my credit card. Today May 6th is 11am and my car is not here. I'm been spending a lot of money using Uber because I'm stock without my car for the last 2 weeks. I want them to refund all the money I spent in transportation for they delay. About 430.00 until today. Thanks

On April 25 of this year I submitted a request for my vehicle to be shipped from Rhode island to Utah. I received word from the company that my car would be picked up between the following Tuesday and Thursday. Late Thursday I called the company because no one had come to pick up my vehicle and they said my pickup got pushed back to that Friday or Saturday and they were going to have to charge me an extra $400 from what they originally quoted. No one came that Friday or Saturday and when I called them back they said it got delayed to the following Thursday or Friday (5/6-5/7). No one came and again the date got pushed back. At this point I have tried to get my money back from them as they have already charged me the over $1,500

Nexus Auto Transport I called this auto service 2 months in advance to transport my vehical to ***

I called this auto service 2 months in advance to transport my vehical to ***.i was given a quote of the service to and from *** and back to home. I was quoted $1600.00 for entire services. When it was time for the pickup on 7/19, I had to contact Nexus then at last minute they stated that they would look for driver but an additional $100 need to be paid plus the quote at of $800, I was confused because they sent my a contract with the amount charged. I paid 100 desperately needed for my to be there in *** upon arrival. In my contract car was scheduled to be picked up on 7/26 before I board my plane. The exact same thing happened, I had to contact them 10 am to confirm who is the driver to pickup. They had to find a driver again wanted to charge me extra $100 to pick return back home. I went back forth I had no other way to get it home so paid 100. Not what contract stated. I want half of my money back for inconvenience and headaches from this company.

Nexus Auto Transport I contracted with Nexus to move my 2019 Jaguar XE in Sept/Oct 2021 from ***, ** to ***, **

I contracted with Nexus to move my 2019 Jaguar XE in Sept/Oct 2021 from ***, *** to ***, . When I spoke with the sales person, they were very confident about the quote and the move window. Nexus is misleading in their business practices as they are just a middle-man that contracts out transports. They do not manage their own trucks. For my transport, I had to call in every day for 2 weeks just to get basic updates on the dispatch of the car. Most of the time that I called, I got zero information until it was time for them to collect their money. Not only did they require an additional $300 (on top of a $825 quote), but they demanded that I accept this offer over the phone in real time or they would cancel my transport request (and not refund my reservation fee). I was leaving *** on the following day, so I was required to pay their surcharge even though they had a 5 day pick-up window. The driver they contracted with was very professional and a great communicator.

Nexus Auto Transport I contracted this company to deliver a car to *** on the 14th of June

I contracted this company to deliver a car to *** on the 14th of June. The car was picked up in *** on the 12th. My contract said this was to be delivered NO later than the 14th and this was made very clear. When the driver picked up the car he said he would see me that morning. The 14th came and I never heard from him. Around 11:45 I text him to find out when he would be dropping off the car and nothing. A few hours went by and still nothing. I made two additional attempts to contact and still nothing. Finally at 3:15 he texts me back and apologized for the delay but he would be unable to deliver the car today in breach of the contract and said it would be tomorrow.I explained it was imperative the car be delivered but he just didn't care. I contacted the driver and said I needed the car desperately and would come pick it up. So I rented a car for $100, traveled 200 miles to give the driver his $650 *** for a broken contract on a car i desperately needed.

Nexus Auto Transport I called Nexus in regards to shipping my car from Illnois to Texas on the 10th of June

I called Nexus in regards to shipping my car from Illnois to Texas on the 10th of June. I was initially quoted $775. Needless to say, they sent a truck to pick up my car everyday but the 10th as requested. I told them that i had a flight on the 10th of June in the evening and i would have to release the car to the driver since i do not have anyone reliable to give the driver the car. From the 10th to the 12th, they weren't able to confirm a time or date for a pick up. Which meant i have to pause my life and sit at home and wait for them. From the the 10th to the 12th i changed my ticket 4 times because again they could not confirm a pick up time or date. While this is going on, my quote for the pickup went from 775$ to 970$. I asked them why it went up they told me the driver is asking for more money. Not one time was i given an invoice except for the initial price of 775$. Due to the uncertainty i made plans to drive to Texas. They took out 300$ from my bank and refuse to refund

