I ordered the "nono" on May 13, 2013 and cancelled it shortly thereafter when I realized that the nono cannot be used on bikini areas. Anyways, I email them right away and I get a confirmation the next day that my order has been cancelled... but 122$ was withdrawn from my account. I called their customer service and they told me it wasn't true they only took a pre-authorisation and no money was taken from my account.. to date.. May 21, 2013, I have spoken to 2 supervisors at nono and both of them keep on arguing with me that it's not true no money was taken from my account despite the fact that I explained to them that a visa debit card is in fact a debit card and not a credit card and works a bit differently. I have sent them proof of withdrawal and no deposit on their behalf and they still argue with me. Now the dispute is in the hands of my bank since the nono people only argue each time I try to resolve this matter and despite the facts and proofs provided. i'm very very annoyed...

I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT ASAP YOU TOOK 12.99 ON APRIL 1ST. I DIDN'T ORDER ANYTHING OR ASK FOR ANYTHING.RETURN MY MONEY! THANKS KORI MOSER
