I did not receive the product that I purchased and worked with nord/vpn for about 6 days and they still could not provide me with the service I purchased. He is all the emails that we sent back and forth.

Could you clarify whether the issue persists on other browsers?

Also, please add the given DNS address in the NordVPN application itself by following these steps:

Open the NordVPN application and go to the Threat Protection settings (shield icon at the top-left corner of the application window).

Make sure the "Use Lite version" option is disabled.

Then go to Settings (gear icon on the bottom-left corner of the application window).

Head to the Connection tab.

Turn on the Custom DNS feature.

Click on the drop-down arrow and input the following DNS addresses: 103.86.96.100 and 103.86.99.100.

Click on the "Save" checkmark.

Reconnect to the VPN.

None of this worked. I'm not satified with nord/vpn, please cancel my subscription and refund $83.43 back to my bank card and let me know how to get rid of nord/vpn on my computer.

To connect to a specific server, click on the magnifying glass icon (search bar) in the NordVPN application and search for the country and a server number with a hashtag. For example: "United States #9435".

It does't matter if cybersec/threat lite is on or off . I use microsoft edge

One of the reasons I got noed/vpn was to keep people from seeing what site I use. I have never had a problem getting on Macy"s web site to shop until I got nord/vpn. The is the message that I get when I try to get on that web site.

We have acknowledged your refund request, however, before that we would like to further troubleshoot the issue you have encountered while using our service.

The CyberSec (Threat Protection Lite on Android OS and iOS) feature protects you from ads, unsafe connections and malicious sites. It checks the traffic of the website and determines whether there are any suspicious domains, uncommon traffic floating or non-related links (such as ads) and simply blocks it.

Sometimes it might lead to the website becoming blocked as well. Regardless, we are always working towards improving the functionality of the CyberSec feature so that fewer websites are mistakenly blocked.

That being said that is why we ask our customers to turn it off as it may sometimes interfere.

Please turn off the CyberSec/Threat Protection Lite feature in the NordVPN application and you should be able to access the website/service.

To disable Threat Protection Lite feature on your Windows device, please open our application, click on the shield icon at the top-left, and disable "Use Lite version" option.

Also, may we ask what error are you getting when you are trying to access Macy's website?
