They do good work and are honest and quick. They replaced my garden spigot 2 years ago and it's held up fine. They replaced my washing machine drainage plumbing as well and it looks much cleaner than before

Kevin did a great job in fixing our stiff Moen faucet and our leaky laundry faucet. He installed two new handles and when I found that one did not work properly, he came back promptly the next day to fix it. Very neat, efficient and courteous service by this company.

We first encountered Northstar Plumbing after flooding here in Windsor Ontario in 2016/17. They installed a backwater Flood Prevention System and yearly monitoring. We recently had a pipe leak in our Master Bathroom. They came immediately, replaced the copper pipe. Very professional, helpful.

Then the office staff -- Jane and her boss -- went far beyond what might be expected in a peculiar circumstance.

Had a blocked sink on Thanksgiving. Called Northstar and actually spoke to a person who took my info. Other plumbing outfits did not answer and did not get back to me for days. Northstar called back next morning and by 3 pm that day, my kitchen sink was again operational. Great quick service. Thanks Northstar.

Northstar Plumbing did great work. They were knowledgeable and efficient. However, the communication between the front office and the plumber needs improvement. On top of the work they did, the plumber didn't know I was expecting a gas pressure test as well as installation of a water backup sump pump. The plumber was not equipped nor did they have time to do those 2 final things.

I am very satisfied with the first time service and workmanship from the technician who came to my house. He had good suggestions and was efficient. I called in the morning for an appointment and he was at my house at 1:00. He carried the broken dishwasher to the curb without me asking. I am waiting for an estimate on my next renovation.

Our plumber - *** - from Northstar Plumbing did a fantastic job of fixing our bathtub so that we could actually use our bathtub jets once again. He had to actually open the wall to deal with the problem. He made a small square that was easily replaced. He was a great guy and gave me an estimate on replacing my sinks as well. Overall once again, Northstar Plumbing did a terrific job.

Since then, each year we have them come in and review the system to ensure it is functioning properly.
