I ordered free product on line with the offer valid only to pay shipping cost. I have not received any product and then a large amount was deducted from my account. I queried this and was given an absurd explanation that if you do not cancel the free offer you are liable for the full purchase amount. When I informed the company that I have not even received product they instructed me to contact my customs officials. I requested a tracking number for the shipment which they could not provide which is again an absurd instruction because there is no way of locating the parcel. I then requested proof of the fine print which I have not seen in the order section regarding the full payment for product and received and an answer that the introductory offer has expired so I am liable for the full amount and in addition to this I am also enrolled in their monthly subscription where I will received product on a monthly basis. Something that I have not agreed to either. I now have to try and stop this fiasco to prevent more money from being deducted from my account for product I did not agree to purchase.
Today I found a charge to my bank account for 89.95 from a company called POETIC GAINS. tried to Google them but no such company could be found. There was a phone number so I called and spoke to their customer service. The rep asked for info to pull up "My Account". I advised that I received a "Free" trial of their product that required paying shipping only and that I was not impressed with their product and had not opened an account with them. The customer service rep stated that she would cancel "My Account" if I wished, all the while trying to sell me more stuff and raising my frustration level. It was not until the rep advised that they canceled "My Account" that she advised that they would NOT be refunding the 89.95 to my account. I asked to speak to a Manager. I was put on a silent hold for 10 seconds and the same rep came back and stated that they would not be refunding my money. She then hung up on me. As I now under stand it, I have now been charged for a product on an account that was never authorized and is closed. This is a scam company. I want my money back
I contacted the customer service department and my visa card company and finally received a full refund and my visa card company is blocking all future bills. They said they get complaints like this every day. Do not give up. They will eventually give up and refund all of your money.
How did you find the customer service number? I've been dialing 2 days and left numerous massages, no reply, big surprise. Help!
I have been through this with Gunthy Renker & I called the CEO of the company. He got my money back for me. You could try it with this company.
NU:Youth Serum and wrinkle cream free trial offer with only shipping to pay? This company is ripping people off! They offer a free trial product if you pay shipping then 2 weeks later take $87.00 out of your account credit or debit it doesn't matter to them. With the price of this cream you can get Botox for christ sake, Please help make this rotten company go out of business do NOT ORDER from THEM!
I had ordered the nu youth serum and I did receive it as stated. Now I have a charge of $89.95 for some Core trim diet on my account. I tried to speak to person at phone # listed next to the charge on my bank account and I was told they had no record of my name or an account with them. They also stated that they are a custpmer service agency for many companies. When I tried to inquire about the nu youth company I was told again that they delt with numerous companies and I needed more information for them to help me? UGH...My name and phone # apparently was not enough information nor the last 4 digits on my account or zip code...HMMMM very shady company and sneaky to charge people once they get your information and then have you jump thru hoops to get it all figured out. I did not authorize it to be deducted from my account! I just want my $$$ returned .
I also have been charged 89.95 plus $87.35 one for moisturizer and the other for serum. Both were charged under the name of FRESHLE*TRUELAV which has nothing to do with Nu:Youth. When I ordered the samples for postage and handling charge only; there was not one mention of an additional charge after 14 days. I spent over an hour to locate the name FRESHLE*TRUELAV on the web. No such thing exists. I then got the bottles out and tried to read the directions and where Nu:Youth comes from. I actually had to get the magnifying glass out to read the telephone number on the outside of the bottles. When I did reach someone they said my name was not in the computer. After being transferred to another person, she did find my name and said that there are no returns even after I told her I did not authorize that payment. She said I had used it for 14 days and was obligated to buy it. It is a very shady company, sneaky and not upfront with sales pitch. I will contest these charges with my credit card company. Hopefully if enough people do this, it might make this company honest. Chyrl S
I just ordered the two samples today and was charged $4.95 and $5.95 shipping. Don't know if or when I will receive them. After reading these reviews I intend to cancel within the trial period and rather than cancel my cc I simply put a block on it. If I need to use the card I can unblock it a minute before purchase and re-block it immediately after purchase. Hope this helps others.
happened to me too! trying to figure out how to cancel trial and auto ship charges! Shark Tank should be ashamed to promote this product!
These SCAMMERS USE Shark Tank and celebrities, without their permission, to endorse these products. Shark Tank is a victim too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqpGlFr0yCQ
I happen to read all comments and immediately checked my account transaction and found that two charging is in processing. I immediately called the bank for cancellation and block this payment. However the bank notified that they cannot block it rather than cancel this card to avoid their next attempting. This is a very bad experience so far I have ever meet.
Your bank will eventually refund your money either by getting it from the vendor or just eating the charge themselves. I had the same experience with a cosmetics company based in Florida. I contacted them three or four times by phone. I did get one amount refunded---about $50 US. I told the bank I got a partial refund and they handled the rest. I guess they can write it off as a loss.
Stay away from this dishonest "Rip-Off" product/company. You request a free trail offer for only a small shipping and handling charge. They then double charge your credit cards $89.95 and $87.95 because you have unknowingly agreed to an "Unseen' contract for these charges to be billed monthly. I never did receive the samples. Attempted to contact company by phone... was advised that I was in a legal contract for the monthly charges. The phone rep advised that I could not cancel and would not supply an address to return product for refund and advised that if I filed a dispute with my CC company that they would file legal charges on me for filing a "False Dispute". Then when I hung up..they auto called my back three times to try to intimidate me into paying and not disputing and went on and threatened to destroy my credit rating!
Working with my CC company to reverse fraudulence charges..
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
I just discovered a charge for $89.94 on my bank account. I talked to a rep and was able to get my refund. I don't understand why a lot of company's don't make it clear about being on a automatic shipment plan. They say it's our responsibility to read the fine print. Well I for one did not see any fine print binding me to a contract. To me this should be against the law.
These scammers will USE shows like Shark Tank and celebrities, without their permission, to FALSELY endorse these products.

I ordered the sample of NU: Youth (4.95), but did not agree to continue to buy this product again. I have now received some more of the product (I DID NOT ORDER) and was charge 89.94. I have sent all of the product back to the company, and have changed my account number so they cannot charge me anymore. So tired of these kind of companies that just ASSUME you LIKE their products. Really bad business practice!
I also ordered free samples. I got them and they were nothing special. I never agreed to have them steal money from me every month. So now I have the fun task of stopping this and also cancel access to my account. This crap is giving me more wrinkles than any cream could fix.
