I found in this Non-Profit Alliance a sharp intellect combined with a desire to help unconditionally in my Senior Advocate Juan Cervantes. He has assisted me with my property and ensured that it is protected. I also received help from a loss mitigation expert Jessica working closely with one of the non-profit's affiliates, Consumer Defense Law Group (CDLG). I highly recommend them to anyone seeking to protect their home. I submitted a loan modification at first, but my lender refused to modify and abide by my basic rights, so we decided to pursue litigation and it has come to fruition. Do not hesitate to work with this bona fide non-profit.

They saved me from losing everything. An advocate from this non profit reached and said they could help me. I had given up thinking it was hopeless. The auction was scheduled for 9am two days later. My lender told me it was too late to submit a modification and if i didnt have a buyer and submit a sale agreement before the auction, then the foreclosure would proceed. But my advocate worked with me all afternoon to compile a loan mod anyways, then he submitted it on my behalf that night. The next day he called my lender with me on the line too, and they had already moved the foreclosure out another 6weeks. We didnt even have to ask. They made the process easy and took care of all the detail. Im so grateful to have had their help.!

It has been a couple of months since our first conversation with the Non-Profit Alliance of Consumer Advocates at Non Profit Alliance. Our home has been on foreclosure status for over 130 months with many postponement after a quick filing with the courts. On our first call, the representative did not promise us a solution, but he listened to our issues and our desperate need for guidance, and how we may fight back to save our home. We need their assistance and partnership or with the Consumer Advocates to be able to help us have our day in court with loan services like the one we have. Yes, we understand the law firm is seeking fees and we do not have $21K upfront. However, the representative has helped explained and also offered payment plans to consider. We were not forced into any service by the representative or his associates, but there cant be foreclosure cases outstanding like ours out there. The help is needed and the Non Profit Alliance and the Consumer Advocates provided us with home for a chance to someday have our home again with a modification that will allow a win-win-win for all. Thank you and your organization and supervisors for your service. We are yet to hear the final results which is why we are at four stars but our family is grateful and hopeful, always. Thank you.

We took a loan on the house to pay for medical expenses and care for our handicapped family member. We used the funds to install a new automatic driveway gate, redo the back patio and backyard to suit our handicapped needs, renovate the bathroom for accessibility, purchase a new water heater, and replace broken appliances. Additionally, we were able to replace stolen clothing, legal and financial documents, bed linens, and other items that were taken from our home in July . We also sought legal aid at *** to plan for our final days and protect ourselves from financial harassment, which is unfortunately common among elderly individuals. Despite our bad credit and inability to qualify for credit due to out-of-pocket medical expenses, we were able to secure the loan through ***. It truly feels like a miracle! We also enrolled in a credit repair plan offered by *** to improve our credit scores. The teamwork at *** is truly admirable. One of us has worked in the real estate and mortgage business for two decades, including as an underwriter for major lenders in the USA, and we have never come across an organization like *** that provides such comprehensive support to address all our legal and financial concerns and give us a fresh start in life.
