Nordpass
I had a annual auto renewal drawn from my card without any notification. I immediately asked for it to be refunded and have been refused as they say it’s your policy.
I will remind you that under New Zealand consumer law that you have to give fair notification of a renewal before you take the money. You gave no and your support team are refusing to do anything about this. I want to resolve this fairly without having to take this to New Zealand’s commerce commission. You company has to abide by our laws if you want to offer your services to its Citizens. Hence why you have to pay GST on your products here.
Desired outcome: refund of annual subscription
NordVPN
I had a dispute about the amount charged on my card and instead of working with me they shut down my service. I had paid for 2 years +3 months and they refused to refund anything or give me service.
I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
Support was very smug through email and did not seem to care that they were literally stealing my money without providing service.
Desired outcome: Either a refund or the service I paid for

I did not receive the product that I purchased and worked with nord/vpn for about 6 days and they still could not provide me with the service I purchased.
