NSI Protection Plus review: Kitchen appliances/ refrigerator, range and dishwasher warranty

I'm desperately in need of some direction as to where I can look to receive a refund for my protection plan purchased with no claims in the 5 years I had them. I purchased a gas range, refrigerator,and dishwasher with all 3 having 5 year extended warranties thru NSI Proctection Plus. The appliances in question here are:

Attached is a copy of the dishwasher contract in question. Can you help me find out where/how I would go about receiving 100% refund of proctection plan if we incurred no claims from delivery date for 5 years.

I have been of the phone for WEEKS, speaking with over a dozen respresentatives who pass me off to another person and or department with no avail of a refund. Can you please point me in the right direction of whom I can speak with. The appliances were purchased thru Al Grace Appliance in Rockford Illinois who is no longer in business. I did call Al Grace shortly before they closed and they assured me the NSI Protection was still intack and call number on the contract. In doing so, after the 5 years in question, I still have no answers on how to get me refund. The price we paid for the protection is as follows: Refrigerator/$250.00, Range/$150.00 and the Dishwasher/$100.00.

I have attached a copy of all three of the NSI Protection Plus Contract Confirmations.

Can you please assist me with this process. I truely appreciate anything you can help me with.
