Hi there, Unsure why this customer has lodge a complaint as a refund was issued by clickbank on July 2 2016.
Customer first made contact July 27. 72 hours is required for a refund response.

I see there was an email prior to this from the customer however it was in French and we dont have any customer service staff that speak French.
As it is not in English it would have been sent direct to our spam folder.

I paid $37 for a report & received 2 emails. 1 to say payment was received & 2nd was supposed to be the report. However when I clicked to view it...It kept coming up that the page was disabled. Hmmmmmm So I've emailed a couple of times to inform whoever & absolutely NO response. I think it's time to take matters into my own hands & let as many ppl Know as I can that this is a SCAM! What a shame.

I ordered from them nearly a month ago, still...no report. I purchased a package which cost nearly 100.00 USD, checked email, spam as directed. Found the report, was unable to "save" it. Have tried to reach the support team, to no avail. I will get with my bank to reverse my charges. I like to think I'm too bright and clever to be scammed anymore. Sadly here I'm wrong and have been wronged. As this is international fraud, I will pursue the matter accordingly.

I purchased the full report for http://members.numerologist.com/your/discovery/, I did find it to be a great learning tool and I was amazed by the information. Some of the information is unclear, so I sent an email to support@numerologist.com explaining that I was not sure about a certain aspect, or if I was missing something. That was over a month ago, I did not receive a reply, but I thought maybe something innocent occurred, not a big deal.

I purchased a second product The Premium Numerology Members Software Package http://92.numerology.pay.clickbank.net/?cbskin=4280, not thinking anything negative. I received an email with a link from clkbank pointing me to a page on the numerology site. but it was an empty site, nothing on it. I could not carryout the directions and have sent an email about the issue to http://accounts.clickbank.com/goto/?570f991bTFMLAFSY, orderprocessing@numerologist.com the following day, that was two days ago. I will try phoning them now, but I don't think that their is anything that will happen, so I will contact my credit card company to reverse the charges. Oh, and I took a look at the address provided, it seems that they are working out of a huge enclosed sports gymnasium, so I have my senses up with them now. It's just that I really like the reading on youtube and feel like there is a party here abusing numerologist that are genuine and truthful, so I don't want to say they all bad, but something fishy is going on here.

I have bought this product from them but am completely unsatisfied. They say yo will get a full refund if you are not happy. I have wrote them an email the second day and still didnt get any answer or my money back. I am requesting the refund cause it is not what it says it is. I have bought the product on the 16th of january, my reference nr is DX8FLVWE. I really hope This will help and solve the issue.

Most of the people who did not receive theirs seem to have been redirected to other Numerologist sites! Do get it at the official site to ensure you receive your reports like me. Cheers!

I paid over 250 dollars for various reports on nov 15 and have yet to receive the reports. i receive the free ones to download that don't interest me but the real reports are not forthcoming, it has been almost a month. how can we get these guys shutdown.

Numerologist.com support team do not seem to exist. Do NOT order from them.
