9-10-2021.
No payments from NJ Unemployment on my valid claim filed since 8/15/2021... shows my WBR amount correctly, but no payments and no success claiming weekly benefits due to NJ DOL claims they need a third party to "Id. me" first to verify my identity?

Cooperated with ID. me process/email but as a result - zero payments and no progress. Exceeded processing intervals. In addition, 100's of call attempts rejected... no ability to certify for weekly benefits... all "9's" are on my claim according to an earlier representative?
Help me resolve this... my wife id post partum and I have newborn baby 8-31-21 and a 4yr. old toddler with no income and no payments coming in from my paid for unemployment insurance. This is so wrong!
