They be tricky. They took my money without asking for permission for a thing I didn't even want or ask for. And then they took more money to give it back.

I got 3 vanilla shakes from Tribal Nutrition LLC and they expire in less than 9 months. I called them and they only gave me 10 bucks off on my next buy, which I ain't gonna do. I got 6 shakes in total and only the vanilla one was about to expire. Their customer service is terrible and the product ain't that great. Don't waste your cash on this company.

They charged me for their stuff without my permission. They said I signed up, but I didn't. They just took $128 from me without asking. When I called them right away, they said it was too late and my stuff was already on the way. They said if I want my money back, I gotta pay for the shipping for the stuff I never even wanted. I asked for a shipping label, but they said no. This is the second time they did this to me.

I punched her in the face because she was in the way. My dad encouraged her to press charges and I falsely accused him of touching me. No one believes me since I lied about my dad messing with me before. I face criminal charges thanks to The Real Canadian Superstore.

I bought my stuff on Oct. 3 and never got it even though I paid $73.52. On Oct. 11, they charged me another $73.52 and still no stuff. I emailed them a bunch of times and they just said it's under review. They don't have a boss to talk to. They just keep giving me excuses. I asked for my money back ($147.04) and they haven't said anything. I talked to my bank and I'm going to argue with PayPal. These guys are bad news and they need to give me my money back. Be careful if you buy from them!

I had a bad experience with Tribal Nutrition LLC. I've bought their products before and liked them, so I decided to try a new one that was on sale. But I didn't like the taste, size, or price of the bars, and when I contacted them about it, they didn't respond. Then, the bars went bad before the 6-month shelf life they claimed, and when I tried to get help, no one would connect me to a supervisor. I've left multiple messages and emails, but they don't seem to care. It's too bad, because I liked their other products, but I won't buy from them again if this is how they treat customers.

I ordered Kachava stuff on Feb 23rd
I ordered Kachava stuff on Feb 23rd. They said I signed up for a sub, but I didn't get no email saying that. They just sent me the stuff without telling me and now they wanna charge me to send it back. They lied and signed me up for a sub. I called them and asked for proof, but they sent me pics I can't even see.
I purchased a nutrition powder from Ka' chava aka Tribal nutrition and I did not see anything that read that there would be a package arriving every month. I paid thru paypal. I had to contact *** to stop sending my money to these people. I got two packages back to back, which came to my now having 3. I sent two packages back and misplaced my receipt with the tracking number. I sent the package off on the January 11. I went down to my post office to try and get my tracking number but the 11th doesn't show anything for that day at all. It was blank. I spoke with the Post Master who tried to find the tracking number under her name. She said they are usually able to go back 60 days. She tried other dates around that date but the 11th was blank. I do have a receipt for that day because I sent my sister some slippers, however, nothing will come up. I originally told the person from Kachava that I mailed it on the 20th of January. However I did send it the same day I sent my sister a package. I want my refund for the two packages I sent back. Which in total amounts to 135.80. For one package it cost 67.90
April 22 Ka'Chava acknowledged, via Email to my *** account, that I had cancelled my auto-ship subsription for their product. ;Their product has continued to ship to me an average of twice per month since then. The product costs $120 per order. I have received 5 orders since I cancelled my subscription. I had a very hard time accessing my account and getting ahold of them to let them know I was still receiving their product. I have finally gotten in touch and they are willing to to refund product that isn't 30 days past when they sent it and they want me to pay for shipping. I want a full refund for the product and return shipping labels that are no cost to me. They say their policy doesn't provide for free shipping on return product. My policy is not to pay for product or shipping on things I have not ordered. They are trying to say that there are 2 EMail accounts on my account. I have 2 EMail accounts but I only use one and did not order their product on two accounts.

There was no tracking information which I didn't think was strange because we usually get those emails when the labels are printed, yet now it's December 6th and no package. I have been checking ever since they sent the email because I know around the holidays sometimes things don't get scanned. I tried emailing support, gave them an order number and the response was they don't have any shipments by my email. I gave them my order number to tell me where my stuff is. They've charged my card and sent me tracking that leads to no info. I'd like my card refunded in full or my stuff delivered I'm tired of having problems with all three orders. My first one arrived ok but there were problems after that with their customer service team.

I got this drink from Tribal Nutrition LLC on July 26, 2022. But then I found out that the ERC gave them a warning for too much lead in some of their drinks. I asked for my money back ($70.21) on Sept.1, 2022, which was 6 days after their 30 day refund time. They haven't got back to me yet. I think I should get all my money back because they didn't tell me about the danger before I bought it. I checked their ComplaintsBoard.com rating (F) and their Fackbook page and saw lots of complaints, so I want to complain now before it gets worse. I had 2 orders for Kachava. One was bars and the other was shakes, both ordered on the same day. They were supposed to arrive on 08/05, but I didn't get them. I called late Friday afternoon and talked to Brittany H, who worked at Kachava. She said the bars were sent out, but not the shakes, and that the shakes were in the fraud department. I asked to speak to someone in the fraud department and a supervisor, but she said no. I told her I wanted a call from the fraud department or a supervisor and never heard back. I called Discover card and they approved both charges. I also asked Brittany for the President's name and she gave me a fake name. I called this morning to speak to the founder Simon M or someone in management, but didn't get to talk to anyone. I told the guy I was turning Kachava into the ComplaintsBoard.com at 3:00 my time if I didn't get a call from them and I never did. Please help me get this resolved. This is really shady. They took my money but haven't sent my other order and won't tell me why.

They charged my credit card for the full amount, though. I emailed and called them a bunch of times, but they won't tell me where my order is or give me a tracking number. Their website says they ship in 2-3 business days, but that's not true for me. They just keep saying my order is on hold, but they won't say why. This is bad service, and I'm not happy about it. Tribal Nutrition, also known as kachava, charged my PayPal credit for Shakes $128.30 and chocolate bars $37.40 on April 13, 2023. I contacted the company, and they said they'd stop sending me stuff every month, even though I never ordered anything from them. I looked at ComplaintsBoard.com complaints forum and other forums, and it seems like they've done this to lots of people who use PayPal. I have a tummy problem, so I don't buy food online. I don't know how they got my info, but they basically stole my identity (email, address, PayPal credit account). I never used PayPal credit before, I always use my debit card through PayPal when I buy stuff, and I can prove it. I told PayPal credit/Synchrony Bank, and they said it was fraud. But they wouldn't give me my money back and closed my complaint, even though they know I always use my own bank's debit card through PayPal. I got the stuff, but I'm sending it back unopened. I hope this company gets in trouble for what they did.

We tried to get our product shipped, but they asked us to prove they charged us. We went to our bank and got a statement showing the charge, which we sent to them. They said they got it and would start working on our order, but they didn't. We talked to a supervisor, but they still didn't fix the mistake. We wrote a letter to the owner in Hendersonville, Nevada, but they didn't respond. We called customer service and Karen said they wouldn't help us, so we have to dispute the charge with our bank. We never got our product and they made us feel like it was our fault. I'm 66 and have cancer, so I was hoping their nutrition would help me. Now we have to cancel our credit card and wait for a new one. Kachava has terrible customer care and doesn't care about their customers.
