Nucific Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware! ONE TIME PURCHASES ARE A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION! I placed an order for 3 bottles of Nucific BIO-X4 on Feb. 27, 2022 and received an order confirmation letting me know my purchase was being fulfilled. Then I received a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. I received the order a few days later. The ISSUE is that at the end of March I received another order confirmation for the same order. A couple days later when it arrived I called the Nucific Customer Support and spoke with Ben. Ben was helpful in the beginning, he canceled my subscription that I never signed up for. Then after a few attempts to get me to keep the product for a discounted rate he finally sent me a refund confirmation email. The refund email did not include a return shipping label. Which means not only am I having to take time out of my day to call and cancel some fraudulent subscription and drive to the post office to return the product I did not order to begin with, but now I am expected to pay for the return shipping. When I told Ben that I had explicitly signed up for a 1 time order and that I should not be responsible for the shipping, Ben explained that I was on a SUBSCRIPTION and that a subscription renewal had been sent to my email before the second order was sent out. B became extremely defensive and rude, telling me had a rebuttal for every point I made about the SUBSCRIPTION NOT BEING CLEAR on the website or during the purchase process. The conversation was extremely heated and unprofessional. I had to hang up the call while B was yelling at me over the phone. After the call I went back and looked at all my Nucific emails and found nothing of a subscription. I also went back to the website where I ordered the product and went through the same steps, selecting the 3 bottles, and proceeding. Still no mention of a subscription. Regardless of the products effectiveness, the company is deceitful and their customer service is horrible.

I have recently sent several emails to the company to explain that I have been going to doctors for over a couple of years with gastro issues so severe having to go to emergency and being admitted to hospital. After having gall bladder removed, stents in my bile ducts to remedy liver panel numbers off the chart, and still having episodes, doctor had me bring in all the vitamins and supplements I was taking. Dr suspected could be interactions so went off everything, slowly adding one at a time. Biox4 (which I had been taking since 2017) turned out to be the culprit due to GREEN TEA EXTRACT. Green tea extract is known to damage the liver. Wanted to express that there are no warnings as to side effects until I saw the ComplaintsBoard.com reviews and complaints. I'm curious as to how many others were affected and want there to be a warning. The product did have me lose weight but not worth all my emergency room visits and hospitalizations. This company needs to put warnings or it could be another Phen-phen case (and I personally know the lawyer who handled that one) so know Dr Lee could lose not only her business but her reputation. When talking to the rep, Christian, his response was "I've been in this business over 20 years and people just like to complain" when I asked him if they even look into it. He is the type you do not want in customer service, very flippant. He did say I was over the 90 day guarantee period ,but "look how nice I'm being" to give me a 40% refund and I pay shipping! I responded that the ComplaintsBoard.com has many of the same complaints about their return policy, and it was not about the money. 90 days is when I ended up in the emergency room but had no idea at that time that it was the Bio pills. But I was more intent on getting the message to the company about green tea extract. It took almost 3 years of gastric episodes, emergency rooms and hospital stays and every probe, scan, bloodwork repeatedly to finally get down to GREEN TEA EXTRACT.. look it up . Christian was not the least bit interested in sharing that info, but hoping by writing here that maybe you can direct this information so others won't have to go through what I have. I've had no episodes since I stopped taking this in November. Dr says it's the EXTRACT that's dangerous.

Nucific Negative reviews about Nucific & Dr

Negative reviews about Nucific & Dr. *** are all a lie. At 50, studying & taking herbal supplements 20 years, taking vitamins 40 years, my 60 year old Doctor told me he has never seen better blood test results. From my experience, Doctors are bent out of shape about herbal supplements. After all, the active ingredient in most prescriptions is from a leaf; because it was obviously not from a brick or a car tire or a cadaver. I would take a flight from Florida to California to kiss the hand of Dr. Amy Lee. There is probably no better a type of Doctor than one like Dr. Amy Lee who also believes in the power of herbal supplements. Patients should still understand the importance of having their Doctor diagnose their problem & to take the prescription if their Doctor gives one. In my opinion, the exception might be if required to take a prescription med long term, a patient might be able to find an all natural herbal alternative to the prescription. Please see my page for very important details pertaining to having your Doctor diagnose your problems, not to clickity clickity on your comp or phone to find your own problems, solutions, medicines & medical cures. It Is Very Critical ! MostEasy.Info Ending 2015 with high blood pressure (175/115) & prescribed a med New Year 2016 that I was supposed to take for the rest of my life, I lost 65 pounds in 2016, stopped all salt, got off med October & off med 3 years with normal pressure (110/70). I lost the most of my weight prior to discovering BioX4 & Since I no longer needed to lose much weight, I wanted to see how it helps in other ways it is marketed (reduce food cravings & digestion system improvement). I believed it might help reduce food cravings to keep food consumption under control & that it might improve my digestion so I'd get more from the foods I was consuming. That was exactly what I found that it did ! I need to STRESS the importance that patients cannot take a diet pill to replace a meal or they will faint one day. You still need to eat, however need to increase your protein, fiber, quality carbohydrates intake, while reducing intake of calories, sugar, salt cholesterol. Taking BioX4 for a year & now began PreBio Cleanse, I see digestion system & bathroom habits have improved. I can prove it because I eat less to maintain my weight & go rest everyday. After, using Pre-Bio Cleanse for only 1 month, I was confident it works. I noticed a slight increase of energy immediately. It was not until about 3 weeks that I noticed I began to lose weight again slowly while increasing my food consumption slightly & it seems my bladder is under control because I do not feel like running to restroom immediately to avoid pee in pants (body's mechanism of releasing toxins). Since the 2 latter details happened simultaneously, it had to result from the Pre-Bio Cleanse. I'd say many negative on-line reviews about Nucific are billion dollar conglomerates from the medical & prescription industry & their monetarily bribed constituents who have no financial problems to buy the products & then pretend that the product did not help them, so they can intentionally give a bad review. They are angry at whistleblowers & all it's doing is driving down sales & sale prices for Nucific. I am in complete shock about any negative review about Dr. Amy Lee. God Bless Her !
