I was told they understood my concern and then it said it was shipping. Yesterday I received notification that my item was delivered to somewhere in ***. I live in ***. I wrote to Nuovaluce again stating that it was delivered to the wrong place and that I either wanted a unit expedited to me at their cost or to have my money reimbursed. I'm very happy with my Nuovaluce microcurrent/red light therapy device!
I'm very happy with my Nuovaluce microcurrent/red light therapy device! It took about 3 weeks from when I ordered it to arrive which I expected since I'm in ***. I've only been using it for about a month or so but I'm already noticing a difference! I try to use it 5-6 times a week (if I remember)... at first I used an oil-based moisturizer and didn't feel any electrical tingling or anything... I thought I had a defective device but then my daughter informed me that oil is NOT a conductor of electricity and that I needed to use a water-based product. I use my Hyaluronic Acid serum now and just spritz my face with water if it starts to soak in and dry too quickly while I'm using the microcurrent device. It glides perfectly across my skin. It's super simple to use and I find the more I use it, the higher the level I can go on the microcurrent device. The red light therapy is also great and so simple. 10 mins. with each device and I'm done. The fact that you get 2 products in 1 is AMAZING! I think it's a fantastic product and highly recommend it to anyone with aging, sagging, wrinkly skin. I'm 60 years old now and I plan to fight aging ALL the way!

I admit I was worried and frustrated started to think that I wasnt going to get a resolution or come to an appropriate and adequate processing of my issue. I learned soon after that when they decided to reach out to me several emails and a phone call later (they called me!) - the promise for a refund and an extraordinary exception to their policy due to an oversight on my part THEY CAME THROUGH and they did so beyond any expectation I could have had. I give them a 5 stars ? ? ? ? ? review. I am beyond satisfied and pleased. I received a return shipping label and full refunds for the device covered in their return guarantee policy AND for the item that I returned that does not fall under their return policy. Frankly I AM FLOORED! Best experience in a very long time. For the record the device and product are fabulous BUT I was hypersensitive to their use due to a bad flare of rosacea. I have stated 5 times in a email to have an update on my order. The response I receive back is Im looking into, we are out of the gels, I will get back with you... excuse excuse after excuse. I have requested my money back and that has not been addressed at all. They generated a shipping label but that it is. Bottom line is I want my money back. They advertise free shipping, they do not state on there website as of today that there out of gels, so people are ordering not knowing the gels are not in stock, advertise 2 day shipping when that is 100% false advertisement.

I ordered my product on May 17. As the website says that it will be shipped 3-5 business days. This has been an on going problem with this company. They never deliver as promised and yet they have charged my card twice so far. I set up the payment plan because I did not have a good feeling about this company. They need to change their website and say we will not deliver 3-5 business days. We will tell you due to high demand we have no idea when you will get your product. I was promised on Monday May 31 that a shipping tracking number would be provided. I reached out to them and now it says may be a week. Do yourself a favor go buy another product!

They replied that they were "sorry" and will send an email with tracking number when shipped. On May 10th, I was feeling uneasy and reached out again to cancel my order and requested a refund. They replied by saying they will send tracking number soon (ignoring my request to cancel). On May 18th, the product arrives. I open to find a broken, defective product. I reach back out to company to start return. They request pictures, which I sent. They finally "approve" my return and I sent product back, which was received by them on May 22nd. I have been trying to get response on my credit card return ever since!

The only person working in *** is named *** and the call backs are random, with no time left so I can be available.so I have to make time to leave messages over and over again. Initially, the return was supposed to be on my dime. After several attempts, I was sent the needed info to send the product back. I do not have the time and have run out of energy chasing this down. In fact, I am pretty disgusted with the whole thing. I would either like a full refund, or a light head that works as advertised with the accompanying tracking number. I purchased a beauty device from *** on 10/11. At the time of my order, there is a 90 day money back guarantee. When I finally received my order it was already 11/15. The device didn't work and I was instructed to send a video of the product, which I did. They told me that they do not give money back and that I'd have to return the product for a replacement and I did. It has now been six additional weeks since then and I hear nothing nor received my replacement. I contacted them for a refund and again they say that they're working on getting me a replacement but still ignore my request to be reimbursed. This company does not answer the phone and they dont offer solutions. I want my money back. This is unethical business practice to accept my money and withhold a working product for a time in excess of 15 weeks.

They advertised on their website that their product is a zero risk and money back guarantee. I feel that I didn't get results from using their product so they sent me a return authorization. I shipped it back to them promptly, they received the return on March 14th at 10:21am and they promised to refund my credit card within 2 weeks. After several weeks later and multiple attempts to contact them via emails, messenger chatting with their company representatives, phone calls which forward customers straight to a voicemail only...etc..I still have not received any credit to my credit card as promised. Everytime I contacted them, they said I would get the credit within 2 weeks. Same false promises everytime and this is not an ethical business practice.

I completed the transaction and registered the device within 10 days to activate the warranty. I intended to use it for rosacea on my face but saw no improvement. I aimed to return it before the 90-day policy expired around September 6. I contacted them on August 6 and 7 without confirmation and followed up by finding their email via ComplaintsBoard.com around August 9 or 10, but received no response. Ordering was simple, but returning the product has proven difficult.

On 10/11, I reached out on the chat again and requested my order be canceled. The chat agent responded promptly and lied saying that a refund was not possible because it shipped already when in fact it hasn't per the order status posted, I took a screenshot. I emailed the [protected]@nuovalucebeauty.com address and the email was rejected as 'address not found' "Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@nuovalucebeauty.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." Once I shared this information with the agent, no replies were given. A tracking number is provided to follow on a site called Sendle and when entered, no information is available. Again, the item has not shipped and per the company policy, I am due a full refund.

I have asked the company to adhere to their company's warranty which is to return the money if not satisfied. I have spent $9.30 on postage only to have to have the device returned to me by your company. I sent it to the address on your website. There was no explanation as to how the customer is to handle the process. I have the receipt of postage paid to mail back the device. More than a year has gone by and I am still receiving the same runaround or no response at all. The customer service has been very challenging as well. There has been very little information on the site for directions for returns with only messaging from some unknown person who cannot seem to follow up with getting my message taken care of. I asked for the company to send me a postage-paid shipping label so that I can return the device as promised by the company. I expect a refund immediately since I have paid in full for the device. I do not plan to provide more explanation for your company in order to get my money returned.

At that point, I wanted the product, so I contacted customer service on September 3. They responded with an apology and immediately provided a return label. I mailed the faulty head back for a replacement on September 5. After 2 weeks, I had heard nothing, so I contacted customer service on September 17. Their response was quick, with the explanation that they had been experiencing "an unusually large number of orders" and were low in stock, but my replacement would be shipped ASAP. I waited 2 more weeks, contacted them again on October 1, and was told on October 2 that the replacement would ship on October 3. After 2 weeks, I had not received the shipment, so I contacted them again on October 16, requesting a label to return the remainder of the unit and requesting a refund. I heard nothing until October 21, and the response was absolutely unresponsive to my request of October 16. I responded immediately and reiterated my demand for a return label and a refund, and stated that I wanted this done right away. I have heard nothing from them.