Nexus Auto Transport I shipped my 2017 *** M3 with Nexus Auto Transport who hired RG Car transport as a contractor

I shipped my 2017 *** M3 with Nexus Auto Transport who hired RG Car transport as a contractor. I paid them *** to have my car picked up 4th of July and delivered on the 6th of July. The car was delivered on the 20th of July after the truck and cargo were impounded in AZ. On the 19th the truck driver drove my car 300 miles to deliver the car to me and damaged it along the way. Nexus has been unhelpful with this whole situation and refuses to give me a refund. I was informed that this driver lacked proper insurance and the truck was considered unsafe by DOT. Nexus failed to do their job and find a safe and reliable transporter which resulted in a long delay, additional mileage, and damage to my car. They refuse to return my calls and have been unhelpful during this whole process to the point the car was almost reported stolen because of the lack of communication and information. I have 100s of photos and screen shots. Not everything is included. I wish I could include the phone calls.

Nexus Auto Transport We made a vehicle delivery order from Nexus Auto Transport last week and the scheduled a pickup time frame is from August 9th to August 12th

We made a vehicle delivery order from Nexus Auto Transport last week and the scheduled a pickup time frame is from August 9th to August 12th with a total cost of $1188. They called us on August 11 to finalize a pickup date on August 12, and there were two options on Aug 11 to pick up the car on Aug 12: $1188 or $1188+$50. We chose the more expensive one for a more premium service. However, on August 12 morning, they called us and said that the driver won't be available to pickup the car today and they found another driver to pickup the car between Aug 13 and Aug 15, but the cost INCREASED to $1388! $200 INCREASE while we did not do anything wrong. This annoyed and frustrated us that on the LAST day of the scheduled time frame and on the day of confirmed service, Nexus INCREASED price and no other options were given, comparing with two options on Aug 11. Since our flight is on Sat (August 15), and it is hard for us to find another company, we decided to go with Nexus. But this does not mean we are willing to pay this extra $200, as there is no fault on us, why do we need to bear additional cost? And we tried to call Nexus back and no one answered our call now.

Nexus Auto Transport On February 16, I was contacted by Charlie at Nexus Auto Transport to transport my car

On February 16, I was contacted by Charlie at Nexus Auto Transport to transport my car. I was promised door to door delivery, full coverage insurance and delivery of vehicle within 48 hours of pickup. Once the deal was done and final. I was given a delivery date of 02/20. On February 18, I was able to contact the driver directly and asked for the delivery date so I can schedule time frames of things. The driver messaged me he will be in Sacramento, Ca by 10 AM the following day. The driver informed me he will not be able to deliver the car until Monday. I told him I was told the vehicle would be delivered on the 20th and I had scheduled things for the vehicle. I attempted to contact Charlie and he informed me the driver was stuck and had to pick up another car that is why delivery date changed mind you I already had contacted the driver. I informed him the car will be in Sacramento the following day and the driver wants me to pick it up from there. Eventually, I stop receiving replies from Charlie and I contact the company. The company was no help and was promised a call back which never happened. So to prevent me from loosing my deposits, I decided to contact the driver and pick up the vehicle from a yard. My car was left with the keys inside of the vehicle in a yard with many people around. I had to drive to Sacramento wasted nearly 3 hours of my day to pick up my car. I had to also pay someone else to go with me

Nexus Auto Transport I initially hired Nexus auto transport to find me a driver on 11/28 for a car pickup on 12/11

