I was doing this online search to find me a nice and fancy phone number for my business. When I was at it, I came across numberbarn.com and it looked quite promising. They had the exact same number that I wanted, so I was pretty enthusiastic about it and added it to my cart without much hesitation.

However, while I was moving through their terms of service and fine print, I realized that this may not be the company that we would like to be associated with. Even though I tried to remove the number from the cart, it persisted and remained in my reserved items. That's when I figured they have already taken the number out of the marketplace and reserved it for themselves.

I was going absolutely nuts with this realization and tried getting in touch with them on several occasions, but to no avail. It felt very frustrating, and I was left with this feeling of disappointment as there was no way for me to confirm if they were actually holding onto my precious number. After going through so many struggles, I confirmed my suspicion with other providers, and they re-confirmed it was numberbarn who grabbed it.

Believe me, friends, I was not impressed with the whole ordeal. It seemed like my phone number was hi-jacked by numberbarn, and there was nothing I could do about it. I could not even get in touch with them to confront them about my grievances.

So please, watch out and do not enter any number that you might be interested in on numberbarn.com unless you are ready to face the risk and struggles that I went through.

I must say that their customer support was top-notch and helped me resolve all the issues that ATT was causing as soon as possible. In contrast, I've had some terrible experiences with cellular support in the past, and ATT was no different. In fact, they were probably the worst.

I would highly recommend NumberBarn to anyone looking for a custom number or who wants to port their existing number. Just be wary that you might face some difficulties from your phone provider when it comes to porting. Unfortunately, most phone provider support staff are not well-trained and don't communicate effectively across departments or between people. They might leave notes on support tickets, but that's about it.

As for NumberBarn, I had no issues with their customer support. While some reviews mention problems, it seems like many are blaming NumberBarn for issues caused by their original carrier and not the company itself. Overall, I found NumberBarn prompt to fix any issues that did arise. So, if you're looking for a new number or need to port one over, give NumberBarn a try!

I didn't even ask for it, but he's just that kind of guy I guess. It's rare to see an online company these days that really values their one-on-one with customers. Before that whole snafu, I already dug numberbarn. Now, I'd def recommend it to anyone who wants to hear about A+ customer service!

NumberBarn website and their customer service is HORRIBLE! They don't even have a customer service number you can call, so you're left waiting for them to respond to your emails. And when they finally do respond, it takes weeks! I tried to cancel my service, but they took so long to respond that they charged me for a full year, even though I didn't use their service at all! I requested a refund, but they ignored my request and kept the money. If you're looking for a phone service, don't use NumberBarn; it's not worth the hassle. I highly suggest using Verizon One Talk instead, it's much better than this mess of a service.

All in all, I gotta say I regret getting my number from NumberBarn. It's just not worth the hassle.
