May 19 2023 I entered a contract with severe pain in my tooth requesting immediate attention. I paid in good faith $245 with the understanding your school was going to help me.
Instead your school was teaching young students unrelated to my severe pain. You were using me as a dummie in teaching students other things. You sent me home without addressing my problem but promised to help me on 2nd visit. On my second visit you were teaching students how to take a Polaroid camera picture after taking numerous exrays a week before. You Sent me home again without telling me where my pain was coming from. After the second visit I have not heard from your school again for a third visit. After repeated calls I finally texted your school and got an apology that someone would get back to me. Then a text came in saying to call your office. After calling and leaving messages I got a call back at which time I cancelled all services and our contract in the grounds of fraud and misrepresentstion. Your school dd not help me and therefore I want my money back. I am a senior and cannot afford being taken advantage of. Please reply to let me know when you will credit the balance if $130. You already refunded me $115. Out of the $245I paid. I sought another dentist and at the first visit, without an exray, I was diagnosed with a broken bridge which was causing my pain . Your school should have diagnosed that from the first visit

Desired outcome: NSU apologized for not getting back to me and refunded me partial payment. I want the balance. They feel they are entitled because I signed a non refundable contract but the contract voided out for not as agreed
