We have received a complaint from one of our mutual customers, Mr Blaszkowski. He booked a stay at your hotel Novotel Cairo El Borg with check-in date 16 October and check-out date 27 October. Confirmation number 7R6NEISL2XEVUFW. Due to circumstances he needed to cancel his reservation. This was processed on 30 August last. However, he did receive an invoice for NO SHOW charges. Can you please investigate and reimburse the customer accordingly?
