I purchased a NoNo hair removal system in Nov, 2011. I used it several times, found it didn't work well at all, I received burns on my face, and not worth 320..C$ I waited six weeks to try to return it, as I wanted them to pay the postage and handling. I called their toll-free no. 16 Jan. 2012, and was told within 14 business days I would received a return postage pkg. Today is 04 Feb. 2012 and I have not received anything from them. I called yesterday and was told SOMEOME PUSHED THE WRONG BUTTON on their computer, and a return postage wasn't selected. Supposedly, the RIGHT buttons were pushed yesterday, and I should receive a pkg. within 2 to 3 weeks. This return pkg. is sent from Toronto area, which is 2 hours away by road. I will not deal with them again, but am fully prepared to take them to small claims court. NoNo has had my 320 bucks since Nov. 2011, and if I go to court, I will claim interest on that amount. Not a happy camper here in Canada.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