I initially hired Nexus auto transport to find me a driver on 11/28 for a car pickup on 12/11. They were going to charge me $100 booking fee, $150 the day before the driver picked up my car, and that i owed $500 in either cash or a money order the day of car pickup to the driver. The day before my car is going to be picked up they ask me to pay the driver $345 more than they initially quoted me or they wont be able to ship my vehicle. I felt cornered and agreed. Then they mixed up the delivery and pickup addresses so the driver shows up 3 states away at my new home i needed the car shipped too. It's now been several days since the new date they provided me and my car still hasn't been shipped. I got a call my grandpa is passing away but due to being here sorting out the car situation i missed my window to go and say goodbye to him. I called a rep with Nexus and told her how frustrated i was. They hadn't done anything to compensate me for their mistakes. They even tried to say they never had the addresses mixed up but i kept a call record of them admitting it. I told them i wanted to pay the initial price as compensation for all this. They said it would come out of the drivers pay. I told them, "this isnt the drivers fault. Nexus needs to fix this via their accounts payable *** They still haven't called back. I am interested in escalating this issue and cancelling with them completely if needed. This is no way to treat a client. Its dishonest, shady, and with all these complaints i'm seeing on here you would think they would have learned already. 37 complaints in the last 3 years and 23 of them in the last year alone. Do better.

Nexus Auto Transport I used Nexus auto transport to ship my car across the country

I used Nexus auto transport to ship my car across the country. I spoke with company representatives on a recorded line about placing belongings in the trunk of the car during transport, which they said was fine as long as the belongings did not exceed 100 lbs. My car arrived with the trunk empty, save for 2 pairs of shoes, all other belongings were stolen while my car was under their care. Belongings that were stolen include a handheld Dyson vacuum, several pairs of *** shoes, a cookbook, a framed bag skull, framed art of my dog, a metal lampshade, a box of small jars for canning, and a seasonal depression lamp. The driver said it is company policy not to lock the car during transport, but that was not made clear to me at any point during the process. He said it would be too difficult to put security cameras on the truck, which I dont believe is true in 2022. He said that this policy of leaving cars unlocked is due to the fact that the company would be liable for a broken window if someone wanted to steal things out of the car. It does not feel OK that I paid $1775 for them to leave my car unlocked and vulnerable during transport. I would like to be reimbursed for part of the costs I paid, I am deeply unhappy with the service I received and have lost hundreds of dollars worth of my belongings. I have friends and coworkers who shipped cars with other companies who had their cars packed to the brim and yet nothing was stolen from them. This feels like a problem with Nexus as a company. The policy of leaving the car unlocked was not made clear to me at any point, and it seems like a horrible policy. The driver was defensive and did not try to solve the issue with me, and I was told no managers were available when I called the company earlier today.

On 8/1, after receiving a quote from Nexus Auto Transport company in the amount of $1,230 (which I have a copy of) we contacted them to book our reservation for my daughter's vehicle to be picked up in Boston, MA on 8/3 between the hours of 11:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m and transported to Alabama on or about 8/7. My daughter was instructed to have $1,000 "cash" to give to the driver upon delivery and a deposit of $230 was to be put on my credit card. The pick up time and place was confirmed. On August 3rd, the day the driver would be picking up the vehicle in Boston as planned, my daughter received a call from Nexus stating that the time had changed and it would now be between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. Mind you she had a flight to catch at Logan Airport at 5:30 p.m. to go back to college in Alabama. She was instructed to leave the car in the parking lot and to put the keys under the gas cover. (Not at all a good idea). Her belongings were inside the car. She then received yet "another" call from Nexus stating that the driver had backed out and they were trying to "contract" with another driver and they did not know when that would happen. I then called the company and was told the same thing. We had paid the expedited cost as they told us it was within 2 days that we needed the car to be picked up. I was assured that someone would call us back. No-one did so I called once again to check on the status and was told that it would be the next day now that the car would be picked up. My daughter's father then called the next day and was told that they were "still working on it" and could not guarantee that it would even be picked up the next day. When they finally called her father back that afternoon stating that they had contracted with another driver, he was told that the cost would now be $1,700! They knew at that time we had no choice as the car was still sitting in a parking lot in Boston, MA
