NIT Trichy review: institute is not willing to conduct institute spot round to fill the vacant seats for m. tech program

Unlike previous years, NITT College has refused to conduct Institute spot round to fill the vacant seats for Mtech course and they are not allowing internal sliding too. Previous years with a vacancy seat around 14-25, they conducted this spot round and filled the seats. There are many Mtech aspirants for the same college. If they are not conducting this institute spot round, all the vacant seats will be remained unfilled, and it is equivalent to wasting the seats and money provided by government of india and MHRD to each student. According to the information received from a faculty from NITT, almost 20 seats are vacant. I humbly request you to take an action on this and not to waste the opportunity of students for getting admission ti privileged institutions like NITT
